The "fix" he made to the AC

Writing a second review to tell how deplorable this seller is. I made a complaint to the bbb about his lies about the check engine light and non working heat. He claimed that the car was sold "for parts or repair" but did not make me aware of this at all until it was written on the bill of sale. It was not labeled on the ad or mentioned in person. He neglects to acknowledge the check engine light after making him aware of it. After my father looked into the heating problem we found that his "solution" was to cut a hole in my center console and put zip ties on the climate control mixing door. The part to properly fix the issue is $15. This man is nothing but a liar, a hack job and a cheapskate. Please steer as clear as possible from this business. It is a complete joke.

I honestly wish there was a zero star rating for this business I've never encountered so many issues with a used car dealership in my life The fact that this man had the nerve to sell us a car that would never pass inspection due to the safety issues let alone did not disclose the fact that the entire underneath of our car including the entire axles and the axle to the car and every piece to the underneath carriage of the car including the body is completely brought it out completely robbed my mother-in-law for money I do not recommend you go here I recommend you go somewhere where they're not going to lie about the condition of the car let alone threaten you if you go to any other inspection place that the car is not going to pass inspection because he needs to take it to his people to make it pass which that right there tells me this man is doing things illegally and is selling junk cars that are probably been sitting in swampy water let alone submerged in water and have completely brought it out this is not the first case that he has done this there are multiple cases that he has sold rotted cars that are not valuable letable and safe to be on the road and has put bad stickers on cars please do yourself a favor save your money and go somewhere else below our pictures of the underneath of the car that he sold us that we had less than a week and a half returned and canceled the registration on the car and will no longer do business with them and bought a car somewhere else

    Super clean interior, sun roof!!!

I had an awesome expimerengue with Kostantin. I was in a pickle and needed a car asap. I had inquired about another vehicle he had for sale & he told me he had just gotten a 2011 Jetta - no pictures yet but seemed nice from what I googled. when I arrived to basically blind date to see this car. I loved it, it was so cute, and clean. & was getting a new windshield shortly after I arrived. Konsantin lowered the sticker price on the jetta for me to match what I could afford. Super quick sale. - I did have some issues with the windshield, noticing air blowing out while I was driving 40mph, which I contacted him about and within the next 3 days (Memorial Day weekend) he had called me to set up a time for me to come down to have the windshield fixed. Happy with the service, happy with the car & happy to have made a connection with Konstatin for future purchases & repairs! thank you Koystas!!!

Hello, let me start by saying, this is a "USED" car lot where prices range from; $2000.---5000. Dollars.....don't expect much! I'll tell my story, then YOU be the judge. I took my Hyundai Tucson 2005 w/110000 miles on it for a ride, seemed tight, responsive, good brakes, at this time it didn't enter my mind to check every little thing.... more on that in a min. I purchased the car, and within 10 miles of driving it home, strange rattling noise underneath..... then engine lite comes on, then, after filing windshield fluid , it leaked all over ground.... oh boy!! After a week of back and forth to dealer and their mechanic, found windshield line was cut?? (Jimmy the dealer mechanic was great at fixing that). Vaccume leak for engine lite, and had NO emergency brake!!! So, rejection inspection sticker!!! The emergency cable was bouncing around underneath.... so, all fixed, but within the 30 days i was charged for engine lite and muffler leak(oh, i didn't mention that) $95.00....good luck

    Zip ties seat

DO NOT buy from this dealer. I purchased a car from Mr. Kharzis on Feb. 8th, 2020 for $2,750. He wrote on the bill of sale and registration application that he sold me the car for $1,000 and said that it would help lower my sales tax bill. As this was the first time I had bought a car from a dealer, I did not know any better than to go along with it. When test driving the car during the week prior to purchase, I noticed that the driver's seat was loose and not attached to the floor of the car. This presented a safety issue for me. Towards the end of the test drive, he asked me "What are you thinking? Talk to me." I replied, "I like the car, but I would definitely need this seat fixed. I will pay you your full asking price, plus your dealer fee if you fix the seat." He agreed. On Tuesday February 11, 2020, I went to pick up the car from the dealership and discovered that the car had a rejection sticker on it and he had zip tied the seat to the track (time stamped pics are attached). Upon discovery, I brought the seat to his attention and he replied "It's fixed in my eyes". The seat was still not stationary. After several minutes of arguing, he agreed to have his mechanic look at it. He has since had the seat welded. Currently, the car still has not passed inspection and has had issues appear that were not disclosed at the time of the sale. He has offered to have me drop the car off so his mechanic can look at it, but I'm concerned that his "fix" will not be safe and will have the quality of the initial seat fix. I called him yesterday, Feb. 26 and asked if I can return the car for a full refund once I received the title in the mail. He said that that was not going to happen and the most he would give me was $1000 when I paid him a total of $2,750 in cash. BUYER BEWARE

Thank you for my dark knight Kostya!

