We got knocked out by knockout pizza. Last Friday 1/4 we ordered a pizza for pick-up for one of our neighbors kids. We placed the order a little after 6pm and was told to come at 6:35pm. The pizza wasn't ready until around 7pm. When we got there they said it would be 10 minutes late (6:45). Terrible customer service and we won't be back. They didn't offer a discount or anything other than "sorry we are busy". There are too many pizza places in the area to think this acceptable. read more

My review is based on delivery--I'm strongly considering visiting the location at some point to see if there is a different experience. The service was good, but the pizza was either strange or bad...sort of enigmatic and difficult to tell what to assign it. We ordered a meatball/bacon/bell pepper pizza with garlic knots on the side. The meatballs were sliced thin, the bacon sliced thick and thin, and the bell pepper was almost nonexistent. Super chill little joint. Perfect place to sit and enjoy a quick bite after a long day at the beach. The pizza wasn't the best ever, not too bad tho. Kind of like a sbarro with the cold pizza that they reheat in the oven. I had a BBQ chicken that had a little bit of a kick, way too spicy for my lady, but she's a total wuss when it comes to spice. Not happy with this restaurant at all. We trusted the reviews and ordered takeout, a large pizza with toppings, garlic knots, pepperoni twists and cheesecake. It cost $37 and they didn't even remember to give me the ranch I paid for which would've been the only thing that had flavor or could moisten the dry flavorless taste everything had. $4 for prepackaged FROZEN strawberry cheesecake... ridiculous. The pizza was cold when we got home and was soaked in grease yet somehow the crust was still so dry we couldn't eat more than half of each slice. Pepperoni twists cost $4 for three tasteless twists that had maybe one single slice of pepperoni and no cheese to tell. Garlic knots were so oily and had raw garlic but no seasoning or Parmesan.
