The iced coffee mocha was on the sweeter side, which my husband enjoyed. Overall, this spot is perfect for a quick and satisfying meal in the area. During our visit, we noticed the staff conducting a kids' class on how to make tarts. The children seemed genuinely delighted as they filled and decorated their tart shells. We found Kneaders about a week after we moved here and love their great food, service, and selections. We always begin our weekends by going to Kneaders for two lattes and two almond croissants, which are excellent! I am still working and I have had many appointments for business with people who are from Las Vegas and people from out of town. We always meet at Kneaders when we can and they never let us down with their selection of food, quick service, and friendliness. We almost always do drive through but the insides are cute. The sandwiches are great and the staff is always friendly. I just wish it wasn't so pricey. The soups are just okay. The food is Amazing! They had samples of cinnamon rolls available and they were so fluffy much better than any cinnamon rolls we have had at any other kneaders. We always love the all you can eat French Toast and this time we were asked if wanted bacon and eggs for a $1.50 more and they were very very good! A bonus is how cheap the all you can eat French Toast is! Definitely a bargain! Our service was provided by Liz and she was just delightful! Very attentive and friendly! We got French Toast provided much faster than other Kneaders we have been to. We also love the ambiance is quiet and peaceful! The butter croissants I have now had on two occasions and have been equally disappointed both times. They are fresh, but they simply lack a wow factor in my opinion. The chocolate croissants are equally disappointing and not worth the try. I would recommend to those that love a good sourdough bread to buy their loaf here at Kneaders. What a surprise! Since The Stove has such a long wait, and the hubster and I were hangry- we decided to check out Kneaders and I'm SO glad we did! I've enjoyed Kneaders pastries, fruit tarts, pies, etc. We were recently told to try the French toast. It consists of two very thick slices of really good bread, some syrup and a cup of whipped cream and strawberries. What makes the French toast unique is that it does not come with maple syrup. What you get is a syrup that has the consistency of honey and a slight taste of caramel. They actually call it "caramel," but it isn't like caramel you pour on ice cream. Kneeders is more a fast food place than a restaurant with plastic plates and utensils. You order at the counter. Verdict. I can see how some some would call it the best French toast. I prefer maple syrup, but I suspect I'll have it again because it is a unique taste. Still, it isn't my "best." I recommend it everyone who loves French toast to try it for yourself. read more

I honestly love the food here, but the customer service is absolutely awful. I come here so often, and I order delivery just as much. On 2 occasions they've changed my order, or they just don't send an item they are out of stock of, without calling or refunding(through the delivery option on their app). I understand this could be an app issue where maybe it's difficult to contact; but there is the problem...if I contact them to let them know the issue, I get horrible attitude about fixing the situation. The most recent time, they sent me a soup with something I actually have an allergy to, instead of the soup I ordered. It was about an hour before closing, so I assume the soup might have been out of stock, which is fine, but when I went to explain what had happened, the lady said, "we will try harder not to make mistakes next time." When I explained that I would like the soup I had ordered or a refund, another woman got on the mic (drive through) and got an attitude with me. I'm customer service myself; and I know that this is never a way you treat a customer, especially when they made the mistake. I'll still continue to come, because I do occasionally get good service, but the way they handle their mistakes is really rude. I won't be using their app again. read more

With our meals we were able to make them a combo which added a drink and a cup of soup. Each meal was a nice amount of food. The service was great. When we ordered the employees helping us were warm and explained different menu options. The restaurant was clean inside too. The Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwich was good. The croissant was buttery and flaky and the chicken salad was good too. The sandwich came with a small cup of greens and a nice tasting balsamic dressing. The Turkey Artichoke Panini was good and had a nice amount of vegetables on the panini. The chips on the side were good. We both ordered the Roasted Red Pepper Soup and that was really yummy. I'd definitely order that again. To end our meal we enjoyed the Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding. This was so good! The texture and cinnamon flavor were great. First Time Here On to another coffee stop after working out during Thanksgiving week...I treated myself to Kneaders coffee ($2.50) & gingerbread bundt cake ($2.99) . In a review, I saw that someone was comparing it to Panera. The current day Panera really doesn't compare. I feel like Kneaders has a more unique feel to this quick/casual service of restaurants in that it feels more Mom & Pop. I like the ambiance and the pastry that I tried didn't taste like a dry/heavy mass produced dessert. I like the drive-thru option, sometimes parents want a healthier option (fresh/made-to-order) sandwich to go and a coffee to chug while with the kiddos. Why 5 Stars? I drive from Summerlin area at least twice a month now because your bakery is so good. I buy a sourdough loaf and have it sliced, use mostly for any sandwich, grilled cheese or in the morning. I freeze some of it and it keeps great flavor. It's Fall, so one of my buddies from our every Wednesday lunch group told me about this spot a few months ago. They said, get the Pumpkin bread. This pumpkin bread is the BEST I've ever had. Now our 60/70 year old neighbors ask us to bring some back after we gave some loafs out. You can freeze it too. I've been here twice with my retired group of guys on our weekly lunches, and the Reuben is incredible. Soups are great. We all enjoy this lunch spot on our circuit. If it's cold out, they will fire up their fireplace too. Parking is limited but patience. Their muffins are great too. Call ahead as the holidays shorten their supply as they suggested when I enquired about other items. I believe they cater and deliver large purchases. As you pay, there are always TWO large baskets of samples such as their cheese cake and some type of muffin or bread. Your encourage and told, please sample! I ordered because I didn't have Thai peanut dressing at home. Salad came with 4 (yes 4) tiny pieces of chicken probably weighing an eighth of an ounce. What a rip off, and they tell me I can come and pick up the dressing and they will change the bread for me.
