WOW. Ordered takeout I had the Tonkusu and husband the cold noodles. The depth of flavors was insane. The broth comforting and rich without being heavy. The pork in both of them was tender and the soft boiled egg perfect. This is fairly close to the rental we're staying in and we will definitely be back while we were here and probably after we move a little further away!

On our visit to the PNW we stopped at Kokoro Ramen House. The pork Katsudon was delicious. Very flavorful and filling. We also ordered the cucumber salad. The service was superb. The atmosphere is crisp. We loved the balloons celebrating their opening. We look forward to returning on our next trip. 5/5 stars.

Add ons to any ramen. A little pricier than I'm use to for amount.

We got in right before the were busy with the dinner crowd. We've been wanting to come for a while and ended up getting drinks and apps as well. Had to splurge. 1) drinks-didn't have a full bar yet. Some items were unavailable. But my drink was fantastic and was beautiful. 2) loved the karaage and sauce. I personally didn't like the tofu. That's usually my favorite dish but I felt like it wasn't crispy enough because it's sitting in a sauce. My sister loved it though and said it was her favorite of the night. My Ramen was spicy miso. The meat was exceptionally tender and perfect. Fantastic flavor all the way. My egg was stone cold. Usually in ramen dishes I've had they're velvety and warm. It was a little bit of a hit on the sensory contrast. Not sure if it's intentional or an oversight. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be back. But there are some operational things they are ironing out still. Give them grace and keep going. We need good ramen spots in this area. Only real con is the price of the add ons for ramen. I'm use to them being like ~$1/ea and a good amount. These are a lot more and not a large amount for what you get. If I was watching my budget they'd add up quickly lol we rarely go out so I didn't care. I believe our total bill with tip was around $100. Ps there's literally froyo two doors down so great date night option too.

My boyfriend & I waited & waited for this place to open while we lived in salmon creek. It took awhile & we eventually moved out of the area. We finally saw it open & had to try it out after seeing many good reviews. Its a very cute little spot. Tables & bar stools available. I decided on the tonkatsu ramen. Broth was so tasty & savory. They were very generous with the toppings, so many pieces of pork. A really good addition to the salmon creek area. Service was great & everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. Go check them out.

We got to check out this place yesterday. We went at about 1pm and it was busy. We had about a 20 minute wait but the staff checked in on us often to ensure we were good. The place is small, but overall really nice. Their menu is still limited but we were told the full menu comes out around 6/5/26 We tried the spicy miso ramen and the katsudon along with the karaage. The ramen was very flavorful and all elements were so well put together. It wasn't spicy enough for my fiance but they offered other options to help. The karaage was seasoned well, but I'd say nothing too exciting. The katsudon was seasoned well and the pork katsu was perfectly crispy. I would definitely order again. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful, modern and clean place. We were greeted by a lovely young woman who was able to see us immediately. Our server answered our questions and made great recommendations for us. We ordered two different Ramen dishes and both were exquisite. I will definitely be back here to try more options!

We were in the area during lunch time, Kokoro was just a few minutes away. It's a weekday so it's it wasn't crowded at all, lots of parking. Ordered my go to tonkatsu ramen, it didn't disappoint. It has a nice assortment of garnishes - nori, corn kernels, bamboo shoots, a jammy boil egg, chopped green onions, sliced seaweed. Good soup base, hearty, well seasoned. The service was quick and polite. The ambiance is clean and modern.

After going twice now, Kokoro Ramen House has honestly become one of my favorite ramen spots in the Vancouver/Salmon Creek area. The service was great and love the interior they did to this new spot. The broth is rich and flavorful, the meat is tender, and the ramen eggs are cooked perfectly. Everything tastes fresh, authentic, and made with care. Definitely one of the best ramen spots in the area in my opinion, and I already can't wait to go back again.

