This was my husband's wish for Father's Day, to get some chocolate mousse domes. We first saw Kneaders in St. George, Utah while we were on vacation but it just didn't work out for us to go. It was a little far to drive to Henderson but anything for Father's Day. We went the day before and loaded up on desserts. A lot of their baked goods look amazing as you can see...so it wasn't hard for us to take advantage of the buy 5 get one free. We got 4 domes, an eclair, a PB chocolate cupcake, a chocolate bundt, and a cream cheese brownie . We were very satisfied with our desserts. The dome is rich but so, so, good. I wish the brownie was a little bigger but it was only $1.99. I cannot believe the domes were such an amazing price. The eclair was creamy and a perfectly good cream puff base. The cupcake had peanut butter inside but it was really rich. It was more of a dark chocolate than milk chocolate. My son enjoyed the bundt, but I honestly prefer Nothing Bundt Cakes for a bundt. They do a good job on advertising. I'd like to go back and have a sandwich...or another dome to two! I think it would do well with a location in Southwest Vegas. read more

This cafe is a very pleasant place to spend some time for a bite to eat. They have pastries, breakfast food, sandwiches, smoothies, and a variety of other baked goodies. Highly recommend the chunky cinnamon french toast, and their streusels are tasty as well. They do have a drive-thru and curbside pickup. Closed on Sundays it seems, but that's nice to see, especially in a town like Las Vegas/Henderson. Employees are very friendly, attentive, and helpful, and they deserve a solid day off for their whole team! I would not recommend this restaurant anymore they use to be very good but since inflation their food has went downhill. I ordered soup which I had a reward for and now they say you can only claim food online so if I have to preorder it what's the purpose of ordering from them. Even McDonalds allows you to claim discounts at the window. Then my chicken salad on a croissant had one small scoop spread out and they now add lettuce to look like you have a full sandwich. Crazy they use to put 1.5-2 scoops now it's so small did t even spread to all the bottom of the croissant. Being cheap I hope is worth loosing dedicated kneader fans. My husband and I have just moved to Anthem and we have come to kneaders probably a half a dozen times and each time everything is fresh and delicious. I just had a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and it is just absolutely amazing. We have also had their Keylime pie and, their chocolate eclair both were delicious. So Done with you guys!! We stopped going during Covid because food was poorly prepared, sandwiches missing key ingredients, and rather snotty staff at the drive-thru. Tried it again today hoping to get a decent, healthy sandwich like in 2017-2019. A simple Turkey on Honey Wheat with mayo, lettuce & tomatoes was all we asked for. Left drive thru to discover much later that the sandwich had NO lettuce, NO tomatoes - although someone did remember the turkey! And the honey wheat bread, previously so moist & good, was dry and rather tasteless. All for $13!!!! We don't mind paying premium prices given inflation but do expect to get decent food in return. A Panera-ish type establishment that has a drive thru! They offer sandwiches, soups, salads, and baked goods. I love the fast, friendly service here and the convenience of a drive thru. The breads here are excellent. I really like the pumpkin bread, a seasonal offering that is moist and full of pumpkin spice flavor. They have bread samples at the cashier, which is a great opportunity to try different flavors. The jalapeño cheese bread had a nice kick to it! The sandwiches are filling, yet average. The chicken pesto had a good portion of chicken, but was light on the pesto flavor. The breakfast sandwiches are good too. The sausage, egg, and cheese on a toasted croissant are definitely better quality than typical fast food chains. The bakery goods were hit and miss for me. I did not care for the key lime tart or cinnamon bun. The cream cheese brownie was okay, but tasted old. It's nice that they offer smoothies, but nothing spectacular. I made an error on my delivery address number .... called the bakery explained to mgr on shift this afternoon 5.20.23... she was rude & dismissive told me to cancel it when I was already charged, stated she has no website control etc.... Kneaders is a Utah local's favorite bread company. Think Great Harvest or Panera only better. Today I had the Provolone Muenster cheese melt with the Tomato Bisque soup. The soup was a bit chunkier than other tomato bisque soups but not too much. The sandwich was to