I came here and ordered the mango sunset beverage, which was very refreshing! It comes with kona grown mango black tea, mixed with lilikoi lemonade. Very good price - only 4 dollars for a twelve ounce drink. The only reason I gave 4 stars is there was quite a bit of ice in the drink. About 3/4 of the cup was filled with ice. Good amount of parking spaces in the plaza. Clean interior and friendly service. Coffee was good too. Decaf coffee is limited on the Island, but they have it here. We needed a coffee to start off our beach day. We heard this was the best coffee shop in town and wanted to see for ourselves. Upon entering, it's a busy coffee shop. So many different items. Coffee, seasonings, local vendor items. It was cute that they even have the bookshelf full of books to swap out. After looking around, we decided to order. This place is not too far from the airport. You can't miss the blue building from the highway. It's a good size store that offers souvenirs, gifts, and everything Kona including their famous coffee. They have snacks, cups, hot sauce, spices, teddy bears, and more. I was admiring the items and an employee stopped what he was doing to help us and took our coffee order, which was a great service of acknowledgment. I had the Kilauea iced coffee and it was amazing. We had a 2 hour layover in Kona before our connecting flight back to the mainland. The airport was small and didn't seem too busy, so we decided to venture out for some coffee and goodies. Looked at Yelp and found that Kona Mountain Coffee was less than 10 mins away. We called Lyft and off we went. This coffee spot is in a small plaza with a couple of other restaurants and a small market. The shop has a nice variety of items. Perfect for tourist like us haha. We bought some tumblers and this awesome macadamia nut toffee. As for the coffee, I ordered an Iced Mauna Kea Coffee. It was very good. The Mac Nut and White Chocolate flavors didn't over power the coffee flavor, which I liked. I should've gotten a larger size, but I knew we were flying out soon and didn't want to keep going to the bathroom haha. The workers were quick, which was perfect because we still needed to head back to the airport. It's easy to see this big coffee house next to the main highway. I had just drank an iced coffee from another nearby coffee house. Since I was here I ordered a small drip coffee and it turned out really good. The flavor was very bold and didn't have a bitter taste like some other coffee on the island. They gave out free small cups of coffee to taste with chocolates. I may not be a coffee connoisseur but this coffee, is real coffee...the aroma, the taste, it's smooth...and I ended up buying bags of coffee for a good friend and house use and their chocolates and planning to order more through their website! Wow - I screwed up by waiting until before my flight back home to try this place. It was hands down the BEST iced coffee I tried on my trip. I ordered the iced americano with a splash of heavy cream. Still as amazing as ever! My favorite place to stop on the way back from the beach! The employees are always nice and welcoming and give you samples. We love chatting with the employees here, buying treats, gifts and souvenirs. You can also order more items when you get home. The parking is easy and the store is always nice and clean, sometimes you even get to see them making the chocolate macnuts or other delicious items that they sell. Parking: They're located in a big plaza, so parking was easy to find. Free parking lot. Ambiance/Environment: I love the large open space of all the coffee supplies that they sell. Very clean inside with limited indoor seating. Service: Quick and efficient. We got our drinks after 8 minutes of ordering. The blended coffee drink took the longest for whatever reason. Drinks: I ordered the Pumpkin Coffee Cake Latte. This was on their Fall Specials menu. I was actually speechless. This is my first time sipping Kona coffee. The pumpkin flavor was light but wasn't too sweet. I now have high expectations for the next coffee shops I visit lol. read more

Best coffee on the island! We came here multiple times during our trip and it never disappointed. If you're heading south from the airport, it's super close and easy to stop by. Every single person working here was so friendly, smiley, and just genuinely seemed happy to be there. Such good energy. The shop itself is really cute, warm, and inviting. They also have a bunch of fun candy, coffee, and random little goodies. It made the place feel way more personal and unique than a typical coffee shop. Huge shout-out to the staff working the day I placed a mobile order. It said it'd be ready in 15 minutes, but I guess it was finished early. When I walked in, the staff member had already placed our blended drinks in the freezer to keep them cold. I love that they do that. I'm usually a splash of coffee more cream and sugar type of drinker but I didn't have to with the Kona Mocha Macnut. It was just right. We also got the chocolate covered macadamia nuts and that was really good, too. I'm just glad I can order online to get it delivered to my house.
