The mango salad was good - very fresh, a good balance of fish-based sauce, and a huge portion. I also tried my friend's duck curry, which had a crispy skin and was a well balanced curry. The drinks here are fun too. I had the pandan cream cocktail and it was incredibly flavorful and I could tell they used real pandan. Service was a bit slow though. It was a Wednesday evening and there weren't a ton of customers. However I'd still highly recommend you give this place a try!

I walked in and decided to give them a shot. Try something easy ..I got the wonton soup with egg noodles.. the broth was umami and garlicky, and warmed up my soul. The wontons were nice and tender, flavored with shrimp and pork. It was like a warm hug. Hit the spot! Second, I ordered the crispy spicy fish. It was an extraordinary presentation even my Chef friend was delighted to see the culinary expertise of the Chef. And it was also very reasonably priced. The service was excellent. They were very welcoming. The decor of the restaurant is super upscale. It looks like a fancy club. This would be a great place to bring a first date. Overall I was super impressed and very happy that I stumbled into this delicious restaurant. 10/10

So when we first came here, I felt a little guilty--as if I was cheating on Ruth's Chris, especially since there's one in Seattle! But this place completely won me over. Every time I visit, I try a different cut of steak, and not a single one has disappointed me. They're all incredibly delicious and cooked to perfection. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the Caesar salad. They prepare it fresh right at your table, which is fun to watch, but for my taste, it's a bit too fishy because of the amount of anchovies they use. That's just a personal preference, though. The service is always amazing, no matter which location you visit. The atmosphere also varies from restaurant to restaurant, giving each one its own unique character and charm. So yes--this place gets a 1000% recommendation from me! If you're a steak lover, it's absolutely worth a visit. (or a mocktail in my case!)

Everything else was beyond words perfect - however again - just skip the Brussel sprouts or please for the love of the kitchen please fix the sauce - overkilled my palette and I only had one bite. 1/10 Brussel sprouts the butter wine sauce with balsamic reduction and bacon ... ANNNND lemon? Nope. Why ?! Only reason this isn't 5 stars to me. 10/10 everything else!!! Lamb lollipops- everyone loved them! Cooked to perfection! Duck fat fries - crispy salty and incredible the way fries should be! Crab Mac - wanted to lick the bowl the sauce tasted perfectly creamy with a good amount of crab... Peppercorn New York - cannot wait to go back for this alone!!! Tomahawk - really beautifully plated and so delicious!!! Still thinking about how perfectly cooked the meat was. We split between 4 people and were so fat and happy after this... the Brussel sprouts were a topic of discussion and not in a good way. Will definitely be back but will never again order Brussel sprouts!!!

It's affordable (for a…read moreBelltown corner store; i.e., do your actual grocery shopping at QFC in LQA and pick up last minute stuff at places like this), the staff are courteous and have the patience of saints (more on this later), they sell pretty much everything I would want to buy in terms of snacks, they allow dogs, and they even accept Apple Pay. The only real "downside" (though it doesn't bother me personally) is that it's very much a Third Avenue corner store. There's usually no shortage of street people and sketchy characters in and around the store. Nothing harmful or dangerous at all, but it's slightly outside the natural comfort zone of middle class white folks who are unaccustomed to city life and socioeconomic diversity.

No prices on shelves, depending on clerk you might get charged different amounts for the same item. This store is a massive disappointment, honestly avoid at all cost. Ambiance sucks, service sucks; they treat everyone like a thief and act weird as hell towards you, chicken tenders are pretty good but not worth dealing with all the other stuff. Trust all the other reviews and go somewhere else. Seriously, don't bother, it really is as bad as the reviews say. Literally 0/10.
