The female then rolled her eyes and said something in her language. When I asked the male associate to review the camera and zoom in, it was found that the woman was wrong. I immediately pressed for the female cashier's name to issue to corporate and she refused the entire time. That female repeatedly urged that if we did not leave she would call the police. Only for my cousins sake, we left. The woman working over night at the 7/11 severely needs retraining in interpersonal relations/customer service training. I witnessed multiple employees stocking shelves with their masks worn as gags. The meat department people are fantastic. They always do a great job. They answer questions and let you choose whatever piece you want. I want to suggest making the meat Manager the store manager. I'm giving this 2 stars because the meat department deserves 5 stars for service. And also because my parents didn't have grocery stores like this in their country, so I suppose I should be grateful. But my heart still tells me ZERO stars when it comes time to think about them ringing up my items.
