Stuffed Avocado & Spicy Scallop (1 pcs)
    Rebekah D.

The music wasn't too loud, it looked very clean. There were not a lot of people here which is too bad. Its front entrance seems a little hidden but it's shady so if it's super busy you won't be toasting in the sun while waiting outside. There's plenty of parking. They have lunch specials, with ramen and chicken and sushi options. I had the teriyaki chicken, it came with a salad and a bowl of miso soup. The miso soup was better than some places, it didn't taste like it had been sitting "all day", but pretty standard. The salad was decent. I'm not a huge fan of red cabbage but I wasn't going to pick it off either. Basic, but good. Dressing, lettuce & red cabbage. I liked the dressing. It was a savory dressing. I didn't take pics. There was some confusion because I actually ordered the stuffed jalapeño which she said was stuffed with cream cheese and spicy tuna, and I was debating which I should order. I decided on the stuffed jalapeno and then she brought the stuffed avocado but it was totally fine because I wanted to try that anyway. They had a stuffed avocado. I'm huge avocado fan. Like an "advocado" for it. Yes dumb joke but idc. Anyway, it was half an avocado, fried and filled with crab mix. I think it also had masago. Overall I enjoyed it. If I was making that though, I'd actually have spicy tuna and crab mix, to change up the flavor. It was still good though, I enjoyed it. Definitely would have it again. I had a spicy scallop as well. I didn't order a bunch of sushi because I wanted chicken, but the spicy scallop was very good. 10/10 would eat it again. The teriyaki chicken was nicely cooked. It was juicy, not overly dry or salty. The rice was cooked properly as well. Yum. 9/10. She gave me a sucker when I paid. The kid in me was stoked. Yassss. Make sure not to skip out on this place. Support the small businesses!

The spicy edamame had a nice sauce on it. The service was just ok. It started ok good but once we got our food, it slowed down. I did find a long hair in the scallop roll. Seemed to be a bit pricey compared to some other places. Glad we gave it a try but will probably stick to our usual spot.

This is the place for sushi in Glendale! The food is phenomenal and fresh. The presentation is very beautiful and eye taking. The details aren't skipped in anything that is served. I loved the rainbow roll, G roll, Arizona roll and if you dine in you'll get a spicy crab wanton and a desert orange which was so mouthwatering and delicious. It's a great spot for large parties and intimate dates, I spoke with the owner on the phone to pick up to go and he took his time to suggest some rolls I might like since I mentioned I wanted to try something spicy. He is super sweet and attentive! I was craving it the next day and finally came in to dine in. What a great experience. So glad I found this gem! Thank me later

SO GOOD! We tried the tonkatsu ramen, fried calamari, the Vegas roll and the gyozas. 11/10 Delicious! We will be back!

Looking for sushi and ramen with the family and found our place! Everything we tried we were happy with. They bring out wontons for an appetizer and fresh oranges with a glaze for dessert. Definitely an experience for a walk in style restaurant. We will be back to try more as there are a good amount of options. I wish I took pictures of everything we tried but I've added the ones we took. Also clean, and staff and service were excellent!

Absolutely delicious, and wonderful staff! My husband and I split spring rolls, Sushi Little roll, and Red Flame roll. The sauce on the Red Flame roll was so tasty and the lobster tempura in the Sushi Little roll was awesome. Excellent service, and to top it off they're family-owned. Highly recommend.

My parents have been coming here for a bit and wanted us to come check it out! The people that run this place, worked at the sushi spot we'd always go to but then it was bought out so they opened up their own place. We really enjoyed all the food and the ramen was definitely a favorite. The service here was so amazing and staff was super kind.

Shrimp Tempura Roll, SUNNY ROLL, Arrowhead roll

Decent service but they may be a little understaffed. Sushi seems pricy but the rolls are quite large and with a cash/student discount it's pretty good value. Lunch special sashimi platter is particularly good value. Fish tastes fresh and the rolls are good. The specials menu usually has some good items. I like the Sunny roll and G roll. Tonkotsu ramen is good as well

Dinner here was overall good! There was no wait and we were sat right away. We were given complimentary crab wontons, which were so yummy! We loved the sunny roll with its buttery salmon and lemon topping--delicious. The red flame roll and tuna nigiri were okay; we would probably skip them next time, the tuna wasn't as fresh as we're used to. The Tonkotsu ramen fulfilled my cravings but took 40-45 minutes and were already almost done with our sushi, likely forgotten until we reminded them. Overall, good food & service with some minor hiccups!

Came here to have a little date night the evening before thanksgiving. It's well-lit and welcoming with a clean and bright feeling. Diana helped us and she was awesome! Very attentive and very friendly with wonderful recommendations. My boo had the hamachi roll and really liked the house made chili sauce it was served with. The salad with ginger dressing was extra yum and the teppanyaki was awesome!

