Visited Kraft Vermicelli for the first time today and it was wonderful. The food was beautifully prepared, health and absolutely delicious. With so many options and choices you can customized your order beyond your wildest expectations. There is the ability to order at the counter or the kiosk....both pleasant experiences. The place is immaculate. The outside dining area has lots of umbrellas and is also immaculately clean. Been wanting to try this place bc of a fellow yelper and I finally had the time. The place is small inside, a few tables and a bar top, but they have tables for outside. Very clean and modern. I love the style, not to mention the DISNEY touches she has throughout! no one cares much but I love the little details like the lids they use for their drinks, the sauce bowls, the pitchers they use, etc. nice touches.. Service was good. First girl was kinda helpful, short answers. The second young lady was more informative and then hearing the owner was the best, lol. I'm new never been, so talking about sweetness for example, the owner compared the sweetness to the pumps at Starbucks haha and it was easier to understand how to order.. but they were all friendly and kind. Ty Now the food! Across the board delicious! I ordered one pork bun, one shrimp spring roll, their special steam pork & egg bun, their basic premium matcha with vanilla cold foam 100% sweetness, strawberry sando and rice bowl. What's neat is you pick all your own fillings! The garlic sauce is delicious. I tried a little of each sauce they had. :) Amazing. My 4.8 year old love the pork bun, rice/meat and sando! She told me the sando only has 4 grams of sugar! WOW. Plus the fruit.. it tastes fluffy, fresh and not super sweet! Must try. He devoured it. Now the matcha. I'm not a matcha fan. The Starbucks one is super sweet so it didn't taste too bad, but I'm sure it's crap brand. She said theirs is a premium one, so it's more "earthy" flavored.. I decided to do the 100% sweetness for that reason alone and I'm glad I did. I needed the cold foam to help offset it for me personally. But i still loved it! I want to try it with foam and many of the others like coffee. Plus they use honey to sweeten it, so I like that a lot. Lots of ppl came and went. I'm happy to see that bc we need these delicious spots to stay around! See yall soon. side note, the special bun was on a little sign in front of cashier. I didn't even notice. Came here on Saturday night for their soft opening. The restaurant is very clean and trendy. There is seating outside as well so you can bring your furry friends! The owners are so friendly and attentive and make the best drinks! I got the Matcha Cream Tea w/ Vanilla Sweet Cream and it was perfect! I prefer my drinks sweet so I opted for 100% sweetness. I also ordered the Vermicelli Noodle Bowl, which I finished before I could take a picture, but it was amazing and had the perfect ratio of noodles and protein. We've been here twice now. Both times we've waited way longer than is reasonable (20-30 minutes). The most recent one was just for drinks in the morning and apparently the staff didn't show up. They did apologize for the extended wait afterwards but that was the extent, no offer to cover the small desert we bought or anything. I'd probably give it a three but while the food and drinks look beautiful they are nothing special flavor wise. They are also very pricey for what you get. Three bowls and three drinks was about $80 before tip. We really want to like the place but we likely won't be back. read more

I don't usually post reviews but this place deserves it. It's adorable inside and the food is just as cute. Usually when places have a really nice aesthetic the food is sub par. This wasn't the case! The bao buns and salads are delicious and the drinks are pretty good too. My only somewhat dislike was how small the normal size fruit sando was but it's pretty sweet and rich so you don't necessarily need a lot. If you want to share with someone get two or the large size, but it's very delicious and tastes like mango ice cream. They have a lovely patio and the restaurant seemed very clean. read more

We stopped by this place out of curiosity, and I wasn't disappointed! This place is so cute on the inside (although a little small), it gives off a comfortable and home feel. The Vietnamese coffee is so delicious. I have gone back to this place just for that. I've also had their green tea and it was delicious as well. We got their fruit sandwiches and they're very delicious, but I don't think the jumbo sandwiches are worth the price, and they're very hard to eat (the fruit is huge; we had to cut the sandwich into a bunch of pieces just to eat it). I still love this place, and I'll go back any day for their coffee! The owner is very sweet and it's awesome to see her dream come true. Can't wait to try the food! read more

The BEST cafe experience I've ever had!!! I was so excited to try this new cafe just opened in the beautiful Camarillo Old Town as I am a big fan of high quality bobas, and it did not disappoint! The quality of boba teas and fruits sandwiches I tried were the best best best!!! I loved the nice and mochi-like texture of their bobas, and fruits sandwiches were just like the ones I've had in Japan! Very authentic! I was amazed to experience this quality nowhere else but in Camarillo! I usually drive all the way to LA to get decent bobas and Asian pastries, but Kraft Vermicelli filled all my cravings!!! I also loved the stylish interior and super friendly, welcoming staff! Even though I came in at a busy time, Amy and Justin did not stop themselves from taking time to explain the menus and their recommendations when I needed some help to decide my order. I was very happy with my order and now have to come back to try the other menu items too! The service was great; they explained everything on the menu and made helpful recommendations. The ambiance is cozy and the music was relaxing. We had two orders of vermicelli with different proteins (you get two per order). We did all of the toppings and they were amazing. Try different sauces to see which one you like best. We tried three different buns. Do that! I thought beef or pork would've been my favorite, but it was the shrimp. Try them all to find out your favorite. Support this local business! Maybe it was wrong timing. Staff was kind and all in training which is understandable however during a Friday around 5pm they needed direction and a leader to take the wheel. I was hoping to try a strawberry sando after reading the great reviews. There was a mixed fruit sando left and it was not what it's hyped up to be. It was soggy and I thought it was more so a pound cake but not it's actually a slice of white sandwich bread. I ordered a drink and waited 20 minutes for it, it was lost in the busy shuffle. The drink was terrible, waited 15 minutes and asked if it's ready then they rushed and made it and it was like water. Decided to try this place on a busy Saturday as it was Heritage days in Camarillo, I was in the area. I was greeted with a smile and patience as it was my first time and had many choices. I ordered the bao buns, spring rolls and vermicelli noodles. I wanted to try it all. It did not disappoint. Going 5 stars for food taste, drink taste and quality. Very fresh, fun, and exactly the type of place Camarillo needs downtown. Considerations for improvement: Have a "we pick" option so people new to the food style and who are not good decision-makers. Put drinks up first. We actually waited 25 minutes for our food and drinks. Would have been nice to have the drinks or let folks know how long it might take to get everything. You desperately need to have better access to napkins, wet-naps, and better napkins. The food with sauces got really messy and it was sticky all over. Delicious but sticky. read more
