Update! After 2 years, this place is still my go to place for massage. I've now graduated to the 1.5'hour massage for only $60 bucks! Yes,when I'm in Vegas, out of town I splurge in the high end massages but KK is consistent. OK- THIS IS NOT a HIGH end spa-type kind of ambience. I go,to spas for that. This is the basic, no frills type massage place. I've tried lots of places and a neighborhood,type massage, this is it. You can bring your own oil. These guys and gals know what they are doing- if you don't specify whT type of massage, you get a mixture of Swedish, Thai and deep tissue massage. It was my first time coming here so I decided to get a last minute massage and especially when I live right in front of the establishment. Everything was perfect up until during the massage. It was $50 for a combo massage but then I did add $10 extra for hot stones. However during my massage, the masseuse was telling me things in my ear but since her accent was really heavy. I just said OK then she told me she was gonna do cupping on me cause I'm really tight and I said OK not thinking it was extra lol because I was in the moment relaxation so I get ready to pay and my total comes out to $90 when I only initiated on paying $60 for the hot stones plus the combo I don't like the fact during your massage to make the price go up more and then she asked if I wanted a facial but at this point I already knew it was extra so I just kindly told her no. Overall the massage was great. The only thing that killed it was the secretly adding services. I will be back, but I will be able to say no this time for the extras if I didn't want it lol . I injured my back a 1.5 year ago lifting someone and my back has been an issue ever since, to top that off whenever I write at my desktop I increase my problem. As far as the massage goes, it was well worth the money you pay, and I was satisfied with the way the masseuse treated me. I paid for a one hour massage, and it was just right! The place has a very relaxed feel to it, they play soft music in the background, and even their lights are dimly lit/off to give it a relaxed effect. The only reason I am giving this place a 2 star is simply because of the following; just as I was saying thank you to the masseuse and the front desk worker, and I was about to leave, she asked me if I had tipped the masseuse. I said yes of course, and told her I left the tip in the room where the massage took place. The masseuse darted over to see if I had left it there. The front desk worker then had a sigh of relief, as if everything was "okay for me to leave". At least that's how I felt about it all. I did not appreciate this at all, simply because a tip is a tip, in which the client leaves a tip if they feel the person or place providing the service deserved it. It is certainly not mandatory, nor should anyone "ask" a client if they "left a tip" before leaving. There weren't any signs anywhere of it being "mandatory" to leave a tip, nor did the front desk worker ever mention anything about a "mandatory" tip before the massage started, nor as I paid for the massage up front. So, I do not appreciate this at all, I simply do not find it appropriate for anyone to ask whether I left a tip or not, it should not be necessary to ask anyone before they leave. A tip is earned, and shouldn't be questioned. Therefore I am leaving a 2 star review. I should have read reviews of this place before going, but it was a random decision to get a massage here. By the way, just so everyone knows, I did leave a tip, and it was a $20 tip for the masseuse, as I felt she totally deserved the tip, and I was happy with the massage through and through. I love coming to this place when I can! The massage is always really great and when I'm hurting in a specific area they really work on it. The only downside is that you can hear stuff around you in another room and they only have sheets or whatever it is closing the room. The towel for coverage leaves me Feeling a little cold sometimes I hope in the future they could use sheets rather then that. read more

Went here last week having some muscle issues with my back. Called and got an appointment that day for a time convenient to me without problems. Arrived and was immediately greeted and taken to a room for my 1 hour massage. They found my muscle issue and paid extra attention to that area. I like lots of pressure in my massage and they were able to do that without issue. Got a full hour and felt totally relaxed and refreshed. Upon choosing my service I thought I would be placed in a private room but instead I had to sit through my massage in the open massage room which has no privacy whatsoever. They told me I would have to upgrade my service in order to sit in there. I chose the full body package with a foot reflexology. She began working on my upper body and then started a foot bath. I thought she was going to work on my lower body after my foot service but instead I had to remind her that she didn't massage any part of my lower body. While she was focusing on my lower body I thought she got a little to close when she adjusted my wedgie. The lady asked if I wanted my scalp massage and I said no I just want my legs done. The whole time I was being rubbed down there was a loud man snoring in the building and everyone could hear him! Even those in private rooms! Finally as my service was done I grabbed a glass of water to help flush out the toxins and the workers literally forced me to leave a tip as if I was not going to already. It was so rude and pushy but this made me not want to leave one! They even told me how much tip I should leave! WTF NEVER EVER coming back. DO not come here! I was in extreme relaxation as their place is dim, quiet, and comfortable with the sound of water and calm music in the background. My masseuse was Chen and he was awesome! My body is sensitive to pressure but he knew how much pressure to apply. On top of the amazing 1 hour massage, the best part of it was that it was ONLY $20!!!! Yup. I shiz you not. I've had massages before at different places and I've paid a lot more than this place but KK Massage is definitely the place to go if you want/need to be pampered for a good price. Who knew you could get a full body massage for $40! I have to give credit to yelp for this jewel of a find. After I broke my foot, the healing proccess seemed to be taking forever. Someone suggested that I go somewhere for reflexology. I figured it couldn't hurt so I started hunting on yelp for a good place to go. I couldn't believe all the great reviews for this place so I thought why not give it a try. I wasn't surprised to pay first and then head back into a room with about 9 tables. After I took my shoes off, I laid face down on the table. The tables are very low to the ground, but realtiviely comfortable. I paid for the full massage and was pleasantly surprised. She was very good and actually used her fingers (I get annoyed when a massage therapist uses their elbows and arms the entire time). When she got to my feet I was blown away. It was just what I needed. I walked in limping and walked out feeling like I was well on the road to recovery. It's not the kind of place you would go for a girls spa day, but it's a no nonense, quality massage. Well worth the money. What a shame!!! Good massage but when I asked for change for a $5 the receptionist had the audacity to say the there's a $5 minimum tip! I was not advised of this prior to massage and there's nothing stating this in writing! I wanted to tip $4 because that was 20% for a $20 massage and the massage was only 50 minutes not an hour. Asked why I can't determine gratuity and was told "$5 minimum" again. Masseuse waiting for tip gets offended and doesn't want a tip at all...what just happened! Spoke to manager and she said there's no minimum tip, gave me change and apologized. I left 20% tip and shook my head. Asked 2 other women if they were told $5 minimum, they both said No and were as shocked as I was...oh forgot to mention I'm Black, they're Asian and the two customers I spoke to are White. read more
