I needed my carpets stretched and cleaned. The first technician came at noon and he said it would be a 4 hour job. At 10 pm we had to kick him out and he returned the next day. He cut a seam down the middle of our hallway and left two seams in poor condition. Carpets were barely cleaned and residue was left on the walls from their machinery. (I was later told that this technician will not longer be allowed to repair carpets. Glad i was able to be the guinea pig.) After complaining a second technician came and attempted to fix the seams. Also did a mediocre job. Complained again and a third technician came, a supervisor and had to redo the seams. Within a week a seam had come undone again. The seam down the middle of the hallway was still very visible. We did all this to sale our house. The home inspector noted in his report that the carpets needed to be cleaned (2 days after they were cleaned by Kiwi). Noting this to the third technician, he removed a stain in the middle of the master within 2 minutes. But no attempt was done to clean other stains. After several complaints I was told that they would not refund the cleaning fee but would come out to re-clean (because that worked the first time) and give us credit to use Kiwi again. When i asked for a refund to have a new company come out and fix the carpet, I was told that "they could not ignore the work that was done." Nor could I, since it was clear from looking at the carpet that they had done some work. I got a partial refund back for the inconvenience. But I will need to call someone else to get this job done correctly. At the end of this ordeal we had to pay a lot of money for them to take out the wrinkles and make seems visible. Fortunately the seams aren't as visible because of the dirty carpets. I will not, nor do I recommend using Kiwi Services again. read more

I've used Kiwi Services for several years. Love that they now have a 2 year service plan so I can have carpets cleaned whenever and not costing an arm and a leg to freshen up the house. They have done tile/grout work, replaced carpet from pets chewing holes and of course carpets. They have always been courteous, on time and would recommend. read more

We bought a new house and had the carpets cleaned before we moved in. The carpets still did not seem very clean so I the vacuum over them and there was still a bunch of dirt, dog hair, and hair that came out of them. They claim to have this new way of cleaning the carpet in a house, but it really doesn't clean them at all. We had to hire another company to come in and they wrre were clean after they left. read more

I have been using Kiwi Carpet cleaning for 6 years now and have never had a problem. They have done a great job on maintaining our carpets as they are a light beige and show every little spot. The carpets looks like new as I was ready to have them replaced when we first moved in due to the color. Early this year I had all the tile floors stripped and resealed by Kiwi and they look great. All there employees are professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. I will definitely continue to use Kiwi for the carpet and tile cleaning needs. read more

I used Kiwi Services for the first time 6 months ago. I found them because our HOA Facebook members were raving about Kiwis awesome one year warranty. We have two English Mastiffs, both are indoor dogs, so you can imagine carpet cleaning is a regular occurrence in our household. I really like the thoroughness of the technician, he was very polite and complimented me on how clean I kept my home with such large dogs. I really appreciated that, I take pride, when it comes to cleanliness. The carpet looked great, the house smelled fresh again and he was very efficient. They showed up in the window of time they said they would. I just made my second appt with them to utilize my one year warranty. It will cost me 7.00 a room with an appt fee... my grand total to clean 2 rooms and a hallway is $58.00. I am pretty impressed with that! Also, I highly suggest you buy their super spotter spray, it really refreshes your home and carpet in between cleanings! I will continue to use Kiwi, we are very impressed! read more

Good customer service, full year warranty with the ability to have revisits as often as you like to for a nominal fee. They do a great job, show up when scheduled and are professional. Love that I can contact customer service or schedule online through instant web chat rather versus going through a calling system. The house always smells and looks great. They coupon/discount often. I am about to have a baby and part of my "nesting" is making sure I have my carpets nice and clean for when I bring the new baby home. I used KIWI in the past and decided to use them again because I have been very pleased with their service. My initial service was great the first time I used them and I loved that I was able to have them out 8-9 months later to "freshen" the rooms for only $4 a room(I THINK that was the price). My carpets are generally already pretty clean, just the usual spots in high traffic areas so I cannot speak for pet stains and the such but I have been very pleased. read more

Worst floor company ever.... $5000 later and our hard wood floors are ruined!!!! They even came back to "fix" them and made them worse!!!! They have no clue what they are doing!!!! My originally appointment date was basically cancelled and I didn't find out until I called the customer service number to see where the tech was. Got 2 different stories - one, the tech was asked by the previous customer to clean air ducts too and he could say know so my appointment time was taken up; two, the tech had to go to emergency room so he cancelled all his remaining appointments. The main problem is I was not notified until I called after wondering where he was. I was assured that the tech would be sent the first appointment the next morning at 8 am to 8:30 am to clean my carpets. I was told I would be the priority appointment for the next morning. Unfortunately the next day, the tech didn't actually arrive until after 9 am. Very disappointed with not getting what was promised twice. The cleaning as still not up to expectation either. The maintenance manager of my condo building reviewed his work and had to ask tech to re-clean. Very unsatisfied with the whole experience. Would not use again or recommend to anyone to use especially if they are expecting the cleaning to be done at the expected appointment time. I don't think Kiwi understand the meaning of "appointment". They take appointments but don't seem to understand they have to meet and complete the job appointment. read more

Worst experience I have ever had! I had a tech. scheduled to com between 8 and 10 AM. No one showed. I called to complain at 10:30 and was told that there was a tech on site and that I should check my driveway. No one was here. I waited another 30 minutes and no one showed, so I called back to cancel after being told that I could not talk with a manager. At 11:30, the tech showed up. I told him that I had canceled and he got angry and said that no one told him and slammed walked to his door and slammed it. He then sat in my driveway for 10 minutes. The manager called to apologize and assured me that someone would be out to between 3 and 5 PM and even called at 3:30 to say that the tech was on another job, but would definitely be there in the time frame. It is 5:30 and he is still not here. I was called at 5:15 and told that he would be here in 20 minutes. Unbelievable! I will NEVER use them again. read more
