I mistakenly placed my review from 2013 on another company's website, and therefore these remarks are from January 2013. KLSLA provided our company with corporate event transportation last week and it was a great experience. The bus accommodated about 30 participants. It was clean and very comfortable. Our very pleasant driver Hector was punctual and extrremely helpful. The bus was early arriving at the appointed location (our office) where we all would meet to board the vehicle. We used our walkie talkies to connect with everyone in our party. We also had been provided with the driver's number which proved very helpful as someone at the event had left something on the bus and Hector located the missing item. We were taken to our event in Los Angeles and the driver informed us of his location so that at the end of the evening we could locate him in a crowded setting. We returned safe and sound after a very comfortable and safe ride to and from our occasion. read more

I wanted to do one last splurge for Valentines day before the birth of our first child, so I figured I would book a stretch limousine in advance (February 11th) to take us to a nice dinner. She was never in a limousine before, so I wanted to have a nice surprise for my pregnant wife. Two hours before the pickup, I was told that the stretch limousine (they only have one) has "broken down" and that they could replace it with basically a party van. Ridiculous. Since they told me last minute, I had no choice but to use their service and pick a Mercedes (which I could had booked using Uber if I had enough notice). I am hesitant to leave bad reviews but I wanted to help others to not make the same mistake. Do not use KLS Limousine Services for any serious transportation plans. read more

What a shame! These great reviews have no reflection on my recent experience. I contacted them last Saturday and a guy got back to me right away. He quoted me $2K for a Vegas round trip and was supposed to email me a brochure of the vehicle. It's been a wild goose chase since then. I've called multiple times throughout the week - spoke with other people - emailed multiple people and still haven't heard back. How can I trust a company to show up and take me on a $2000 out of town ride, when they cannot properly return calls or emails?! I had the pleasure of riding with KLS during a meeting in Los Angeles. I had the experience of a Sprinter bus and a sedan for my airport transfers. We had 2 Sprinters for our 23 people attending the meeting. The Sprinter was brand new and immaculate. The driver was well groomed, helpful and smiled the entire time he was with us. This past weekend I hosted my future sister-in-law's bachelorette party, the plan was to take a limo to dinner and then dancing after. I waited a little too long before making the limo reservations and was having trouble finding a service that would do a "point to point" trip for us. I finally talked to the nicest lady at KLS who helped me secure a limo for the next night and everything turned out great. Our driver (I think his name was Darrell?) was so nice and accommodating. The ladies really wanted to see Rodeo Drive since they were from out of town and our driver was more than willing to make that happen. I was TERRIFIED renting a limo b/c you just have no way of knowing what you're going to get. KLS accomodated my party on a Saturday night for a two-hour ride (usually a 4-hour min on the weekends) and our experience was absolutely great. Our limo was nice, new, and clean...which I had been worrying about b/c their prices seemed on the low end. Our driver was punctual, polite, and so friendly. It was raining when we got to our destination and he walked in the pouring rain to hold the umbrella over our heads (he'd already been tipped at this point!). READ BEFORE CONSIDERING KLS: ***I just noticed that one of their 5-star Google reviews was written by their own "Client Relations Associate." Makes me wonder if any of their 5-star reviews are legit. I was visiting LA for the weekend. I needed a car service to drive me 10 minutes down the road (Uber and Lyft didn't have baby seats). Google recommended KLS. The dispatcher on the phone, fully knowing that I simply needed a taxi with a booster seat, instead of explaining that this was not the service they provided, booked me a driver. After the 10-minute delivery, they charged me $232 (not posted in their invoice billing). They claim it's for the 2-hour chauffeur I agreed upon. I explained the lack of clarity and communication (and the fact that the driver just took off and never returned), but management insisted on charging me. $232 (plus my $10 tip) for a 10 minute ride. Even if you are looking for a chauffeur service, it's probably better to find another competitor. They will probably try to sneak in overcharges. If this is how they deal with MY case, they may not be reasonable with YOU if something doesn't go right. read more

