Drove 25 mins to this place. For a spot that doesn't close until 10pm, how are they out of glazed donuts for the day by 6pm? Also, when I walked in 4 hrs before close they are making a fresh batch of glaze but they claim its for the next morning when the store opens. While there were glazed in the display case by the register, the employee said those werent being sold because they don't have any more. They only had like 5 flavors available, none of which were on the display rack but instead on a rack multiple feet from the store front where I could barely read the labels. Definitely not coming back. I see why the reviews are so low at this location.. I'd rather drive 20 mins in the other direction and just go to Duck Donuts. read more

The service here is not good. When boyfriend and I walked in, it was completely empty. We stood at the front counter for awhile waiting for an employee to come to the register to take our order. The employees saw us, but they were busy talking in the back. Finally, one guy came over and took our order. We got the cake batter doughnut, original filled chocolate kreme, and an original glazed iced coffee. First of all, they gave me just an iced black coffee. The guy noticed that I was not happy and realized that he gave me the wrong thing. He took my coffee back and remade it, but he just added a ton of original glazed syrup to black coffee. The description says their iced coffee is served with a splash of 2% milk. I watched him make it, but I saw no milk go in, just tons of syrup. I managed to take a few sips before I had to throw it out--it just tasted like syrup. Second of all, they didn't give us the right doughnut. We were really excited to try the original filled chocolate kreme doughnut, but we bit into it and there was no chocolate filling. I wanted to take a picture and go back, but my boyfriend REALLY hates complaining. Plus, he still ate the doughnut. I thought it was a fun idea to get donuts delivered on National Donut Day via Ubereats. I ordered two 3 packs and 1 Fan Favs dozen . The dozen donuts were $24.99 by themselves and they were missing from my delivery. Upon contacting Ubereats and Krispy Kreme , neither have provided me with a refund or any resolution. This was probably the worst Krispy Kreme establishment/experience I've had. Most of the donuts were out of stock or have been sitting there for a while. I waited in line for about 10-15min behind one other person who couldn't decide what they wanted and wanted to pay with exact change which they didn't have; they could have pulled them aside to let them figure out their order and their payment. Ordered a variety of donuts, and after ordering they told me two out of the six I ordered weren't ready and wouldn't be ready for 10-15min and would swap them out for donuts that were the same price (which they lacked variety). Ok tried this location a number of times ... the location is new bright and pretty squared away. Clean and stocked. The bad drive thru is as slow as it gets. 1 dozen glazed 2 Coffees .. simple order 15 minuets in line No one in line in front of me. Next time I tried to go inside counter girl seemed less than motivated or friendly. Another 10 minuets for donuts ? No one ahead of me !!! While I did have the choice for ones already made or ones , hot off the line. Since hot is always better I selected that option. My visit was the second day of opening and the staff is still working out kinks but they are running smooth. While you wait in line they give out free hot doughnuts fresh off the line .. oh yes! Today was the grand opening of this new Krispy Kreme location! Upon parking, there were two employees outside giving samples of their lemonade chiller and menus. Once in line, the manager was giving people fresh, hot donuts just off the line and rewarding patrons who downloaded their app. While we did order iced drinks, we received frozen which was fine with us, as we were having a hard time deciding anyway. I don't blame the barista, as they were insanely busy on their first day. I had a great experience here and am so excited to come back soon! Drove passed, and saw the light was on, and I had to bang a hard U. Parking lot was huge, and parking was easy. When I got in, I saw a huge line and one cashier open, which of course, they could have easily have opened another one and prevented the line from getting antsy (who doesn't get antsy when the donuts are hot and fresh and waiting to be consumed?). After ordering our dozen (don't judge!) we watched someone who could only be described as the glaze goddess, as she inspected the donuts and made the glaze to perfection. I waked in the restaurant behind a gentleman and waited a few feet behind him. Another woman walks in and they take her first saying well she has a mobile order. The one employee states well she has a mobile order when the guy in front of me asked why she was first and another lady in guessing the manager starts shouting "there's too many people in here you need to go outside". Come to find out the guy in front of me had a mobile order as well. There was no apology to either one of us and there are no signs up communicating saying how many people can be in there at one time. There were 5 customers. Set up tape on the floor for 6 feet or post some type of signage about what you need customers to do. Donuts was made freshly at the store. It is always a fun experience to watch the fluffy ring shape dough floating and swimming in the oil, get browned then glazed right in front of you. We ordered 6 different donuts but ended up getting two apple fritters instead of the nutty butter one. The dough taste airy and fluffy but the flavors were okay. some of them are just a little bit too sweet for me, so instead of tasting the chocolate or strawberry flavor, I got more of a sugary taste. Our favorite was the Chocolate Kreme Custer donut. You can do drive through if you don't want to sit down or in a rush. Huge parking lot outside the store is always a plus. read more

I have gone to this location twice because I received the hot light notification and the donuts were not hot or even warm. I like to bring my team at work hot donuts. I just came here for the valentine donuts no less than 2 days ago. The donuts were extremely stale, (I was there at 9:30AM). I had to throw away 1/2 of them because no one wants to eat stale donuts.
