We had the best service I've ever had from our server Leah! She was so sweet and special and when we entered we felt instantly happy! As a California native who visits St. George often, the food at this Kneaders feels like home every time! Whether you're sitting in or taking out, the service is always with a smile and everyone is so kind. Stella and Payton have become our favorites as they took care of us most of the time but the rest of the staff are also very kind and give great customer service! The Tuna Sandwich, Tomato Soup, and any pastries are always my go-to's but the grilled cheese and salads are also great, alongside the delicious smoothies and coffees they have to offer. It's definitely a great place to sit and read or work while you're having your food and drink as it's a peaceful place with a lovely view and relaxing atmosphere. I would have left before that but there were cars in front of me and one behind me. I always have high hopes here, and it seems I'm always disappointed. I was willing to give this location a shot, but I think we were wrong. First, food wasn't quite done correctly (and was ready 14 minutes after the promised time in our online order). Then we go home and find... a freaking dead BUG in a sandwich. Disgusting. I tried to call the store to share my issue, and you can't get a human on the phone no matter how hard you try. Every selection ends with, "we're sorry, your call couldn't be connected," and the line dropping the call entirely. we were there on September 20, 2024, and we ordered a tun sandwich, and a veggie sandwich with soup. The tuna sandwich was terrible. They put about a very thin layer of tuna, which was really hard to see on the sandwich. My husband was very upset that there was very little tuna. The veggie sandwich had a very small, thin piece of cheese that didn't even cover half the bread. The tomatoes were not ripe. We will never go back to Kneaders because of this. We ordered an almond croissant and cinnamon bun. With the house coffee. I am not accustomed to having flakey pastry with fillings, or cinnamon buns served cold. They were. When we informed our server she put them in the microwave resulting in a hot mushy mess. It was served in a bag not even a paper plate. It gets points for looks but that is all. Very disappointing. If we took it home and let it warm up it might have been better. On the plus side the prices were very reasonable and the coffee was good. The sandwiches appear to be what bring the customers. I ordered three pies for Christmas. We gave them a week to prepare the order and I went in for pick up as scheduled, 2 pies were ready, and one pie was not. We were assured by the pastry chef if we came back on Saturday, the pie would be ready. When we went in the next day, the pie was not ready and we were told to come back in one hour. Service and quality has gone way downhill! The last few times we went here it has taken a long time but I was patient and understood they were busy and everyone was working hard. Today I placed an online order for breakfast at 7:20am and was informed that the order would be ready at 8am. I arrived at 8am and waited for 20 minutes only to be told that the food wasn't ready (looked like it hadn't even been started). It took another 20 minutes for our food to be ready. Several of the staff were especially unfriendly (Cynthia in particular). Had a great experience here doing a take out order! The service was great, the restaurant was clean, and my order was done correctly! The turkey avocado salad was fresh, crisp, and tasty. Love their ranch with it and the crispy bacon. The turkey club sandwich is amazing (try it on the Asiago)! My husband enjoyed his chicken pesto panini. I have been coming to the Mall Dr Kneaders since it was built. it has progressively gone down hill the past 18 months. it has finally hit bottom. today it took almost 15 minutes to get a bread bowl with flour potatoe soup that was lukewarm at best. a cook, sandwich maker and two other girls in black moved slower than my beloved desert tortises. my bread bowl was stale, soup below marginal (potato bacon- not) and the service wasn't. last time we were here we walked out because no one helped us. Kneaders problem is their drive through customers have priority over there dining room guests who have gotten out of their cars to go in and dine. For my $$, I would have been better to pop open a couple of cans of soup at home. read more

I went back and asked for another one and 20 minutes later nobody was showing up. I went up to ask where my toast is and she was like, I have no idea. I asked again for it and they brought me back another brick. It was so bad!!!! I ended up just throwing it in the trash and left. A waste of $11!!! I will never again go to this place again....