This weekend I had a very terrible experience with this company and their customer service. We booked a Rolls Royce many days in advance as a surprise gift to transport two of my family members (newlyweds) from their wedding to their honeymoon hotel. KLS called me 5 hours before the pickup time to let me know that they had double booked the Rolls Royce. To "make it right" they offered a $10.00 discount off of one of their sedans (which was very similar to a car that my family members already drove and owned). So this gift was no longer going to be a special surprise. I had to spend over two hours during the wedding calling 20 other companies trying to find a Rolls Royce for the night but everyone was booked up. We couldn't even find a town car available from another company. Because we had no other choice, we had to still use this company and accept their "extremely generous offer" for a $10.00 discount and a car we were not looking to book. I called the company 3 times requesting to speak with the manager but five days went by without a call from the manager. I called them today and was finally able to speak with the manager. I asked her if there was anything she could do to make this right. All I received were many excuses and an offer for a discount (no amount stated but maybe they would be generous enough this time to bump up their discount to $15.00... ) if we ever wanted to rent a Rolls Royce from them again. I would not trust this company to rent from them again and I do not feel like they did anything to make up for their big mistake of overbooking the Rolls Royce. read more

Most pleased with the service I received on new years eve! Rodger was our driver and after the fun and professional atmosphere that we had last night I will never book with another company again. He showed up over 30 minutes early to my house, explained everything in detail about the bus, his typical runs with party bus participants, and even in detail how to work the stereo when I couldn't get it. Plus he is just so much fun. It's nice to have a friendly driver that quite frankly everyone on the bus loved. I believe at the end of the night we were all chanting "rodger rodger". All in all I am 100% satisfied with my party bus experience and will definitely be booking with KLS again. read more

best limousine services from LA to Vegas.

I rented a 22 passenger party bus for my birthday and was pretty happy w/ the service. The customer service was excellent. I worked w/ one representative Noune who was very friendly and she was willing and able to answer all my questions. They were also the best deal around by far, by $100-$200. They don't set you up w/ a club or bar like some of the other places that I called, but we were able to choose where went which to me is better. The bus was amazing w/ lots of space, but I will say it can fit up to 22 and we had about 18 and it was a tight fit. We had a great time, but there were a couple of negatives. I was told there was an ipod connection on the bus, but when it showed up that wasn't correct. Luckily a friend had a USB ipod connector that worked in his car because there was only had a CD player. They also overcharged me. But they caught it before I did and immediately credited my card back for the correct amount. And last but not least for my group anyway...the price included a "full bar". There was a handle of not the cheapest vodka, but I was also told there would be all the mixers we would want. Not to so...our only option was sunkist. Not the best. Overall for the price it was a great deal and we came prepared w/ our own drinks and mixers so I'd recommend the same. read more

I am so grateful to KMS Limo. I needed a limo last minute on Saturday for an event and wasn't sure if I could find a reputable company that would show up on time and have a nice Limo. I spoke to Alex on the phone and he was wonderful! he assured me that I would get a lovely car and it would definitely be there on schedule. He made me feel very comfortable and I loved that I got an email confirmation! On Saturday a driver named Armen arrived on time and was perfect! Very professional and super accommodating! I only needed the limo for 2 hours and they said that was no problem. Most other companies have a ,minimum of 3 hours! Last night I had the most amazing date with my girlfriend, it was our 6 month anniversary. So I wanted to serve her and cater to her, so I saw KLS on the internet while searching for date ideas. So I booked the 2014 Benz for a night on the town, Now the only thing was that the driver was 10 min late do the traffic, but the service was impeccable, chauffeur dressed to impressed, the Benz was super clean. The chauffeur treated us like kings and Queens, we had wifi, waters, treats. He was a gentlemen. I loved the experience. Its a yes, I would recommend. read more

Beware of rogue operators using the KLS name! I hired a Hummer Limo on 1/10/15 under the impression that I was hiring a limo from KLS a highly reputable limousine service. This particular company is a copycat company billing clients under the name KLS Limousine INC or Orange County Limos. They sent me a filthy car. Not only was there discarded soda cans that they didn't bother to pick up, but the walls and floors were dirty. The worst part was that the car reeked of body odor. Several of my guests got queasy riding in the car. I had to instruct the driver Frank to fumigate the car while we were at our party. Frank NEVER gave me a receipt that night for "KLS" services, another bad clue. When I called the office manager Sammy he was indignant about the condition of the limo. Bad customer service! The service was horrible. We were on a trip with an entire little league baseball team and our lives were constantly in danger. The driver appeared to be overworked and not very alert. He was driving recklessly on a road with which he was unfamiliar, nearly slamming into the back of semi trucks several times. The driver swerved so hard to miss a truck that the vehicle nearly tipped over. I have attempted to contact the owner of the company several times with regard to my complaint, but he has constantly refused to take my phone calls.
