Seaside Green Thai Tea Got 75% sweetness but still a lil too sweet. Strong tea flavor, great Thai tea taste. I gotta say I respect the effort, intention, and design that went into every detail in the establishment, the menu design, drink selection, interior design, mobile ordering option etc. All of it just screams quality. The brand has come a long way since I first tried the first location in Riverside long ago. You can see my review there too. Yesss!! Finally a new, local boba spot in Norwalk! Super friendly staff and great interior decor. The milk teas and their boba are super tasty! I'm happy they they offer different milk options and you can adjust the sweetness / ice. Mochi donuts are tasty too! Cool space to work if you need a change of tone. The playlist was the entire time. Had the Keene Brulee Boba tea and it did not disappoint. No donuts when they first open because they make them fresh everyday. Had to wait 2hrs for that. Keep that in mind when you time your visit ;) read more

Rounding up to 4 due to their service. Check out their daily specials! Stopped by on a Friday after work and the daily special was $3 milk teas. Score! Unfortunately, my milk tea tasted relatively watered down despite ordering less ice. Their boba was chewy in texture, which I find to be important. Their service was great, there were about 4-5 employees behind the counter to make drinks and take orders. Since it's close to work, I'll give them another shot. Hoping other drinks will taste better next time I go. read more

DEEEELICIOUS! I've been here twice and i'm happy it's close by enough for me to keep going. I got the matcha storm and the king brulee. Both are very tasty but i like the matcha more. I wanna get like, matcha milk tea over creme brulee with sweet cream. Basically i want it ALL! I dont know if they have it because i gotta go back and find out . If you're in the area, come quickly! Really good boba! Everything I've tried here has been great. All their drinks from their specialties, milk teas, smoothies and fruit drinks are all super flavorful and not overly sweet. They use quality ingredients in each of their drinks and you can tell by your first sip. My go to favorites are the Guerilla Thai which is a blended Matcha Thai Tea drink. The creaminess of the Thai tea blends perfectly with the matcha. Second is the Strawberry Gon' Bananas which is a strawberry banana smoothie. It's so good and perfect for a hot summer day. My mom, sister, and I absolutely love this boba shop! Can only speak on what we've each ordered (Taro Twist, Matcha Storm, and their standard matcha milk tea drink). Toppings are great and they also have alternative milk options. It's cute inside and easily a place one can go inside and spend time with friends or even work on your laptop. As much as we love this place, I will say we have had two bad experiences with the same person who took and made our orders on two separate occasions. First time was when I wasn't there and my sister said she ordered a drink and it wasn't made as it is advertised and when she went to inform the worker, he questioned her and said he made it properly. He eventually re-made it and it was still incorrect. She didn't want to go up again and say anything so she let it be. Second occasion with the same guy working there, my drink was made with missing toppings and when I went to the counter to say that I was missing toppings (it was printed onto the cup and very clearly can be seen that toppings were missing) they just grabbed the cup from me without saying anything and when I received the drink back, nothing was said to me. I still give this place 5 stars because the flavors are great, but the service can be much better from the specific individual that I'm speaking about. I've worked food service before, it's not always fun and it can be stressful. Despite that, it doesn't excuse bad manners/bad customer service, especially when it's consistent on different occasions. First time at this gem and boy oh boy the fresh cold peach jasmine tea with slice of peach inside did not disappoint. For those trying to watch their sugar, I decreased sweetness to 50% and still didn't feel cheated on flavor. Good crowd coming thru and friendly staff. I've been going to this place for over a year. The only reason I keep returning is because this is one of the best taro I have tried. I get the Taro crush, which is blended. We have tried a lot of the drinks & they are really good. The boba is perfect & soft. I think I only had 1 time where the boba was not good & it was super hard. The customer service isn't the best & they seem to be in a rush to always close early so I definitely would not recommend going within the last hour & a half of them closing the quality of the drinks go down. read more

