Too many places throw barely cooked vegetables into an omelette, but everything here tasted intentional and well prepared. The cheesy grits were on point too. The pancakes, fruit, and other breakfast items were nicely presented, and the drinks were just as good as the food. The blue cocktail was refreshing and definitely added to the experience.
