A brand new buffet opened up in Aurora, so I just had to check it out! The business shares a large parking lot with the surrounding businesses. So there's plenty of parking you just might have to walk a little further to get to the door. We were greeted and seated immediately. We placed our drink orders and then we were off to the buffet. It was set up like any other buffet, there was an Asian station with the traditional Asian foods, a fried station with your typical American foods, and even a dim sum station hidden in the back. They also had a Mongolian Grill where you could create your own! And they had a couple rolls of sushi out for grabs. The flavor of the foods with nothing out of the ordinary, pretty standard and tasted normal. So I think for the variety of options you get and the price that you pay is worth it. I didn't get to try the Mongolian Grill, but I definitely wanna go back and give it a shot. They also had a soft served ice cream, machine, and a chocolate fondue station. They also offered fruits for dessert as well. With all of the options they have available. I think you could definitely find something for everybody. I am not a huge buffet fan for several reasons. I kept hearing great things about this new location so we finally stopped in to check it out. We arrived and it was a holiday so they were busier than usual. We didn't wait long but their announcing system is louder than anything ever should be. It startled me every time they called another party up to the counter. We were seated and then greeted almost immediately on what drinks we wanted. I opted for Dr. pepper and I will say it is one of the best Dr. peppers I have had in along time. Perfect syrup and carbonation. We got up and started exploring. They have honestly just about any genre of food you want there. Plus, not sure if it is all of the time or because it was a holiday, but they were constantly refilling each item. A few things I LOVED: The butterfly fried shrimp, banana fosters dessert, orange chicken and chicken with broccoli Chinese dishes and gyoza. Sat, noon. Wowser! Super busy, parking lot is full. Lot of people but we did call ahead and they were able to accommodate our large group, on two tables. It was first time here and definitely lot more offerings than the Hiro. Our waiter was very attentive and very prompt cleaning the tables and refilling our drinks. One of the best! Went here during their grand opening. It's located in a plaza close to where I live. The place is very spacious and has several rooms. The decor was pleasant and the place was clean. The entry area was inviting and we were greeted appropriately and seated immediately. The dining areas an open format with booths at the perimeter and tables in the center. King Buffet, located near the Town Center at Aurora and the Aurora Municipal Center, has been open for a month or so, yet hadn't visited until recently. Heard it's quite spacious with a wide variety of dishes, so stopped by when passing by during lunch time. The entrance and food display resembled other King Buffet locations in town, with opulent gold and marble decor. Multiple dining areas were spaced generously, ensuring comfort even during peak hours. The buffet stations were well-lit with wide spacing and appeared to be white quartz, adorned with floral arrangements overhead, giving a clean, upscale look. Clear English and Chinese labels for the dishes and trays with utensils were conveniently placed nearby. The Mongolian BBQ station featured an open kitchen, sparing chefs from working in a confined space over scorching griddles while allowing guests a clear view of the cooking process. The selection primarily featured American Chinese cuisine, with some unique dim sum staples like sticky rice chicken, steamed spare ribs, chicken feet, and xiaolongbao, shrimp dumplings, shaomai, and custard buns. There were also some less common Chinese sweets like peanut malt sugar and sweet peanuts. Japanese cuisine consisted of sushi. Seafood included poke, cold shrimp, cheese mussels, and squid. They also had many western dishes such as salads, pizza, fries, fried chicken, grilled ribs, dinner roll, garlic bread, etc. Desserts featured ice cream, self-serve soft serve, and a chocolate fountain. Lunch hours saw a steady stream of customers even on a weekday. Service was prompt, beverages arrived quickly, and plates were cleared timely. Weekday lunches are $15.99, offering great value for the selection. Dinner is $20.99 with additional items. Weekends and holidays feature an all-day $21.99 menu with even more options. Please keep in mind that this is buffet scale, but it's the BEST buffet I've been to in CO! I hope they can keep the quality up as this location ages. This truly feels like a Vegas-style buffet with chandeliers, mirrors, and (probably fake) marble accents. The seating is comfortable and everything was clean. Huge selection! One table has salad and fruit. The one against the back wall is dedicated to dim sum (Chinese appetizers, mostly dumplings and the like) and desserts. They have two table for entrees, one for soups, one for fried foods. They also have a nice little sushi counter and most impressively, an authentic circular Mongolian grill! There's also a chocolate fountain and even a vending machine for cotton candy that you can design yourself. Prices are incredibly reasonable at $16 for lunch and $21 for dinner. Drinks aren't included but all fountain drinks including Horchata and Jamaica come with free refills! This place will be seeing A LOT of us in the coming days. read more