Aptly named Krak--the perfect pun for crack--because it's so addicting!!!! On the sweet side but splendidly done so--totally not in an artificially flavored sort of way. Just went in today to pick up my online order. I ordered my usual online , the matcha milk tea but as I was looking at the toppings instead of regular boba, I only saw the option to add tiny boba. I'm not sure if tiny boba is a new thing since I had just ordered some boba last weekend and got regular boba with my drink. Nevertheless, this new tiny boba is trash. I'm not sure if it's a chapter option but if it is then Krak boba needs to also lower their prices because this tiny boba is not it. Due to that I will not be returning back to order any drinks soon. Norwalk is stepping up their boba game and I am here for it. They definitely have flavors that are trending right now. I ordered a strawberry matcha latte and it was made fairly quick. There were quite a few people inside so I was pleased I didn't have to wait long. The drink wasn't overly sweet and it was a balance of sweet tartness of the strawberry and earthiness of the matcha. This placed open up and before it was " shave it" and now it's a boba spot which is nice but feel there are too many around. I went in and ordered the cream brûlée which was good and will come back for it but they also sell Mochi donuts but had a sign that you have to buy a minimum of 3 and at $5 a pop I had to pass on that plus the flavors they had available were not my flavors I would want to try. Over all give this place a 3 cause of the rude young staff and limited items they had available. read more

The Norwalk location is right across my work, so I finally made a trip! - they have lots of options! The guy taking my order was nice enough to offer recommendations and answered all my questions. I ended up getting the signature milk tea with 50% sugar and added boba. - there's convenient parking, some space to sit down (I took my drinks to-go and went back to work) - the tea and boba was good! I'm not highly picky and have had lots of different drinks from a variety of boba shops, and this place did not disappoint - the only downside is they only have one size (no small) and it's pricey (not surprising for boba, but you easily get to $5-6 per drink) Anywho, it's yummy and worth a try. It's a very small shop with seating for maybe 20 people inside, plus 4 small two-person tables outside (without any shade). When we visited, almost everyone else was working on laptops, so it didn't feel like the best place to sit and chat. The music was also fairly loud and mostly K-pop, which didn't really match the coffee shops aesthetic and made conversation a little more difficult. Parking was probably my biggest complaint. There are only four dedicated parking spots, and the surrounding residential street parking was completely packed. I ended up parking in the chicken restaurant's lot across the street. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the coffee, it was genuinely one of the better iced caramel lattes I've had. If you're looking to grab a quality drink to go, I'd highly recommend it. Just be prepared for limited seating and a challenging parking situation.

I felt a little frustration after seeing the sticky note on the Mochie donuts menu requiring a purchase of three donuts for $10. It was surprising, especially since I'm used to getting them for $2.60 each in the Bay Area. It's unfortunate that the owners of Mochie donuts are capitalizing on people in the area and price gouging. However, it's important to keep in mind that businesses have the right to set their own prices and policies. I felt strongly about this issue. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide whether the convenience and taste of the donuts are worth the higher price. read more

I had a really frustrating experience with Krak Boba. They canceled my order but still charged me, which is completely unacceptable. I've tried reaching out multiple times over several days through every available method and have received zero response. No explanation, no refund, no customer service. Mistakes happen, but ignoring a paying customer doesn't fly. At the very least, communication should be a priority when there's an issue with someone's money. I won't be ordering again and would recommend being cautious before placing an order until their customer service improves. read more

Bathroom smells so bad. Also, last few days no donuts but every time I ask they say "come back tomorrow". Why even advertise that you sell donuts? I am wasting my time coming every day and when I ask to speak to a manager they are never there, what kind of store has no kind of management? Finally, got a milk tea and it tasted so nasty and there were chunks of something in there, but I can not blame staff because they seemed so overwhelmed and understaffed. Staff were very friendly. The manager at this establishment is a racist biggot. I do not recommend anyone coming here. The drinks are mediocre to say the least. and the price! $7 for a cup of ice and milk. are you kidding me!? I came to Krak during the grand opening but since then, this place has gone down hill, rude employees, zero customer service skills, this place has showed it's true colors over the few months of being open.
