UHM this place is BOMB.COM for a cheat meal & I am glad I used it here a simple menu but the FOOD is straight fire!!! So yummy and let me tell if I am such a noob because I asked for ketchup not knowing that the sauce it comes with would blow my socks off. SO TASTY!! They have seasoned fries and I looveed it with their sauce. I got the Bacon Cheese burger and it was super juuiiccyy. A well known "hole in the wall" spot. This is one of only two restaurants I will deeply miss upon moving away from Augusta. Knuckle Sandwiches has developed its culture and brand- a no nonsense, no frills, straight-forward sandwich shop with mind blowing fries. The restaurant is decorated in boxing memorabilia and decor, and the food is an absolute knockout. I personally get the Knuckle Sandwich, which comes with a BBQ sauce and a Thai chili. The fries are crisp, and well seasoned with a flavor you cannot find anywhere else. The sandwiches are filled high with delicious quality pork, chicken, bacon, and cheese- with a variety of sandwich options. All sandwiches are cooked fresh to order, there is plenty of meat, veggies and cheese so it's balanced and filling! I could only give 4 stars for the food quality and service. Unfortunately, this is a tiny spot with very limited seating for groups of 2. There is no restroom or handwashing area for patrons and no fountain drinks. It was recently a technology conference for military contractors in September of 2021. I had some friends come in from out of town and took them to knuckle sandwiches. I saw that off menu sandwich called "the Knuckle", which is a combo of the Blackeye Chicken and PBR-B-Q plus bacon and cheese on a hoagie roll. It's a small place, so I wouldn't recommend eating in if you have a large party, but it would be great To Go for any size group. The Thai chili sauce is excellent. Expect GREASY, UNHEALTHY food...but hey, what's better than a fatty snack late on a weekend night?! The wait can sometimes be long depending on time of arrival. Minimal seating inside and on the outdoor patio. Prices are cheap, food amount is more than enough. They have a decent selection of food items and always do a great job in the kitchen. I tasted both, but will come back for the PBR-BQ. Tender pulled pork marinated in PBR on thick perfect lightly toasted buns. The Thai Chili Ranch sauce is a dream for the hot crisp battered fries that are served with every sandwich. The gent who took our order was so helpful, great customer service. I subtracted one star for a health rating of 84. There's not much seating, but we ate outside and it was a beautiful day so no problem. It would be easy to take for carry out as well. Because the price of food is up these days, I was a bit disappointed when I requested a different menu item after one bite of the original order. I was told that they would not replace the item without paying full price. I then ask for the different menu item without the fries, but was still charged for the fries because they did not separate fries from the full menu item. Wish they would have made accommodations by meeting me, at least, half way by offering 1/2 off, due to my dissatisfaction. Lesson learned and will not return nor suggest to others. read more

I called in and order a black beauty .. when i sent my daughter in to pick it up I saw that I got the black eye not the black beauty as I ordered. I called back to ask the lady that took my order was did she ring me up for the right thing.. she asks if I was still outside to come back in.
