This is a place that seems to have escaped the notice of many of the local folks- too bad for them. I had the Spicy Pork, and the flavor- although nowhere close to my tolerance on the Scoville scale- was astounding. The two ladies working in the restaurant couldn't have been nicer, and they were very attentive- even though it appeared that they were industriously cleaning the kitchen every second that they weren't interacting with a customer. This place is a great value for the money because it caters primarily to clientele from nearby Warren AFB. I have to say, I've never found a Korean restaurant so willing to make their items vegetarian! It was delicious!! We ordered takeout, and we ate the second half of our meal the next day. So good and healthy and tasty. And everyone was so friendly, too. And, as an aside, they make their own soy sauce, which is incredible. I can't wait to go back! read more

Great little family run restaurant. Every thing is cooked fresh. The portions are very ample; unless I share with my husband, I usually bring home leftovers. Have yet to try something we didn't like. The mondoo, whether fried or steamed are scrumptious. I have little experience with Korean food, but I feel like we are getting a home cooked meal. read more

I love this place. They are a cash only restaurant but if you don't bring cash no worries there is an ATM across the street. The food is high quality with a ton of flavor. Good Korean food in Wyoming? To my surprise yes. You don't get 5+ sides of goodies like some places, but you do get yummy kimchi.

Darn, forgot to take pictures. Food was fresh and very good. We had bi bem bop, beef bulgugi, and the fried mondoo. The owner, a Korean woman, was soooo nice. She came and checked on us repeatedly and would make jokes. Would definitely come back. Highly recommended. read more

Great Korean food is not something I expected to finder in Cheyenne but I did! Apparently this local establishment has been here quite a few decades putting out some great dishes. I can personally say the beef Bulgogi is amazingly, tender, sweet, savory and the Kimchi is a must. The balance between sweet, spicy and savory makes it. read more

Great little Korean restaurant. There are two options, you can order at the window for take out or you can sit down for table service. The food was good. The restaurant was a bit small, so I would imagine the seats fill up quickly during the lunch or dinner rush. The only major issue....no Fountain drinks, so you pay $1.50 for a can of Coke. :( read more

OMG!!! How did this amazing restaurant end of in Cheyenne, Wyoming??? It is a non-descript hole in the wall, but don't let that fool you - the food is great. If you live in Cheyenne or are just stopping through, you should definitely check this place out. Everything we had was good, and the Chop Chae was the best followed by the Chicken Bulgogi. I would say that this restaurant does a very good job of striking a balance between being authentic and being accessible to Americans who have not had Korean food before and both palates can be happy here. read more

We have been anticipating eating here for several weeks now and were not disappointed. This is wonderful food for Cheyenne; pretty good for anywhere.... I had yukejang and it lwas a large bowl replete with ingredients. Lots of beef, lots of fern and other vegetables. The banchan was five types, all good/ The broth was the only thing to be less than stellar - it was pretty good as it was, but not made from the traditional boiling of beef bones for hours and hours. I don't get to Cheyenne often - I hadn't eaten at Korean House since 2006 but it was good then and good now.... read more

I lived in S. Korea and have been eating Korean food for a long time. I lived in NYC, San Antonio and Germany, and was always able to find the perfect Korean restaurant. Now I'm in Cheyenne and found this only Korean place in town. The Bibimbop was good and maybe the only reason to come back. Mandoo was not close to what I've had before...a 3 out of 10. Chicken bulgogi was a 4 out of 10, and the kimbop a 5. The menu is limited, not sure if they make any other of the great Korean goodies. I will definitely be back! I was a little shocked to find solid Korean in Cheyenne, but very pleased. It's a small restaurant, so I did takeout. If you stay, you will probably end up smelling like Korean bbq, but that means you smell delicious! Had bulgogi, bebimbap, and dumplings. Overall, very good. Fresh sides (carrots, radish, etc.) and the kimchi has a nice kick; I think they make it themselves. Everything had a very mild flavor, so first timers will probably enjoy it. The staff was very friendly, and willing to wait while we ran to the ATM to get enough cash. But bring cash, they don't take any kind of card! read more

If you want good food look no further, yes the parking is on the street and there can be a small wait but it is totally worth it. The kalbi tang is a hearty soup and made authentically by the very sweet employees. The dukk bok ki is spicy and delicious. The be bim bap is a classic Korean dish, can't go wrong. read more

I absolutely adore this place. No, it's not a swanky Korean restaurant in a big city, but it's delicious, fresh, healthy and the best food in Cheyenne, IMHO. I've been working my way through the menu, and haven't had a bad dish yet. Everything is right around $10, and most of entrees have enough food involved for a snack or second meal later. Its as real as it gets. Also Cash only as others have said. As a native of the Big Apple I am used to all forms of authentic ethnic cuisine. I recently moved to Cheyenne and expected to only find Japanese and Chinese. What a wonderful surprise, an oasis of authentic Korean food in an otherwise meat and potatoes desert. Meals run about $10 and there is a limited variety (about 12 dishes) , but so far all three of the ones I have tried were as good as anything NY/NJ/Chicago/LA. I was very impressed. If you have not had authentic Korean food this is a great place to get what would be a $30 meal in the city for $10, and loose nothing but the fancy plates and silverware (you came for the food not the plates right?). 5 stars. read more