At first appearance it looks nice with pretty light fixtures! Price was decent but it's just not as good as other Asian buffets I've been to. The servers were kind but seemed a little vapid and we had to request refills multiple times instead of them noticing that our cups were empty. The Mongolian cooking was very messy and quite busy so one needs to patiently watch your own food closely to be sure you get the correct food that you want otherwise you could get somebody else's stuff. Mine came back a little too burnt so I didn't eat that part. The food on the buffet line is replenished quickly and it's not bad. Lots to choose from. It's a great place for people who like variety but the quality just isn't there. It was an experience for sure. I hate the neighborhood big time and the parking is scarce. This was a clean well organized buffet. Service was good. Dirty plates were taken quickly and we got refills fast too. It did have some dim sum and bao. It had a decent variety, heavy on the chicken and then a Mongolian BBQ. I think my companion hit the nail. Nothing was special, but nothing was bad either. We were invited by friends for a pre Xmas celebration at this very popular buffet in Aurora right by I-225 and Alameda. Know the location fairly well and having been in the parking lot after picking up some work gloves at Harbor Freight, I looked at the shared parking lot during lunchtime and saw it was jammed pack of diners. Ok, this many people, let's give it a try. So we met friends and all sat in one of the 'dining rooms' in the back. First of all, the restaurant was spacious, immense, and it was all full to the brim, at 6:30pm. Impressive! After all the shared greetings, Glenda and I ventured forth to check out the scene, ahem... I mean the selection. Mind boggling! Plus, there was this Mongolian BBQ area where they cook for you what you bring to them in a bowl. There was a line there but it appeared to move quickly. Well... time to choose. I kept it simple, straight forward, various Chinese dishes and appetizers, Sesame Chicken, egg rolls, some cooked shrimp in garlic sauce, a beef and broccoli entree... and some sushi. All went well, took my time eating and went back for a smaller plate of a few seconds of shrimp, a couple of desserts and a banana custard. The soft serve ice cream machine was frozen, so no soft serve. People around me were 'going at it ' with the food and I stopped at 1.5 plates. A few minutes later and I started sneezing like there was no tomorrow. Sodium overload! I was choosey in my selections knowing that I had expected sodium, salt in the food and was not 'disappointed'. I watch my sodium intake and frankly, this is not the venue to be sodium sensitive. In hindsight, Kings Buffet is fine for those who want a fast food selection in a restaurant setting. The place was clean and the waitstaff were all moving quickly, they worked hard. I gave them a generous tip and we bid farewell to friends and acquaintances. Finally tried this place after seeing it all over social. $21 for all-you-can-eat at lunch with a drink is a good deal. The space is huge, clean, and well organized, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Despite the self-serve setup, everything stayed well stocked and tidy. The Mongolian barbecue was the highlight- ingredients seemed fresh and it was enjoyable depending on what you choose. The sushi was just okay, though I appreciated that they'll make fresh cuts if you ask. The hot buffet was colorful and kept warm, but nothing really stood out. The ribs and some of the chicken were pretty fatty. Unfortunately, within about 30 minutes after eating I became very sick, and one friend from our group of four also got sick within hours. We ate different items, so it's hard to pinpoint. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it was disappointing. King Buffet is a newer buffet that opened in Aurora around October 2025. The parking is a little difficult as it's in a shared shopping center with lots of little shops and was hard to park my larger vehicle. The lot itself was worse for wear and needs to be redone. The restaurant is HUGE! There are several different dining areas for small groups or large groups. In the lobby there are some claw machine games and bench seats to wait for your party, then there is a second waiting area as well, where there are some chairs and this is where you let them know how many in your party and they take you to your seats , this will be the same area that you pay after. They take you to your table and ask for your drink order. The you are free to go get your food. In a nice buffet style set up you can get sushi that is being prepared fresh as well as your Mongolian style bowls. There is American style food , and all the Chinese food you can think of. The dessert station was a little messy but they attempted to make it nicer by the time I left. All the food was fresh and I saw them checking food temps , and swapping food often. Everything was quite attended to. There were lots of sanitizing machines too. I always wash my hands prior to getting food and then place my food down and wash my hands again before eating. My standard method. Drinks were always filled. You can even do take out by the pound if cant do a sit down meal. I liked it and I would go again. read more