A week and a half before I was scheduled to fly across the globe to spend a month in Taiwan, the Toyota Corolla in mint condition that I'd bought from Mark 3 years ago was totaled in my own driveway while I slept, by a drunk teenager who tried to pull a hit and run. His mom turned him in the next day, but I was still stuck with the problem of taking care of this accident, finding a good car that I could afford with my insurance money, and getting it registered before I left the country. In truth, it was an impossible task. Mark and Crestwood to the rescue! Not only did Mark find me a car that I could afford and that I absolutely loved, he also took care of the registration and paperwork and managed to get it all pushed through for me in time for me to catch my plane. When I returned, jet lagged, a month later and freaked out over every little noise that the car made after having to sit for 30 days without being driven, Mark was as calm and patient as a good father would've been when I called him, sometimes twice a day. and drove the car out to ask "are you sure??" Every little noise turned out to be nothing, just as he promised, and in a couple days the car was purring like a kitten. What I appreciated the most about Mark was his sensitivity, not only to the urgency of my problem, but to my state of mind and my nerves. In all the years that I have known him, he has never once made me feel like an idiot for asking even the silliest of questions. He really understands and cares about people. And he will never let you down when you place your trust in him. Do I recommend Mark and Crestwood when you want to buy a used car? That is a resounding, 100% YES!

I noticed a big difference. He is not your typical sales person. I would gladly do business with him again in the future.

I had been looking for a reasonably priced suv for my daughter for a few weeks. It seemed like every time I went to look at a car in her price range i wasted my time because of misleading posts and advertisements or misleading photos. I had taken time out of my work day many days just to be disappointed and lied to. I came across a listing for a vehicle that Auto Gals was selling that fit my daughter's requirements. As soon as I met Harry at the Swansea Auto Gals I knew this was different. Harry was very pleasant and up front about all of the pros and cons of the vehicle I was looking at. He immediately handed me the keys and said to take it for a test drive as long as i needed and put a dealer plate on it for me. After I decided to make the purchase he was very fair with the negotiation and we came to an agreement. The title was at the other location but he had an employee immediately drive it up to us. I told him I was going to get it registered and come back in the afternoon. He then called me and hour later and said while he was putting fuel in the car he noticed an issue that was not seen before. He brought it right to his mechanic and fixed the issue at no cost that same day. I was able to come get the vehicle the next day and everything was seamless. I will be referring anyone that I know to shop at Auto Gals if they are looking for a car in the future. By far my best used car deal experience!

I went there to complete paperwork following day, they could not locate the vehicle, apparently employee had it. This turned into a 4hr process as you need to go to other location for paperwork. When we returned, I received the car fuel light on, shavings everywhere. I called Trever the GM next am as well as told him after reviewing the paperwork (I know I should of read everything , I was exhausted an needed to return to work, I just assumed the price we agreed on was correct as the dollar amount month payment was the same) they up charged me thousands (tacked on 4800 warrantee without telling me an upcharge car thankfully they were dumb enough to leave it up on line so I had proof as I was called a liar) as well as the person put in an additional 3000 miles ( this is a felony to sell a car false odometer) . Manager Conner LaPointe gave me a car detail and promised all new warranty reflecting actual milage...still waiting!! as well as waiting for the registration (suppose to be with in 10days) to be completed, I got pulled over as car is not inspected and time ran out transfer plates. Noone is getting back to me so I was forced reach out to lawyer to get help and file BBB claim.

BUYER BEWARE-Dishonest and misleading pricing: Saw a truck…read moreonline through Cars.com for sale listed for $36420. Called to set up an appointment for the following Monday, during this call I confirmed the price of $36420. I received 4 follow up calls over the weekend about my appointment, which I confirmed and again asked if the price was still $36420, again confirmed by the person on the phone. I drove over 2 hours to look at the truck, took it for a test drive even though the salesperson said there was another salesperson working a deal on it, but I was told not to worry about that as the salesperson we were working with was more senior and he would get us in the truck. We started to work numbers, and the salesperson came back and I saw he listed the price at $39420 and gave us a payment based on that number. $3000 over the listed price on two websites, when I informed the salesperson he said, oh maybe a presidents day sales number. He went back to the sales manager and came back with a different payment, but said the price was $39420 because when they put a car price online, they assume all buyers will put $3000 down. I said it doesn't say that under the price, and he stated I had to look at the disclosures to see that. I mentioned it didn't say it on the other site, and this was deceptive behavior and they should honor the price we were quoted over the phone and online. they said no and we left. As we left, I stopped at the sales managers desk and stated that what they were doing was unfair and deceptive behavior as well as very misleading to consumers. The sales managers said that I should read the disclosures before calling.