    Cucumber vip roll was delicious

Great service & fresh food family business. What a lovely little place! Definitely casual and the sushi quality matches the price, but the people are lovely and they really treat you well here.

Sushi Little is a small sushi restaurant located in Arrowhead in the spot where Ginger Bistro used to be. They do not have wait service. You order at the counter and seat yourself. Soft and hard beverages are available. It is a little hard to order at the counter because you need to read the menu, the specials, sushi menu, and 24 rolls. They do have peach soju but not plain soju so my husband went with a cup of water and we were charged $3.25 for a cup of water. The one thing that was very good was the house smoked salmon. It made me want a bagel and cream cheese. The next best thing we tried was the gyoza. They were maybe on the bland side but good. All the sushi wasn't the freshest so it wasn't enjoyable. Only the smoked salmon seemed good. The salmon kama again wasn't the freshest and was over cooked in the microwave oven. This restaurant shouldn't have an open kitchen because you shouldn't see these things. My husband could see the cook doing our salmon kama in the microwave. I could hear the microwave door. The fat parts of the collar came out boiling from being over cooked. A girl did come over and asked how it was. I told her , "Over cooked." She didn't say a thing back. Also they don't even clear dirty plates. We had a pile of them when the kama came out and they just left them there. I REALLY wanted to like this restaurant. Based on one visit sadly I can not recommend this restaurant.

The first thing that stood out was the beautiful interior design. The space feels modern, stylish, and inviting, making it perfect for a date night or even a solo dining experience. The aesthetic bar area creates a great atmosphere, and while we chose to sit inside, they also have a lovely covered patio for those who prefer outdoor seating. The food and customer service were both excellent. Portions were generous, flavors were on point, and every dish we ordered was enjoyable. We started with the Heart Attack, garlic edamame, and shrimp tempura appetizers. The garlic edamame was especially memorable--I loved the addition of sesame oil, which added so much flavor and made it stand out from the typical version. To drink, we ordered green tea and a Sapporo on draft. The Sapporo was light, crisp, and airy--definitely something I would order again. For our main dishes, we enjoyed the Sensei Roll, the Screaming "O" Roll, and a nigiri plate from the happy hour menu. Everything was delicious, but the Screaming "O" Roll was the clear highlight of the meal and a must-order in my opinion. Between the beautiful ambiance, attentive service, generous portions, and flavorful food, Haru Sushi delivered a fantastic dining experience. We'll definitely be back!

Some of their specialty rolls are $50/roll!!! I repeat- FiIFTY American dollars per roll. I don't know that I've seen prices that high even in Scottsdale or Las Vegas. There's no reason that this casual sushi spot should be charging like they're off the coast of Japan in an elite cliffside restaurant. The food is very good, but it's not "I need to finance this meal", $50/roll good. Also.. I asked for the WiFi password (literally titled "Haru Sushi Guest") so I could work on my laptop if needed, just to be told they were not allowed to give out their WiFi password out to anyone (even the staff aren't allowed to use it). Kind of silly to be gatekeeping something as simple as WiFi in the year 2026. I would have loved to make this my new working lunch spot, but between the egregiously high prices and the WiFi witness protection program, I'll be skipping it next time.

We sat at the booth closest to the front door - the interior is cute, but looks cheap. The wooden tables are not high end and we were disappointed with this restaurant before we even ordered anything. We ordered miso soup to start - so salty, mushy tofu, did not finish. We ordered two rolls. Both seemed to be a decent serving size, but the pieces were rice heavy. The fish itself seemed.... fishy. Definitely did not taste like real salmon or tuna; we're from a city with fresh seafood, and I'm not surprised that this fish did not taste right. I doubt they get fresh fish flown in and likely use previously frozen items, where you can taste the difference. The wasabi obviously came out of a tube instead of fresh wasabi, another red flag. The only saving grace was their cocktail menu. Come here for drinks and skip the meal, save yourself the disappointment. Based on other reviews, some of their other menu items might make up for the poor sushi, but we will not be returning.

It's a good mid-tier sushi restaurant and, of course, has the novelty of the revolving sushi belt. If you're looking for a high end experience, this may not be your place. Note: 1) Ika (my personal favorite) is listed both on their website before you come in and even on their printed menu once you are seated in the restaurant, but be aware they do not have any and 2) be extra careful when communicating your order as the waitstaff will make assumptions on your behalf. For example, I asked if they have salmon roe to which the waitstaff said "yes", but when they brought my order to our table they had substituted salmon nigiri in its place offering no explanation nor telling me what to expect, just leaving me to discover it after taking the plastic cover off the plate.

That said, the flavors were actually good and the fish itself did not taste bad. I have been to other rotating sushi spots where items circle more than once but still taste fresh, so this stood out to me. The restaurant itself seemed clean and I did not have any issues there.
