It took around 20 minutes for the entire meal to be cooked. The Loco Moco was decent. The hamburger patty was burnt and small though. The scrambled eggs and gravy was delicious. The dinning area is always clean, even when the line is out the door. The drink station and condiment area is equally as clean and orderly regardless of the amount of people inside. As for the crowds, I've seen UFC fighters, baseball players and ordinary folks like you and I getting their fix at Leo's! I love seeing the same employees for the years that I've been going.
