Taste great good service would coke again been coming almost all my life still hits everytime

Haven't been to an Applebees in forever. Went here with family last night for a quick dinner. We ordered appetizers that came out pretty quickly and were good (had pretzels, riblets and fried mozzarella as our choices for the appetizer trio special ($14.99). I had the prime rib dip sandwich which looked great and came with tasty fries. The sandwich itself was much too salty for my taste (I usually add salt to many things.) I was full from appetizers so didn't send my sandwich back but would otherwise have. One diner with me had the Cajun salmon and another the steak. Both were alright. What really impressed me was the kids menu; $7.99 with a drink included and they had a nice selection - pasta, corn dog, etc, which came with a choice of sides. The service here is pretty good, and the restaurant is clean. The food is mediocre, but consistent. This time I got an appetizer of the fried cheese curds. They were okay, a little soggy, and the dips they give you with them are kinda funky tasting. Opt for some marinara. Good food, good service. read more

When paying we split the bill $12.50 each, Military discount -$1.25 =$11.25 tax .95 Total $12.20 each. Recommended 20% tip $2.44 total due $14.64 each. Now this is where it gets interesting my tip shows $2.71 making my total bill $14.91! My friends tip showed $2.69? How does $2.44 become $2.71 and $2.69? Did Applebee's charge tax on the tip? Combined we paid an extra $.52. This all paid by credit card. Think of all the patrons paying this extra fee daily. From now on we are going to cash only tips. read more

I think this place is excellent! I've been here probably 15 times and each time every person I interact with is super friendly and accommodating. The service is wonderful in person or for carryout. The food comes out hot and delicious. I like to come here and watch sports ( lots of screens), and sometimes I'm able to take advantage of their happy hour, which makes it even more wonderful. The manager always stops by the table, Today my carryout was brought out by the manager, who immediately corrected something that was missing from the order ( I needed those gummy lips for my drink. Waited 10 minutes to find the waitress to ask where the rest of our order was. She came back and asked what we ordered. I mentioned the burger was going to be cold. I have been to this apple bees before and never needed to complain but now that I got food poisoning this was not okay I had ordered there chicken parm from the 2 for 25 had me puking over 15 times from the chicken not being cooked right and even had to go to hospital which they even told me it came from there chicken will never be coming back, hope everyone else be careful with there food read more

The food was really good I love the wings the amount of heat that they had was nice and the buffalo save they included was a very generous portion. The service was quick and friendly which I appreciated. The only downside is that it was 18.49 for like 7 wings without fries or a side which is pretty spendy so keep that in mind when ordering. We had a giftcard, so we came here for a late lunch. It looked to be a slower time of day, we were seated right away. Our giftcard was $25, so we wanted to try & not have pay too much out of pocket. They offer the 2/$24 or 2/$30, so we decided to go with that. You get 2 entrees & an appetizer. We went with the onion rings, three cheese chicken penne & a cheeseburger. The onion rings were so crispy & came with a bbq sauce. I liked how cheesey the pasta was, chicken was a tiny bit salty, but was nice & soft. Stopped into Applebee's for an early dinner, roughly 3:30. lots of places to sit. Hostess said it would be 5 minutes. I thought that was kind of strange considering there was so many open seats. There was four people in line when I got there. Only one was seated. Manager was walking around and never said anything to any of us. After 20 minutes I left. Trying to find good chicken wings in Salmon Creek. Need to keep looking. Went for Happy Hour, 3-6pm. You get one option for chicken and they're not wings. Clumps of chicken that is over-breaded. The drinks were good; the service was good. But Award-Winning chicken wings were a fantasy. read more

Meh. Service was slow. Its kind if difficult to tell if they were busy or not. Half the tables empty for covid purposes. Dinner was ok i guess. But nothing to write a rave review about. I dint know. I guess it doesn't deserve a bad rating but I dont really feel like there was anything to recommend about this place, their menu or their service. Be warned though. I am very unimpressed about the service that was provided to me today, not only was Jeff inconsistent and inconsiderate with us from the very beginning but you had the audacity to come grovel at my feet when you made a mistake of charging me the wrong table and when I put my head into my hands and whispered to myself to calm down so I would not blast you. You threw your hands up into the air and said *Fine we will just leave it* You Jeff are getting paid to service those that come into the restaurant, not the other way around. It was very unprofessional how you and your manager handled this situation. Jeff A: You need to work upon your people skills and learn to take ownership of your own actions and when I tried to tell you what you did wrong and how I felt unheard, ignored, unseen and unwelcome you threw a fit, when one acts like a child, one will be treated like a child. Just had the best and most absolutely amazing experience at Applebees. Alleesha was our bartender and server and she was so fantastic. She highly recommended the won ton tacos and tons of other food items and we literally ordered everything she recommended. She is the main reason we are coming back. Very disappointed in our Applebee's experience. #1 they have so much parking dedicated to DoorDash, Applebee's pick up and handicap parking. Over half the parking lot is being reserved and rarely used. #2 requested a salad with iceberg lettuce which they clearly have for their burgers but refused to make it due to the fact it take to much prep time. Been here twice, once we sat in the restaurant, the second time was to go. I definitely recommend getting food to go. Eating in the restaurant wasn't bad, but our server dropped off our food, and his shift ended. We weren't aware that you pay through the tablet... so we sat there for a while wondering where our server went. When we flagged someone down, they told us that his shift ended and we can pay through the tablet. Would have been nice if someone told us that. Had a less than a 20 min wait on a Friday night because we sat at a table in the bar section. Almost social distancing observed but not really...in the bar or the main restaurant. Not sure how you can really social distance if you seat groups of people along the same wall at adjacent tables with just a barrier between the tables. This place was busy! read more

We went there for my mother in law's birthday she said it's been a awhile but it was very good the last time she went we arrived around 5:00 on Monday night they was 8 of us so not a large party but larger than usual everyone in the group order the all you can eat except for one person he ordered Fish and Chips it took around 35 minutes to bring the food out I started with shrimp. My wife started with the Ribs about half the group started with Ribs when they arrived the ribs were ice cold. When my wife told the waitress about she took the plates back and returned with the sam3 plates that were very hot because they were put into a microwave. Then the couple next to us told us that they only cook the steaks and use the deep fryer. This can't be true is it it was the worst food I have ever had. read more

This afternoon i had a server a give me the worst service. Me and my friends come into the restaurant and order a bunch of unlimited wings. Not only was she rude from the get go. But it was the guessing what kind of people we are just by our skin, age, and looks. I can't believe someone who is willing to work those hours gives the customers such a hard time. Let me just say I was pleasantly surprised with how accommodating this location was. It was graduation night and I had a last minute party of 14 Rik was pleasant, friendly, and amazing as our server.
