The food was okay for the price. The food is average not good and not bad. They had sushi, a salad bar, Chinese food, seafood, and soups. The service was good, the waiter was attentive when someone needed something. The ambiance was pretty lonely maybe because I went at around 1pm to 3 pm. Overall it was okay, I will only go back if I am around the area and during lunch time.

It's been a while to come here for lunch! The New Year's promotion is $18.99 plus tax the whole day. Nice food and clean environment. Come here to fill your nutrition needs :)

Decided to give it a visit after a few years and it was the worst mistake I've ever made. The food wasn't as good as it was. Their food made me depressed and made me hate myself. I would rather eat poop than come here again. Considering that they have poop all over the toilets.

I came earlier on Saturday but got very busy later. Tired just about everything. Big selection and always fresh. Glad I came back after the pandemic.

With the cost of groceries, gas, and dining out continuing to climb, people are looking for a place where they can get a good meal without spending a fortune. This place fits the bill. If you come before 4:00 p.m. on a weekday, lunch is around $15. That's about what you'd spend on a burger, fries, and a drink at some fast-food chains these days, except here you get an entire buffet with plenty of choices. The salad bar is well stocked and includes fresh fruit. They also have sushi rolls and nigiri. Is it sushi restaurant quality? No. But considering that one specialty roll at a sushi restaurant can cost $12-$16 by itself, it's a nice bonus. My favorite item is fried chicken. It's crispy, flavorful, and consistently juicy. I would gladly pay the lunch price just for the chicken. They also serve a very good pot roast, meaty pork ribs, and on Fridays they have a surprisingly good rib roast. Those are just a few of the highlights because there are plenty of other dishes to choose from. As for the staff, most of the employees appear to be young and may be working their first job. The cooks aren't trying to be gourmet chefs, they focus on preparing the buffet items well, and overall, they do a good job keeping the food coming despite how busy the restaurant gets. If you're looking for a fine dining experience prepared by professionally trained chefs, this probably isn't the place for you. But if your goal is to enjoy a wide variety of good food at a price that's hard to beat in today's economy, this buffet is definitely worth a visit. Just be prepared for a crowd, that's usually a sign they're doing something right.

We did have to wait in line before getting seated. The wait wasn't too long for our party of 7 as it took maybe 15 min or so. The food was okay. It's what you would expect from an AYCE buffet like this. It's maybe on par with the likes of Golden Corral or Hometown Buffet (from back in the day). The highlight things to eat may be the made-to-order Mongolian BBQ where you load up your bowl with veggies, protein (chicken, pork, shrimp, beef, etc), noodles, and seasonings. Hand it over to the staff cook and they hand you a pager to notify you when done. The other food highlight may be the Japanese sushi area. While not the highest quality of ingredients, it was still decent for the price of the buffet and the fact that there's a staff member making the sushi rolls consistently rather than just leaving a bunch out in a tray to get old and dry. Definitely might be an even better deal as a lunch AYCE option. But for dinner it's still nice to go to.

Food was good, not exceptional, but it didn't match the price. And so today, before setting out on my rig for Oakley California, Ive decided to come back to one of San Gabriel Valley's most jam packed buffetts, and see what's changed. You walk in, there's a wait list, and on a weekday, seats filled with seniors amongst seniors, a sea of half bald Asian heads and grey hair. All I can say is, this place checks every box on a diner's list looking for true cost savings and a diverse array of dishes. The seniors have voted. The hibachi stall offering steaks, pork chops, pork bellies , Shrimp to be honest taste no less better than what Red Rock was trying to do with its grilled steaks. The sushi here is surprisingly fresh and Trumps Luxe Buffett in Ontario in terms of food freshness. They have an entire dim sum bar for brunch goers and the overall hot food bar I give it a 7/10 while giving the Cold Fruits and Desserts Bars a 9/10. Have no idea what to eat for lunch? Exactly why I walked in here today.

