Anthony was the employee working the drive thru. He was unfocused, sloppy and unprofessional. While I ordered he repeated "what" 3 times until I was yelling at the order microphone. I dislike raising my voice. After making me yell my order, I arrived at the window and he had already forgotten part of my order. It's so funny how expensive something is or isn't js all about perspective. I remember paying $0.50 for a glazed donut from here so many years ago. Today, I paid $18.50 for a dozen assorted donuts, including a couple creme filled and raspberry filled and sprinkle donuts. Some people say that's expensive. But these days, when cupcakes and cookies are going for $3.50 to $4.75 each which would make a dozen of them well over $40, a dozen for less than $20 is not bad at all!!! It's nice that you can still see them cooking the donuts along the conveyer belt. The smells are amazing, all that fried sugary goodness!! They have a good assortment of donuts, as well as coffee and other coffee drinks. Majority of the people working here have RBF. It's quite obvious they don't want to be there. The drive thru line is extremely long. Parking can be quite hectic, but they do have cones separating the drive thru line and the other parking line. But if you go inside, the wait isn't too long at all. Actual donuts taste amazing!!!! Anything fried and full of sugar tastes amazing!!! And it's no different here. They all taste good. #19 for 2021 I'm not suppose to eat these but I wanted to treat myself today on a job well done last year. And seeing those delicious donut offers I get through the emails was a little too irresistible this time. I usually go to the one in City of Industry which always has a long line. I'm glad this one did not. In fact, it has had the shortest lines I've seen here in SoCal. Everyone around here must be healthy. Not feeling guilty. You can't just walk up and tell them what you want. You need to place your order online. Didn't do that. Easy fix. I really don't understand the Krispy Kreme hype. The line is long. Drive thru line is also horrendous. Their donuts is very airy, not enough "donut breading" for all the sugar that's packed on it. Everyone needs to stop by this Krispy Kreme location, it's clean, inviting, patio seating, indoor tables & child or "inner child" live display of doughnut making in process. Super cool I know children will enjoy it! The patio seating is enjoyable mostly in the mornings, I thought due to how the Sun rises each day. I was happy that they are Fundraiser friendly. This is probably the only Krispy Kreme in IE, and it's about 15 miles away from my house. We heard about the 2020 Graduate Dozen and was excited because we were graduating college seniors that felt like we deserved the pick-me-up. We got there around 5pm and the line was pretty long but we waited max 50 minutes. For those that don't know, if you bring any graduation paraphernalia that shows 2020 on it (we brought our grad sash), then you get a free dozen of grad donuts. PERIOD. We arrived at the window after waiting for almost an hour. The lady at the window was speaking with her mask on so it was difficult to hear but she said that in order for us to get the grad assorted donuts, we had to pay for a dozen glazed ones. We just went with it because we already waited an hour. We pull into the parking lot and open the box, only to be disappointed. The box did not look like what was advertised and we PAID for it. We get back home and I reopen the article that talks about the promotion. Nowhere in the article does it mention that we are required to purchase a box to get a grad box for free. In addition, there was an update in the article which said that due to the overwhelming demand for the grad donuts, they'd replace them with their classic glazed donuts. Again, we were not required to purchase a box so what the heck was wrong with this location just charging people? Also, the promotion says it's valid on May 19th for the free donuts but my friends the night before at around 11:30 pm were able to get some. I did not know that we could've gotten them as early as the day before. This location handled the entire promotion poorly. We would've understood if they just told us that they ran out of some of the decorated donuts but instead they decide to give us a hastily assorted set which was filled with donuts we didn't even like. In college, I tried one and disliked the fact that the donuts were too sweet but now many years later, I actually don't mind one of these donuts every once in a while (like every few weeks! lol). We try to stop by whenever we're in Rancho Cucamonga or Ontario but it doesn't seem to matter the time of day, the drive-thru lines are always so long like 7 cars wait. However, when we do beat the crowd and there's maybe 4-5 cars, perhaps when we've come before dinner time to beat the after-dinner dessert think-alikes, I do try to save by using a gift card (from some deal purchase) combined with their email deals like today's (Double Dozen Doughnuts for $15). Also, give them your phone number for Rewards (points eventually add up to some free donuts or coffee etc). Price: 3-4 stars. I think a couple weeks ago, we were craving some Krispy Kreme and no specials were available so we paid $9.xx for like 6 donuts! Since donuts at our nearby mom and pop shop is about $1.10 or $1.20 each, the donuts here at Krispy Kreme is more expensive so I definitely recommend signing up for their email offers. read more
