Yo! That oxtail Philly was worth the hour drive outside of Atlanta. I don't know what I was expecting, but I went on. Cloudy Sunday right when the falcons were playing and got a seat to sit & eat. It was delicious. If it wasn't so far out I'd probably go more often. I would definitely get the oxtail Philly again. The piña colada lemonade is okay, but the blue raspberry lemonade is where it's at. That's the winner. Get one while you're there and get one for the ride back. In my opinion 75 back into the city is the best route because it's a closer feel to the interstate. The route going 20 east feels like you spend longer on the backroads once you get off the interstate in Conyers. But Apple Maps/Waze are your best friend to avoid traffic. Trust me. read more

If they could just get my order right consistently. When it's right, it's great. Unfortunately, it's not always right and it's incredibly frustrating. On a previous occasion, they made it right and the owner called personally (wow!). We've continued to have little things wrong since then, but it's always been tolerable. Tonight they apologized when I called to complain, but the polite young man on the phone didn't know how to refund me for what was wrong and couldn't do anything to make it right. I offered to send pics if needed (I don't eat mayonnaise or tomatoes and it's all over my Poboy). Unfortunately, he just didn't know how to do it, so I'm stuck with a sammich that inedible to me. I guess I've just kinda reached my limit and won't be dining here again. It's a shame, food is good but they just can't seem to get right. read more

My first visit had mixed results. Service was wonderful. Very friendly and very helpful. It's a nice local place with a very local feel on the inside. The food is well priced. Not cheap but not overpriced. I got the double smash burger with onion rings and a drink. The burger tasted good. Loved the bun. The bacon I paid extra for didn't add anything to the flavor. It was good, I just wanted a little more flavor. I will say that I got it without the cheese or mayo which may aide in the flavor but I don't like them. My only complaint was that one of my onion rings (big but there were only 4 total) contained an outer layer of the onion that still had the skin on it! The other onion rings were fine but since I saved the onion rings to eat at the end, this was a bad ending to my meal. The flavored lemonade (I got Piña colada) was amazing and I'd like to try other flavors. I highly recommend the lemonade. Overall it may not have been the best first experience but still good enough for me to give them a second chance. read more

Our server was great! Was our first time! I saw at least four things I wanted on the menu right away. But we were only getting two entrées this day. So she was very patient and understood that I really did want to get the Chopped Philly sandwich and I ended up getting that barbecue Hog Heaven sandwich which was Amazing!!! Both were actually very good but my favorite for that day was the juiciness of the Hog Heaven . They have BOGO Lunch Specials too !!! We are coming back with a couple of friends..... The food was great! Had lemon pepper wings, garlic wings pulled pork with fries and the Texan ; Brisket sandwich and fries! It was all cooked perfect! The sandwiches are awesome. I've had the fish and shrimp combo ! Love it! What I love most is the food is always hot. I wish they would give a real serving of Cole slaw though. That little dip cup for what is considered a side of Cole slaw is insulting. Otherwise I love it there. read more

Being Sunday, I was anticipating a Caribbean lunch today from my friends at Potlucks Smokehouse. I wasn't disappointed. I had the ox tail meal with green beans and coconut rice. It was amazing. Just a little ox tail au jus takes the coconut rice and green beans to the moon and back. I got a potato soup for dinner tonight and some smoked winks for lunch one day next week. I tasted one of the wings and it was the best wing ever. These guys know how to cook! Service is personable and they're eager to please. No doubt they will be successful. Such a welcome addition to the neighborhood. read more

I can up to this place two times for an oxtail cheesesteak. First of all why couldn't they tell you on the website that you cannot get the oxtail cheesesteak on the weekdays nor call in. This place is 30 minutes - a hour away. The service isn't there, it's too slow to be moving slow meaning there is t customers like that. The only thing I like about this place is the food. read more
