Never seen General Tso chicken look like this. It absolutely has zero flavor, like none. A frozen bag from Walmart would have been better. Not sure how someone could even make something taste like nothing, but they managed to. Every review says the same thing! Utterly awful.

I have been patronizing this restaurant for years but had not ordered since I moved a little further away earlier this year. Tonight, I decided to take advantage of a buy one, get one free offer on Uber Eats. I ordered two chicken lo mein meals. Big mistake! There is barely any chicken and what is there doesn't taste fresh. Very disappointed and they have lot a customer.

So I am not a super big fan of Chinese food down here in GA (I'm from up north) so I am pretty critical on it when I do try. I was not upset at it though. It was pretty darn good actually. I'm not a fan of them not being open until 5:00 p.m., BUT I am a fan of them being open at 3:00 in the morning. Because sometimes you really need to have something in your stomach after you've been drinking lol! That in itself would make me go back because I know it'll be open late but I need them to! I got the general tso chicken and the cheese steak egg roll and spring roll. With egg drop soup. Something pretty basic, because if you mess up the basic things, then I don't know if I can trust you with other dishes. The chicken was decent, the egg rolls and spring rolls were really good. I got some type of teriyaki sauce for the egg rolls instead of regular duck sauce. It was good Chinese, not the best, but good. Would I go again, for sure.

I am so disappointed. I'm not sure who the chef is or if this restaurant is genuinely Asian owned. The beef broccoli looked so good!! And I got the large but....Beef and broccoli is NOT supposed to taste like that. The spring rolls? Crunchy but no taste. The dumplings I got? No taste. The rice? My 10 year old daughter can make better rice than this. Genuinely, so very disappointed, disgusted and angry because I bought a little of everything only to be starving and now $50 in the trash. I also got won ton soup which was not the worst, so I'm drowning the rice in it to get at least something in my stomach. Please do better bc this ain't it!!!

Late night rushed order from $tevie J. on a Sunday night from Kong's....not bad got the following - cheesteak egg rolls - absolutely banging! must order - fried calamari - looks like onion rings & doesn't taste like calamari - crab rangoons - 6 of them, not terrible. relatively quick and efficient delivery at a moderate price. get the cheese steak egg rolls! - $tevie J.

I got the spicy chicken with plain fried rice and wonton soup. The chicken was terrible and the texture was the worst part. Not spicy at all. As you can see the rice was not plain and the service was not welcoming but I have 2 stars because it was late and maybe the lady working the cashier was ready to get home. I will not try this place again.

I had no idea this place existed until tonight and I am so happy I found it. They have Steak & Cheese Egg Rolls which are my absolute favorite. I ordered the S&E Egg Rolls and a side of Pork Fried Rice. I ordered through Yelp as I was leaving the movie theatre. The process was very smooth and the cashier was very nice. The food was very good. You can definitely taste that this restaurant is about quality. The egg rolls were meaty and very flavorful, and the rice was good as well. I will def be back here again. P. S. If you order via Yelp the order is under your phone number and not your name.

This was our first time eating from Pelicana and I'm honestly not a huge wing fan so wasn't expecting much. I figured they'd be a little off no matter what since it was being delivered, but I was proven absolutely wrong. I'm not sure what wizardry was at work here, but every bite felt fresh. The food was still hot, the wings still had a crisp bite, and the sauce was spicy/tangy perfection. Plus, the little side of pickled radish was perfect. It hit every flavor profile we were looking for and can't wait to do it again!

I ordered online and I showed up around the time it said it would be ready but still needed about 10 minutes before it was ready. We ordered a bunch of different things. The original boneless no sauce was great, and we tried the garlic sauce boneless (we couldn't find the soy garlic online which we had heard was all the rave!) but regardless the garlic was AWESOME. Then we also tried the spicy bone in which was good but not very spice. I think next time I would do the bone in with soy garlic and make sure to get it all crispy!! For the side, we got some fries which were just alright nothing crazy and the chicken fried rice. The chicken fried rice was good but don't think it worth getting again. Overall a delicious meal and the staff was super nice. Parking is a tiny lot so definitely be aware of that.

My friend and I split the 5 Borough Trapper Combo for $19.99 which comes with chopped cheese, 6 piece wings of your choice, and fries. The chopped cheese was pretty good. It was meaty and cheesy. I also liked the bun which was buttery. For the wings, we got the wet lemon pepper wings and those were so so good. I'm not usually a wings person, but these were delicious. I loved the buttery, peppery, and tangy flavor of the wings which were nicely fried and crispy. The meat was moist and succulent. Just wow. The fries were also good and standard and I liked dipping them in the ranch (you get a choice of ranch or blue cheese for your wings). I also loved the service. The girl helping me with my order was super friendly and engaging. Would highly recommend this spot and next time I'm in Atlanta, you best know I'm coming back for the lemon pepper wings!

So make sure you have your IDs with you and are 21+. There's a bar area for drinks and a separate counter where you will order and pay for your food. (They make it pretty explicit that you can't get wings to-go.) Find a seat, and once your food is ready, they'll announce your name, and you pick up your food from the window. FOOD: We got wings in the flavors of lemon pepper (dry rub), sun-dried tomato (dry rub), buffalo lemon pepper (wet), and jerk buffalo (wet). I will say that I definitely preferred the wet wings to the dry wings. I found the dry wings to be a little too salty. In my opinion, the wings and the cook on them were just okay. I wasn't blown away or anything. Maybe the relatively cheap beer and the vibes help draw in all the appeal. TLDR// I don't think I had the greatest wings of all time here, but the vibes were really casual and pleasant. I'm glad I was able to try a place so beloved by locals.

That's heavy praise. I came here with an Atlanta native and she knew what to do, what to order, what to drink, and where to sit. If you come here as an out-of-towner, you need to come with a native. They know how to navigate these waters. Being a bar, I needed to start with a drink. No need to be cute. Go with an easy well and keep 'em coming. For me, that meant rum & Coke. No surprises. Decently strong. Moderate ice. Every time. Done. Knowing that a liquid diet of this sort (with work in the morning) was a bad idea, my colleague opined that we needed food. The menu is very large and I didn't know where to start. She did -- and did. We ordered wings and fries. But these weren't your big chain wings and fries. The wings -- because we're in Atlanta -- were (of course) lemon pepper. They were meaty, seasoned (!!!), fried just hard enough to have crisp & snap, and (best of all) were not dried out. Atlanta knows how to do wings. The fries were of the shoestring variety but they were flavored with bbq seasoning. Crazy.Good. I couldn't stop eating. I think we went through three orders.* And that was a good thing because while others were hung over the next morning, I was dewey fresh. *It wasn't just the two of us... but it could have been.
