After our water heater died, Knights was quick to respond, and quickly determined the problem. They gave us several options, from trying to repair our fairly old heater, to 4 replacement options. We went with one of the replacement options, and it was installed the next morning. They also offer a very affordable service plan that includes free annual inspections among other benefits. Had a leak in our water heater we found on a Friday. They were able to schedule someone same day. Due to scheduling conflicts, they had us moved to Saturday first thing in the morning. Knights Plumbing and Drain is our plumbing go to from now on. Our kitchen sink clogged last night and my husband tried plunger and liquid plumber but all did not work. Jason and Brandon came out this morning to give a second look at my tub drain and was pleasantly surprised to find a piece of pipe that was blocking drain. After using SELECT HOME WARRANTY, I was required to pay a $65 deductible to have a company that could not clear my main line come out. I was lied to by SELECT HOME WARRANTY who stated they would take 2 days to consider a hydro jet, recommend by the other plumbing co. They did not ever plan to pay for the service and DENIED the claim. I was unable to use my plumbing for two days. I looked up some local plumbing companies and called Knights. The owner heard my plight and said he did not believe hydrojetting was necessary. He gave me some valuable information to avoid getting overcharged for plumbing services. He had an experienced guy and if he couldn't clear the line, probably couldn't be cleared. He told me he could have him out the next day if I decided to use his company. True! Jason had the line cleared in 10-15 min. The other company was here 3 hours with no success and recommended an $1180 hydro jetting of my line that was not necessary. Jason and his assistant Josh arrived on time and explained what we could expect and how best to move forward. Not only was the whole process seamless, their ability to clearly communicate the process and get the job DONE was a blessing! They also had a great sense of humor and my hubby and I had fun joking around with them! Honesty goes a long way with me. This is one of the best experiences I have had in a truly stressful situation. I do need to have a break repaired under my driveway slab but I know I am in good hands with Knight's Plumbing. read more

1st off let me say that Victor and his assistant were very professional. They made sure they had their shoe covers on whenever they came in and out. Rainy day and they didn't track anything on the carpet. These guys did a great job and the quotes were actually less than expected. They made me aware of problems added costs and it was still a great price. They knocked out the work, but didn't cut any corners. Really happy with their work. Now they also shared a program that knight's plumbing has. It's a customer program where you pay $12.95 a month and you get priority service. I like the idea of having a plumber on call. So I would suggest to all of you to call knights plumbing and ask about this program. Even if you don't need plumbing now call these folks and ask about the program. There's a lot I'm not sharing as it would really drag this review out. But this company is the one to use. read more

Chris and Victor from Knights Plumbing came today, Saturday, because my newly installed, yesterday, Glacier Bay 1pc Toilet was leaking and found out that the installed new toilet was defective. There is a fine crack inside corner of the toilet tank. Called Knights Plumbing and responded right away. Chris and Victor helped me resolve the problem. Victor picked up the replacement toilet and Chris removed the defective toilet and installed the new replacement toilet. It was a teamwork and, so, both finished the whole job and process in 1-2hrs. I now have this new replacement toilet installed and working well so far. Hopefully, there's no issues anymore. Now I just have to deal with the warranty/insurance claim from the Glacier Bay Toilet manufacturer to get reimbursed/refunded for all these additional expenses due to the defective toilet. So, lesson learned, always visually check the toilet/product inside and out for manufacturers defect to avoid unnecessary additional expenses and stress. Both Chris and Victor were fast, efficient, reliable, patient and excellent at their job. They were skilled, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Chris made sure that the newly replaced and installed toilet is working properly. Victor and Chris explained to me the details of the charges and the process of the work being done. Chris did the job with care and provided excellent service. They were kind, helpful, considerate and easy to talk to; given the current situation and stress I was experiencing.