DIE FOR! French country sourdough bread (three thin slices) and two types of cheese perfectly melted between each layer. I also got the chocolate mousse dome. I'm a choc-o-holic and have been missing a similar dome from Jean Philippe that's no longer around. So my expectations were a bit high. If I could I would give 0 stars. I have never eaten here before nor would I ever. I stopped by today to buy couple of blue elephant cookie because the proceeds go to #hopefightschildhoodcancer research and I thought it would be a nice thing to do. When I got home I looked at the ingredients list and was very, very disappointed with what I saw. A galore of fake food dyes and BHT preservative. It's ironic that chemicals labeled as possible carcinogenic are used to make cookies whose proceeds are used to fund research for childhood cancer cure. I went there this morning for the first time we ordered a breakfast sandwich for my wife and i to share and also bought a Pumpkin Loaf. The lady that took my Order was not Friendly or warm To me. I asked her if I could please get my breakfast sandwich cut in half so i cold share with my wife. And she gave me a look of disappointment and said that they would try but she could not guarantee it. I was not surprised when I received my breakfast sandwich and it was not sliced in half, I had to cut it myself. I then began to choke on a piece of bacon so I forcefully coughed to get it out. On my way out one of the lady's working gave me a nasty stare as if why was I coming to her establishment with coughing symptoms. Don't care for this place. Friendly customer service and amazing food! Their raspberry bread pudding is to die for, and it comes with a true vanilla custard (made with vanilla beans) on the side. Look at the picture and see if that looks like a sandwich worth $7.50? Btw this did not include a side or drink. That was another almost $4. Broccoli cheddar soup was watered down. I like their breads they use on the sandwiches... and I like the cute country ish charm about the place. Oh the scone with coconut and pineapple was good. I tried to find more positives from the three visits I had here but honestly I'm not feeling the enthusiasm unlike the cult following this franchise from Utah has. Yes, we know they are brand new and popular but stuff like all your carafes of coffee already empty 45 minutes into your first hour of opening, Execution or lack of execution of some of the orders I had. Soup salty, French Toast, eggy... ugh.... Im over my case of FOMO for Kneaders. Total disregard for customers. Ordered beef stew. Paid $13 for 8 oz plus a hunk of baguette and a soft drink. Got home and it was not beef stew. Some spicy bean soup with looked like pork. Since I have a serious allergy to green bell pepper I did not want to eat it with out asking if there was any in whatever they gave me instead of what I ordered. Called for 1/2 hour and could never talk to a human. So sent an email and still have not received the courtesy of an answer. Of course I had to toss out what ever it was so paid $13 for a root beer. Lovely place for a casual lunch. I was meeting a friend for lunch to a place that was new to both of us. When we lunch together, the motto is 'Sharing is Caring'. So we shared the Chicken Salad Sandwich, Turkey Artichoke Panini and some bread pudding. I'll start backwards with the best part ~ dessert. The bread pudding was cinnamon apple that had a wonderful warm glaze drizzled generously. The large piece had rich flavors that superbly topped off the meal. The Chicken Salad Sandwich was a little let down for me. I felt as if they were a bit skimpy on the filling. With that being said their ingredients were more fillers and not a lot of chicken. I would recommend skipping that option. I did, however, love the turkey artichoke panini. It certainly beat out the previously mentioned sandwich with a great combination of ingredients. The focaccia was toasted perfect for my taste. On the side of each sandwich we opted for their Roasted Red Pepper Gouda soup. Beautiful flavors in each spoonful. I would love that have it again. Another option I love are all of the fresh baked breads and treats to take home with you. Along side them are shelves adorned with little knick knacks, decor and gifts. We just went to Kneaders for the first time 2 days ago and I already have a bread craving to get back! We ordered the Turkey avocado sandwich and the clay chowder in a bread bun. The turkey was very fresh tasting, the sandwich bread was so soft and it was HUGE. The clam chowder was really good for a bakery. It was hot and thick chowder, no complaints whatsoever. Plus, inside of a soft sourdough bowl- what could really go wrong? .. Customer service was average. They