A co-worker shortly afterward asked her whether she had taken my order, to which she indicated she had not. She then returned to assist me. I felt this interaction was discourteous and disappointing, particularly as it lacked even a basic greeting or acknowledgment upon approaching the vehicle. When I later mentioned the experience to the employees who prepared and delivered my order, they appeared surprised and unsure how to respond. I hope this was an isolated incident and that steps can be taken to ensure all customers receive prompt, respectful, and consistent service moving forward. I would appreciate any follow-up regarding how this matter will be addressed to prevent similar occurrences for other guests.

Upon realizing that there were no independent coffee house in Winter Haven, he wanted to bring residents and visitors a new coffee drinking experience. Richard's originally operated out of the Arcade Building before moving to the new Winter Haven Public Library when it opened its new building in 2005. In the ensuing years Richard's Fine Coffee's has become a cornerstone to the revitalization of downtown. One of the keys to Richard's longevity has been providing a place where people can meet, relax, and enjoy delicious coffee and bites. On the first Friday of every month they have a live music event.