The serving stations are dirty. Other diners have little regard for cleanliness or the decency not to mix serving tongs or ice cream scoopers. About the only neutral thing you can count on here is the jello - because no one can mess up jello.

The Mongolian grill wasn't running during my visit (I believe it's available during dinner hours), so that's something I'd be curious to try next time. The standout for me was actually the soups -- both the hot & sour soup and the miso soup were flavorful and comforting, and I ended up going back for more. The clams were also fresh, but slightly sandy. It was $34.99 a person for weekend dinner pricing as of Aug 2026 and includes soup options such as: original house, beef bone, spicy beef, miso, sukiyaki, vegetarian(?). Meat option included: prime brisket, wagyu style short plate, prime chuck eye, lamb, pork, chicken, filet, ribeye, and some others i may be forgetting. Soft drinks like pepsi, brisk raspberry, dr pepper were included and self serve. Soft serve ice cream (very mid) and green tea/black tea unsweetened as well. Salad bar had a lot of options and seafood. Kale, bok choy, napa cabbage, spinach, crown daisy/tong ho, mushrooms, kabocha, onion, quail eggs, ramen noodles, japchae noodles, clams, mussels, shrimps, crawfish. Tbh there were so many options which I was really satisfied with. You can tell this place is korean owned. I liked that their meats were very thinly sliced and cooked very fast in the broth. My favorite was the chuck eye. I liked the filet but the slices were too small to enjoy. So about that interaction.. in the beginning when we were getting our soup order taken, we were asking if there is spicy miso available. The server said they have miso and spicy sauce that they can mix together to make a spicy miso broth. We said we wanted to try it first to see if we like it before committing, bc she said that if we wanted to change our broth it would be a $2 or$3 (?)surcharge. (idont remember how much she said but she also said if we wanted to mix different broths in our pots it would be fine but changing out the entire pot for a new pot is an upcharge which didnt make sense to me..) She said yes and was helpful but she mixed some spicy sauce (which was very very spicy like capsaicin sauce) and the cold miso broth together and let us try it. She said if we wanted we can also mix the miso and spicy beef together. She was honestly trying her best to be helpful but trying cold spicy broth like that was very offputting LOL. We ended up doing the spicy beef broth instead and just didnt deal with the miso anymore. I thought the spicy beef reminded me of doeniang korean soybean paste stew. I think this was a nice place to try but this korean style shabu isn't what I'm going for when I'm looking to eat shabu! I felt this was pretty similar to Shabuya, but I personally might prefer that over this spot :p For the variety, I think it's worth a try if you haven't tried it yet!

This time, we tried this place again and it's better! The food is still similar to all other buffets, but I think I prefer this place's chicken wings, baked mussels, bbq ribs, and beef stir fry. It is similar price range as other buffets ($20) and drinks are paid separate as usual. Refillable fountain drinks if you prefer but having water works too. The sushi is a hit or miss, I had great sushi rolls but other days it might have been sitting for too long. They refill their trays as food is getting less and I like that there's someone around to ask when they will bring a fresh batch. The tables are numbered so it's easy to know where we sit and where we have to go if it gets busy. Utensils are all plastic or one time use, no more checking if the forks are clean! The plates and bowls are still the reusable ones which is what I prefer for getting food. They have a popcorn machine (also a hit or miss in taste and freshness). For food: The crab legs are served cold and their butter is super yellow (it's most likely butter flavored oil). Bbq Ribs are good, served in single ribs, nice bbq flavor. Chicken skewers are still tender and flavorful, will keep having these! Chicken wings (fresh) are soooo juicy and crispy! They have chicken tenders but I didn't try them. No crab Rangoon or sesame balls unfortunately. Baked mussels taste just the same, great creamy sauce on chewy mussels. Coconut shrimp is fried with sweet creamy mayo sauce, it doesn't have coconut shredding so I love it. Beef stirfry is actually great, it had peppers and mushrooms, but the beef is tender (sometimes not so hit or miss). Ice cream is self serve scooped, they have a sign that it's $2.50 if anyone plans to take ice cream to go.