get pretty busy it seemed so there isn't much chatter. Or room for questions with short short answers lol (at least through the drive thru) but to be fair.. the menu is very easy .. Place looked clean, the employees were wearing their masks correctly. I used to love going to Kneader's years ago, but I have avoided it lately since the drastic price increase. However, yesterday I was craving a salad and all of Kneaders' ingredients are so fresh and their soups are the best I've ever had. I ended up paying $17 for a soft drink, cup of soup, and salad. When I got home, I noticed that I was not given the Turkey Bacon Avocado salad, but the sandwich instead. I understand mistakes happen and it was probably a miscommunication so I called the store and Rachel answered. She was so sweet and apologetic and told me I can absolutely come back and pick up my salad. I arrived through the drive through and they already had my corrected order for me at the window so I didn't have to wait. So I came here one night on march 22 for the first time. From all the yelp pictures i saw i was kinda excited.. but my experience there was NOT SO GOOD... I came here about 15 to 20 minutes before closing. When I parked my car the open sign was on but all the chairs were put on the table. when I walked in the entire store was covered in water... there was literally puddles of water everywhere. Anyways I went over to look at the dessert area and literally NO ONE was trying to help me. There were about 3 people working there and totally ignored me. I literally stood around for over 5 minutes waiting for help and finally had to call for help from someone behind the counter. The young girl working there acted very disinterested in taking my order. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup but unfortunately the tomato soup was all gone ..so they offered me a different soup.. which was fine.. i believe it was irish soup or something like that. anyways... after 10 or 15 minutes of them making this order it came out. I had also ordered 4 desserts as well... so when i got my bag before i left the store i checked to make sure everything was all there. Well everything was there alright .. but the soup was NOT HOT or even the slightest bit warm... it felt like it had been sitting out all day and was just room temperature at best. I was shocked!! i mean if i ordered hot soup i would like hot or at least warm soup. Well i didn't want to complain cause they were closing up shop and the people that worked there seemed like they hated their job ..and who knows what they would do to my soup if i asked for it to be hotter. It was a risk i didn't want to take... the grilled sandwich was warm to the touch tho. When i got home tho which i live 5 minutes away i grilled up the sandwich again ...and heated up the soup on the stove to be hot. The food was tasty... not too bad. BUT the level of service I got for it wasn't worth the hassle. Now.. the 4 desserts I got also tasted not bad.. but was a bit pricey for a small cake.. a cupcake.. an eclair and a mouse. Overall.. this place is NOT WORTH coming back to. I was extremely disappointed and upset that day when i came there and felt like I should have taken my money and spent it somewhere else that deserved my money. What a wonderful hidden treasure in Seven Hills/Anthem area. We will be frequent diners here. So many healthy choices and some worth the calories dishes. First thing you smell is the fresh baked breads as your eyes fixate on the beautiful display of artistic and rustic desserts to choose from. Soups are hearty and hot. So much to choose from the menu. The food is made fresh in house and the price is right. We spent less than $20. Staff is friendly and patient. Great service with a smile. Salads taste good. Service not so great. Been there twice during covid-19 because they have drive up and curbside delivery. They have signs posted everywhere about curbside delivery and how to do it, but don't. You text them, tell them you are there and the description of your car via text and they never come out. After waiting 20 mins, I had to go through the drive thru to get my salad of which they were aware they had. Corporate needs to explain to them how curbside pick up works or they need to take down all the signs on the window that tell you they will deliver food to the car. Both times via drive thru or non-ex sister curbside, they have not given bread that supposedly come with it. I have never been to this place prior to Covid-19, so not sure what it was like before, but this particular location needs some help. Salad was decent and good size. May give another location a try to see if it's this location that has an issue or the chain in general. read more
