I was looking for a decent used car for a good price. I knew that buying a higher Milage car was a risk reward venture. I saw a Jeep 2006, with 116,000 miles on it so I inquired and test drove it and ended up purchasing it for a decent price of $3,500. It drove and still drives good. However this is more of a warning and advice if you do business with this dealership. Ensure you've covered all bases, maybe have a mechanic you know look at the car. Know when you drive off the lot the car you purchase is yours problems and all. The owner is a nice gentleman, but he's not going to help you when you leave the lot. No matter what he says while you're conversing. My Jeep had the engine light go on while I was on my way home from picking the jeep up. I called and Mr Kostyas told me he really isn't responsible for it but if I bought all the tune up stuff he'd have his mechanic do the work. The light is caused by the gas cap and tune up wouldn't help it so I understanding that I did but an old used car accepted that. I did call Mr Kostyas and ask to clarify the 30 day 1250 miles warranty he told me I had. He explained it covered engine, transmission and power train. I said ok and we left it at that. Today my jeep has been driven 1237 miles and I've had it for 26 days. It's now dripping transmission fluid from under the car. Seemingly still under warranty but when I called Mr Kostyas he told me seals are not covered even though it's transmission. He also said it's an implied warranty. My learning... it's a warranty providing you don't need it. My other learning .., Massachusetts has a 30 day, 1250 mile lemon law that covers cars with less then. 125,000 miles I believe their law is not implied but will be enforced. We'll see... either way.. he has decent cars and if he stood behind his cars at least for this kind of stuff possibly I'd have written a different review. Writing a second review to tell how deplorable this seller is. I made a complaint to the bbb about his lies about the check engine light and non working heat. He claimed that the car was sold "for parts or repair" but did not make me aware of this at all until it was written on the bill of sale. It was not labeled on the ad or mentioned in person. He neglects to acknowledge the check engine light after making him aware of it. After my father looked into the heating problem we found that his "solution" was to cut a hole in my center console and put zip ties on the climate control mixing door. Hello, let me start by saying, this is a "USED" car lot where prices range from; $2000.---5000. Dollars.....don't expect much! I'll tell my story, then YOU be the judge. I took my Hyundai Tucson 2005 w/110000 miles on it for a ride, seemed tight, responsive, good brakes, at this time it didn't enter my mind to check every little thing.... more on that in a min. I purchased the car, and within 10 miles of driving it home, strange rattling noise underneath..... then engine lite comes on, then, after filing windshield fluid , it leaked all over ground.... oh boy!! After a week of back and forth to dealer and their mechanic, found windshield line was cut?? (Jimmy the dealer mechanic was great at fixing that). Vaccume leak for engine lite, and had NO emergency brake!!! So, rejection inspection sticker!!! The emergency cable was bouncing around underneath.... so, all fixed, but within the 30 days i was charged for engine lite and muffler leak(oh, i didn't mention that) $95.00....good luck read more

DO NOT buy from this dealer. I purchased a car from Mr. Kharzis on Feb. 8th, 2020 for $2,750. He wrote on the bill of sale and registration application that he sold me the car for $1,000 and said that it would help lower my sales tax bill. As this was the first time I had bought a car from a dealer, I did not know any better than to go along with it. When test driving the car during the week prior to purchase, I noticed that the driver's seat was loose and not attached to the floor of the car. This presented a safety issue for me. Towards the end of the test drive, he asked me "What are you thinking? Talk to me." I replied, "I like the car, but I would definitely need this seat fixed. I will pay you your full asking price, plus your dealer fee if you fix the seat." He agreed. On Tuesday February 11, 2020, I went to pick up the car from the dealership and discovered that the car had a rejection sticker on it and he had zip tied the seat to the track (time stamped pics are attached). Upon discovery, I brought the seat to his attention and he replied "It's fixed in my eyes". The seat was still not stationary. After several minutes of arguing, he agreed to have his mechanic look at it. He has since had the seat welded. Currently, the car still has not passed inspection and has had issues appear that were not disclosed at the time of the sale. He has offered to have me drop the car off so his mechanic can look at it, but I'm concerned that his "fix" will not be safe and will have the quality of the initial seat fix. I called him yesterday, Feb. 26 and asked if I can return the car for a full refund once I received the title in the mail. I was in the market for an inexpensive SUV and found an 08 trailblazer on Letgo for what looked like a very reasonable price. The vehicle was advertised as having no error codes on dash and ready to drive so I got in contact with the seller (Kostyas Auto Sales) to arrange a test drive. I was a little nervous as I have had some poor experiences with used car sales in the past but the vehicles engine ran great. There were a few things that needed immediate attention as the brakes were slipping and there was an error code on the dashboard but when talking abou about price, Konstantin assure me that the vehicle would be repaired and the lights on the dash board would be fixed by the time I returned with my plates from the registry to pick up the vehicle. However, when I returned to pick up the vehicle, there were still some lights on the dash but I unfortunately could wait no longer to pick up the vehicle and drove it off the lot with the lights. Konstantin provided an inspection sticker so I didn't have to worry about getting it through inspection but I brought the vehicle into my mechanic for a diagnostic just to be safe. My mechanic found the issue causing the light and quoted me a cost of $350 to repair it. Yikes! I called Konstantin to tell him of what happened and he offered to repair the vehicle for me but his dealership was so far from me that it was just not ideal to make the trip. Especially considering that it may have taken several days to complete the repair as he is very busy. After a little bit of push and pull, Konstantin and I were able to agree to split the repair cost right down the middle for my convenience which I found to be a total comprise that was satisfactory.
