Then I found Panda Windows & Doors Northern California and was introduced to Byron at their Burlingame office. Byron showed me pivot door examples in the showroom and clearly explained Panda's many customization options and effect on schedule. Panda's engineering team created a custom design and 4 months later, that custom door was successfully installed. It looks and works great and I'm happy with the results. I had other businesses look at my door and they all wanted to replace the entire door. Lee came out to look at it and said he could fix it without replacing the entire door. All it needed was new rollers and a lock. He told me it would slide like brand new and he had a lock on his truck that would fit it. Lee told me how much it would cost and I was happy with the price so I told him to go ahead and fix it. He installed the lock the rollers and now it's like a brand new door and it saved me about $2500 this company is very reputable and I would recommend it to anyone.
