L19. Steak, Shrimp and Chicken Hibachi

Our first time at Kobe did not disappoint. They give SO much food and I love that you get noodles and rice. They also have the option for you to sub ranch dressing instead of ginger for your salad which is unheard of at most Japanese places. We will def be visiting again.

We dined here for lunch in 7/14/23. We were there around 1130 and had the entire hibachi side to ourselves. Food was good, hot and fresh. Nice portions and yummy sweet tea. Service was good and the hibachi chef was interactive and nice

First time and Koji and they did not disappoint! I'll definitely be coming back. Fresh sushi and awesome menu selection. Same went for the hibachi very fresh presented vegetables, and meats. Everything was flavorful. The service was very good, always attentive. Pricing for sushi and hibachi was very reasonable.

This is what they gave me for $15 dollars!!!

Please do not go to this place...they are absolute rip offs...you can easily go 2 exits down to Ichiban Express off 218 get better food for what they are charging here...absolutely ridiculous...$15 dollars for 5 scallops!!!

The Big Mac Roll and salmon Tekka Maki

Some of the best sushi I've ever had! The Big Mac roll (soy bean wrapper) was my favorite. Sushi for 2 with some left to take home for $51 is a great deal. Definitely recommend this place!

I stopped in to have dinner at this spot while in the area this past Saturday. I ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice and Spring Rolls. The Spring Rolls were so delicious, hot, and likely were made from scratch. The Shrimp Fried Rice was more so fried rice served in clump, was lukewarm, and had a few shrimp on top of it. The rice component was not fresh and was not hot. I understand the accommodations being made for COVID-19, but please do not serve customers leftover food. I found the young lady very kind at the front and it only took about 15 mins to complete my order. The soup was good and the salad served with it was good as well. I also loved the hibachi veggies, but they tended to be somewhat overwhelmed by an oniony taste. Overall, pretty decent but not the best I've had in hibachi by far.

Really great, we ate there 3 times in 2 days. The staff is very nice. The menu is robust.

I had high hopes it's a tad bit older than expected so the burners have a lot of smell from burn off other than that our chef was supper funny very sweet one thing about this place you'll have leftovers for absolute days!!!! They give you so much food and I love it and the yum yum sauce is so great here way better than the other places I've had around town!

Chicken and shrimp habachi with fried rice

Found this spot for lunch after leaving the Tanger. Since the restaurant was closing, I ordered the chicken & shrimp habachi and the crunchy dragon roll to-go. The habachi was great, seasoned well and the vegetables had a nice crunch still. My only complaint is the eel in my sushi still had bones in it, luckily I didn't swollen any. I'd still return again when I'm in the area.

I've been here a couple of times for lunch time and their lunch special is on the money. I usually get the crispy shrimp and shrimp tempura, both are sushi rolls and they come with salad and soup and I usually pay about 13 and change I believe. You can't beat that! -Fork n Fly

This is my favorite Japanese restaurant. The prices are typical but the food is delicious. Lunch portions are huge.

Immediately upon entering there's a variety of booths, tables and bar seating. We opted for a table on the opposite side of the DJ so we could hear each other talk. Service was from Mimi who was very helpful in recommending the sides for our entree. We ended up ordering the jerk wings (appetizer), turkey wings with collards, dressing and candied yams. I ate the wings as my entree and we shared the sides. The presentation was great. Real plates & flatware. The sides came in their own bowls so the food doesn't touch. We were so hungry I didn't snap a picture but just imagine it! Or go try it for yourself when you're in the area. 5 Stars! Sometimes, a lady just wants a cocktail…read more Summary: Good spot. Would visit again. In this economy, you're going to spend more than you'd like. The strip mall entrance and parking a bit of a challenge. Full review below: I went in Saturday afternoon. It was lightly busy but fully staffed so help/attention came quick. Dining solo so I opted for a seat at the bar. Bartender was super attentive. Didn't have to wait long for a menu or to place my order. Also, she regularly checked in on how everything was. I ordered the Yellow Diamond Martini ($15) and it was delicious. I got the fried green tomatoes (4 pieces) for $11.95. Complimentary very tall cup of water. The tomatoes were a little small so this is definitely an appetizer/light snack...which is A-OK for me. It came out shortly after my martini was ready. Overall, minus tip, it came to $29. Music was playing through a speaker but not too loud. People could comfortably have a conversation. There are multiple tvs throughout. I appreciated that some of them were showing stuff other than sports. One monitor, near the restroom, is devoted to Culturistic Kitchen content, which is smart. I did use the restroom. It's two stalls and two sinks. The non-handicap/ADA stall is tiny. I'm like a medium-sized woman who is 5'7 and even I was like yikes. When the place is busy/packed I could see a wait or a line for the bathroom. The one major downside...which is not Culturistic Kitchen's fault is that the strip mall is not easy to get out of and onto the main road (Jodeco Rd) especially if you're turning left. The parking lots for all the shops, which are great businesses, should be bigger than it is. Don't be surprised if, during peak times, you may have to park 1-2 doors down from the restaurant. Overall, I would go again. I don't go out to eat that often (there's food at the house ) but if I want a good cocktail and a light snack or try some of their regular food items, I would come again. More than likely, I'd choose an off-peak time because I wouldn't want to experience it at near full capacity but that's just me.
