I usually love kneaders! I was totally shocked when I asked for an eclair and it was tiny! I bit into it and it was empty! I paid almost 5 bucks for nothing. Cinnamon roll Was good. I won't be going back to that particular kneaders!

Walking into this place makes you hungry for everything! There are so many wonderful holiday aromas once you walk in! Near the cash register there are samples you can try. They also have a nice eating areas indoors and outdoors. You won't go wrong in anything you order to eat here. They have breakfast sandwiches that are great... ham, egg and cheese croissants are a must try. Plus big kudos to the staff. Vanessa was very nice and accommodating when we were trying to decide what to eat.

I have been going to Kneaders on occasion over the years. Their sandwiches and soups are relatively good. The "scrumptious" looking baked goods that are on full display for hungry customers are not. They are very bland and usually dry. I wonder if they put hardly any salt, sugar, butter, or flavoring extracts in them. Probably very little. I have NEVER had one that tasted great. And I've tried them all - cookies, sweet rolls, brownies, pies, ect. So sad.

To preface, I did come on Pi day which offered $2 off pie slices with entree purchase, but was saddened that their supplies weren't being replenished as it was only noon and options were a bit scarce so I went with the tart. However, the tart was delicious and the pie did not disappoint. Another thing I noticed was my salad included cashews and cilantro, but I wasn't served any and our meals were served with only plasticware. Desserts were also served on paper plates. Overall, the meal was yummy but I wouldn't make a special return any time soon. Some positive notes I did notice they served my salad in a to go box and they were happy to let me try two dressings. This location also has a neat local merchants area/crafting counter (I'm not sure if it was just for deco) and a fireplace which was cozy. I noticed a lot of folks were just there on their computers so it seems like a nice spot to visit for remote work. Tip - if you sign up for their app, you'll get $5 off your next purchase.

Lights please haha Yes they are open!

Lately the location it looks closed. They're not turning on their lights. If you sit on the patio it's pitch black at night. Otherwise their app has issues; but food and service was good this visit.

This is the most unorganized, slowest Kneaders I have ever been to. Been waiting 45 minutes for my order. Will never come back.

However, I was met and left with a bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended. The female employee (short hair/glasses) was not the friendliest person, even after I tried being overly nice. I don't know if she was having a bad day or just hates males in general but not a good representation of a place I was eagerly awaiting to try. I first asked if there was a difference in drinks from what was on the menu and up on the board above. She answered snarky, "if it's up on the board and on the menu it's the same" Mind you, one said latte and the other did not, hence the question. I opted with what I normally get. She took my order and then while looking down, stated, "2% milk okay" I said sure then asked if whole was available. You would've thought I had asked for her to go milk the cow and bring it back. She was very annoyed, so I said 2% is fine. I paid for my coffee then stood and watched her began preparing it. I saw her add one quick pump of syrup so I said, could I maybe have one more pump. Again, you would've thought I was about to suck them dry of all syrup. She seemed annoyed and looked at the register and began to say what I assume was they charge for extra, so I quickly said never mind. All in all I was disappointed with my interaction. The coffee was good and the wrap was okay but I dunno if I'd go back.

I think I pay like $7 for a gigantic coffee that usually lasts me two days. They also have some baked snacks like muffins and cookies that are usually good. I really liked the snickerdoodles last month! The highlights here are the service, speed, and variety. And on that note, I think it's cool that they do a month-by-month cycle of new drinks to keep things interesting. I have not had a single month where none of the specialty drinks appeal to me, there's always at least something - which is intentional, as they usually do one energy drink, one cold brew, and one latte. I also feel like the staff read your vibe and go off of that which I appreciate, because if I just woke up and I'm like barely on the plane of existence, I do not want that Dutch Bros level of energy to knock me out of my car seat. I will advise anyone looking to get matcha to probably stray away from that if you're expecting a more traditional, earthy taste, but generally if you're not going to a place that specializes in matcha you're making a mistake on your end. I go here on on average once every 2-3 days and I will continue to do so because of the location and convenience. Make sure to check their Instagram if you want to know what the monthly specials are ahead of time!