Came here for a very enjoyable lunch. I was instantly graded by two very friendly staff members. Got seated right away and was given the menu to look over. I loved the other menu was very simple, but had lots of depth to their dishes. The aesthetic of this Ramen spot is so cute and I absolutely loved it. I was a very big fan of the sake cocktail that I got. The price prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality.

Heard about the soft opening and needed to go as soon as we saw the menu. It was clean and very nice inside. We were seated immediately by the friendly staff (we got lucky and got there before the rush). We ordered the Tom Yum ramen (really good! Not the biggest fan of the thin noodles, but the broth and everything was so good. Good spice level), Katsu cutlet curry (The curry was amazing! We have a bit of a picky eater that wasn't big on the fat-on the pork), the Katsudon (sooo good, I'm a strict rater and I'd give it 5/5 or 6/5! Katsudon is a "simpler" dish that is more comfort/home food and it was perfect. Reminded me of my time in Japan), and Takoyaki (also good! Had decent chunks of octopus). The tea was also really good! Very fragrant The staff came by to check on us a few times and were extremely friendly. Can't wait to go back. The only problem now is deciding what to get when everything is good The good news is, they had a decent line when we left--hope they stay busy and do well

    Classic shoyu ramen

We were happy to try out this new ramen joint at Salmon Creek area. A nice addition at our food desert! Very flavorful Tom Yum soup, no surprise there ! The owner is Thai! Shoyu broth is a bit in the salty side! Still delicious!

We've been eagerly waiting for Kokoro to open, and we were not disappointed. Service was friendly, we were sat at the bar, three of us enjoyed the tonkotsu ramen with Sapporos. Staff checked on us several times, making sure all was satisfactory. Cost was very reasonable. The ramen was delicious, the pork was perfect, as were the noodles and broth. We've traveled in Japan, this was on par with what we ordered in Tokyo and Osaka. We will be regular customers, that's certain.

I also like that they offer more than just alcohol--having options like Liquid Death is a big plus. That said, the food could be better. The pretzels I tried were overpriced and unfortunately stale, so I wouldn't recommend them. Also, the sound quality on the lawn isn't the best; the speakers there make it harder to enjoy the show compared to the seated sections. In my opinion, it's worth trying to get a seat if you want the best experience. Overall though, it's a good venue with a lot of potential, and I do enjoy coming here for live music.

Then there was the time the audio was the worst thing I've ever heard at a show before. Whether you have seats or are on the lawn there will be things blocking your view but they do a pretty good job of getting good shots on the giant screens. Parking is always frustrating because it's never the same way twice. They're there for every car to get parked but until you get to the street they don't help you get out. Usually it's not the worst, but have been stuck with literally no cars around being able to move for over an hour. I see now that they're renting chairs or whatever for the lawn - I can see how this would be useful to some people. Bathrooms are usually pretty decent. Not a fan of the changes to the food/drinks though. Used to have space in the middle where you could get condiments, napkins etc but nowhere in site and they don't give you napkins at most of the vendors. They had these cute little mixed drinks shots but require you to take it there - no thank you. Beer and such that used to be on tap is now just cans but they expect huge tips and the price is just as high. Cocktails aren't just expensive, but not very tasty either. Not impressed with the food options. Used to have delicious things like pulled pork nachos but now the menu is just awful. Used to plan to eat there but now I never will again. I did get nachos and what was weird was I asked if she could make them without the flaming hot Cheetos and she said she had to put them on. Okay, so you're about to step away for several minutes to put together my nachos but you insist you have to include an ingredient that you clearly don't have to. Then she forgets toppings like corn, which is the main thing since there is no meat option. You have to pay more for cheese and not only are they very small, but very little toppings. You have to get an bracelet for over 21 but then some of the vendors want you to dig your ID back out so they can check it. Defeats the entire point of the wristband and you're holding up the line, not that I think any of these people really know what they're doing when they check it anyway. If the price is right it's a good place to go to a show but definitely downhill.
