Banana split + cookies and cream croffles
    Deborah W.

I've had a croffle before, but this one has a nice texture - not dry nor too flaky, very much a waffle but with a nice twist. The toppings are really basic but there's no denying that their croffles are good. I'd definitely come back again.

I was a little hesitant to order because of the mixed reviews, but I'm glad I tried this place out! We got the matcha croffle, taro with pork floss croffle, and tiramisu croffle. The taro and matcha were my favorite!! Such a light and subtle cream!! I will definitely be ordering again :)

We found this dessert spot on Uber Eats and we were intrigued. I like waffles. I like croissants. When you put them together and add toppings, that's even better! Delivery was super convenient to our doorstep! Croffles are croissant dough pressed into a waffle maker but with a sweet crunch as it carmelizes the outside shell. It's stiffer/firmer than you'd expect from a regular waffle, almost crunchy. Reminds me of a Belgium Leige waffle on the outside and super flaky on the inside! Super good! Churro Croffle - croffle tossed in cinnamon & sugar - YUM!! It was like a regular churro! This was one of may fave flavors and tastes just like a churro with a great crunch! This came in 10 bite sized pieces instead of a whole croffle. Strawberry Croffle - croffle topped with fresh strawberries, cream and powdered sugar - my other favorite! The cream was delicious and a generous portion, strawberries were sweet and tart. This was the least sweet of the bunch. Banana Split Croffle - croffle topped with cream, chocolate sauce, and bruleed fresh banana slices - this was good! Tiramisu Croffle - croffle topped with tiramisu cream, cinnamon and shaved chocolate - another yum! Matcha Croffle - croffle topped with matcha cream and mochi pieces - this great too! The mochi was super soft! I definitely want to try the Blueberry Croffle and Cookies & Cream Croffle next time! They also offer other dessert croffles, breakfast croffles, ice cream croffles, puddings, and teas. The branded packaging is super cute! Definitely recommended!

Edit: I can not believe how can other yelp er give this store one star. Look at their reviews on doordash and Uber over hundreds good reviews. I am just wondering why my fav restaurant always get bad review on yelp Original: Bought this from Uber and just wondering what is croffle. They surprised me with great taste and nice packaging. After that, I have ordered from them many times. My fav ones is matcha, especially the mochi on topping gives me a soft and sticky taste. I have also tried both mango and strawberry, it's a very smart idea they put fruits with sweet cream on it. However, My boyfriend really like the tiramisu one, he is big fan a little coffee bitterness with sweet. Overall, a dessert shop that offer a unique and nice dessert. I heard they just started a food truck, got go and try it out one day

Found this place via uber eats at 11pm . I think this place is brand new. I was looking for a boba drink and was curious of what a croffle is (crossaint and waffle) . I got the brownie croffle and brown boba milk tea. Everything was delicious! Cute drink packaging !

Had their brunch and dessert croffle today and got their bacon, egg, and cheese croffle. The best part of the sandwich was the delicious egg over croffle. They also give plenty of bacon in the sandwich. Every sandwich is made fresh. And big fan of their matcha croffle, remind me back when I was in Japan. This is a solid breakfast carter.

This food truck catering is great, never tried a asian fusion truck catering before, soI hired them for our event in july 22nd. our guests love the Jumbo Prawns and their ribs potato. Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Friendly staff and an overall delightful experience, cute green grass wrapping too

Their food truck recently visited my apartment building and I would definitely recommend! Their service was efficient and the food was tasty. I ordered a KBBQ Short-Rib Bowl and added the combo to get some dumplings. Next time they visit, I'll definitely get more dumplings!! Additionally, their food truck was decorated in a very cute way!

We came in on a weekday after dinner time and the shop was busy with customers from the second we came in to the moment we stepped outside. Service was efficient and friendly. I couldn't decide which flavors to try, so I went with a two scoop cone of Coffee & Cookies (coffee ice cream with Oreos) and Matcha Strawberry. Both were delicious and the portions for each scoop were generous. I couldn't even finish my cone. Pricing was fair and justified the product. SALJU HAS EXCELLENT SHAVED SNOW…read more=============================== I am so glad Salju is still in business after all these years! It seems really popular as well. While I was there lots of people came in. I used to bring my son years ago. My selection today was a small matcha with strawberries on top. I had the choice of two items in addition to condensed milk which I love. Next time I'll pay extra for more condensed milk. It was absolutely delicious. Even though it's about twelve miles from my home I will make the trip. It's worth it. The service is great too.

A bit gooey when you pull it up; It doesn't melt quickly right in your mouth too rating: 4.7/5 - this might be on my top 2 shaved ice spot because its texture was just so unique; flavor was good and portion was massive - i really have nothing to complain about this spot and what's even better is the amount of seats and outlets in the store - has a restroom in the back - great spot to hang and chit chat - super welcoming and friendly service - service is extremely speedy IG: @nom.noms.only

While the shop is pretty small, it's more ideal for a grab and go type of shop rather than a hangout spot. Although they do have some small tables and bench seating. Free street parking + parking lot in the back, underground parking as well along with free Wi-Fi in the shop. Staff here is pretty mixed. While they're friendly, they seem a bit slow at times. They can take up to 10-15 minutes per order even if there's not much customers, not sure what the exact process is but sometimes they're fast but sometimes slow, could be just a off chance experience. Most pictures you see from Tea Brick are their amazing and unique bottle designs, which you can pay a tad bit extra to get the bottle with your drink rather than the standard cups. I'd say it's pretty worth it considering it's not too much of a expensive and it's definitely worth the social media posts. It's very cute and they have plenty of designs from time to time. As a dog owner, I love their designs. They can be reusable in a sense even though there's a hole for your straw that you can't seal yourself. As for the drinks, they're not the best but not the worse either. They can be refreshing at times especially on a warmer day. Overall, a decent experience, more of a experience to get their cute bottle cups rather than the drinks. Regardless, happy overall with their decent quality drinks and their amazing cup designs.

The Ube Malted Crunch® definitely lived up to the hype. It was creamy, rich, and had that slightly nutty vanilla-like ube flavor with crunchy malted bits that added a really fun texture. You can see why it's their signature flavor. The pandan tres leches was also interesting and unique. It's light, creamy, and fragrant with a subtle pandan flavor that felt refreshing rather than overly sweet. It had a soft, milky dessert vibe that worked really well as ice cream. On our most recent visit - admittedly our first in a while - I was surprised that the flavors mostly seemed like repeats from a long time ago. Of course, you want to feature what is most popular, but I remember previously seeing things that were truly one of a kind, even for them. (Out of curiosity, I visited their website and the seasonal flavor blog hasn't been updated since spring 2021). None of this is a deal-breaker, but the feeling of "tiredness" permeated my interaction with the staff, too. There was no joy behind the counter, which I found odd for ice cream that is supposedly about the love of travel. When I tried to order a scoop of one flavor, I was told that I couldn't have it because there wasn't enough left for a full scoop. When I asked if I could have the half scoop that remained and just combine it with another flavor (trying to solve the problem for them), I was told that they aren't allowed to do half and half splits anymore. Fortunately, another employee showed up at that very moment with a fresh full tub of that flavor, but it still struck me as odd. They were also out of cones because of another problem. I am giving them four stars because the ice cream is still great and definitely worth a try if you've never had it, but I hope they can maintain their spark and magic as they continue to expand.