We went the 2nd day it was open which was 10-17-25. It is the old Bingo place off Alameda and Potomac next to the Dollar Tree. I have never seen this parking lot this full ever. So my review is yes, it was clean but our food was cold even though it came off the steamer trays. We went during lunch. Assortment of food was plenty and also there is an area similar to "Hu Hot" you can pick out your stir-fry and sauces and the employee cooks it up for you on the big grill. People with allergies, be aware of cross-contamination. There was also dim sum and mini cups of ice cream/sherbert. So as I was passing by the front, overheard this gentleman who must of ate several plates belitting the front staff saying how terrible the service was and blah blah but it is a buffet. The area where this buffet is located is not the best. The employee took our plates promptly but they watch you and cameras are up. I am sure it will do fine since the price is descent. Free refills. After trying out some buffets at nearby states, I felt so lucky that Colorado had such amazing buffet options. The quality is so much better here! I had taken a break from buffets but had to come try out this new location after seeing it on social media. I gotta say, this place far exceeded my expectations. The dishes were cooked just right and the flavors were excellent. I got to have my usual favorites, but ventured onto some new ones. Honestly, I only got to sample about 15% of the dishes, if that, as there were way too many to try out. The interior decor is quite lovely and spacious. You can see that they put some good effort and thought into the design of the restaurant. Ample spaces to sit and no wait for us when we went for lunch. I definitely plan on coming back again for sure! I would say yeah, the bathroom was a little messy when I used it. If they can check on it at regular intervals, that would be great. At about 5:10 pm the trash bins were totally full and junk was on the floor. Definitely was due for maintenance to come in. Overall, excellent buffet experience and highly recommended. Ugh, I wish I took pictures when I went with my friends but we went at opening and couldn't wait to dig in. King Buffet has fresh made hibachi and a chocolate fountain! If that doesn't convince you, then maybe hit their sushi bar or their dim sum? The buffet is one of the cleanest I've been to in Aurora and there's so much seating. I heard parking may be a challenge on weekends but it's well worth it especially for the price. I visited for the first time today, March 31 around 4:30pm. Loads of seating was available and the hostess attempted to seat me as a single in the worst possible 1/2 booth location in the entire restaurant far from the buffet itself. I pointed to a more desirable spot and soon realized it was the second worst location in the place. Not a great start to my very first visit. My first stop was at the chicken wings which were plump but kept in the fryer 5 minutes too long, dried out, tasteless and above all, COLD! Same with the french fries, tasteless and COLD! I then tried salt & pepper calamari which was not only rubbery but also COLD! Beef egg rolls also cold and over cooked. I looked eveywhere for legitimate, house made hot mustard sauce and could only find gelatin like packets. I found the fried shrimp to be tasty but once again COLD! Tried two other COLD selections and knew this was not a dream buffet come true! 10/24/25- Not as good as the Colorado Springs location, but better then the one off 52nd Ave. It was super busy since they are still dealing with the hype of them being new, but the wait time/line moved fast. The food was all over the board in quality. Some of the hot dishes were good and most of the sushi was average. The one thing that turned me off was the unagi. I love unagi, but they were serving the unagi cold to room temperature when unagi should be served warm to hot so that the fat melts in your mouth. There were also a lot of kids running around unsupervised and the staff should have said things to the parents. I was ran into several times and older adults could be knocked over by them. The restaurant needs to make parents watch their kids or ask them to leave if they won't. read more

This had to be one of the weirdest times I've spent in any restaurant, ever. First, the food is mediocre at best. It's a typical Chinese buffet. That's not the weird part. The weird part is they sat me at a table with another party. I didn't know these people, I wasn't there to have lunch with them, but there I was - at the same table just an empty chair away from this other group. They spent the whole meal glaring at me, like I was intruding. Heck, I didn't want to be there any more than they wanted me there. I asked the staff if I could sit at any of the dozen or so empty tables in the same area but was told those were for larger parties and I was only one person. These were tables for four and I was sitting at a table for eight with four other people at it. "Larger parties?" The whole time there was very unsettling. There are a few other buffets in the area. I've been to one. There I got my own table. I think I'll stick with that one and leave this one alone. read more
