I've been to this Krispy Kreme many times, overall I like Krispy Kreme, but I had not written a review because my last few visits weren't good and I did not want to leave a bad review. My previous experiences were waiting in the drive through line a very long time and when arriving to the window being told they are out of the one thing I went for, the peanut butter donut, so I asked for the strawberry shortcake one and out of that too. It was upsetting because a sign prior to the line would have been helpful. During covid they gave me a hard time taking my order when I was already there, they would only take a mobile order which I just couldn't understand why I could walk in and pick up a mobile order but if I'm already in there why can't I just make an order. Anyway, that's history, today I went for the new biscoff donuts. they were good, but not as great as the peanut butter donuts, please bring those back. The biscoff glaze seems to be poured over their regular glaze so you can't really taste the biscoff cookie butter because the regular glaze underneath over powers it. I would prefer the donut without the regular glaze and just pure cookie butter goodness. I love cookie butter just as much as I love peanut butter. We stopped in after dinner to get a sugar fix in before we drove back home. We were going to get it and eat on the road, but I didn't want the stuff all over the seats. The point of sale (where you actually pay for the stuff) is just as slow as the other location we had been to, it could be training or it could just be poor service. Thank you Krispy Kreme for your support of Health Care Workers during this dreaded COVID-19 crisis by offering them a free dozen donuts every Monday. I was visiting my girls last Monday and asked my youngest if she'd like to try Krispy Kreme's giveaway since she is a Health Care worker. To my surprise, she said sure, why not. The nearest location was this one in Rancho Cucamonga, so we headed on over. As we drove up, I could see the line of cars forming down the street to get into Krispy Kreme. We drove about a 1/4 mile down the street, then made a U-turn to get into line and wait. I estimate that there were already about 25-30 cars ahead of us. It was 3:36 pm when we got there, we inched along slowly after about 30 minutes, we were finally approaching the driveway. At this point there must have been a good 25 vehicles behind us. Also about this time, the vehicle in front of us allowed a car to cut in ... man that was pretty ballsy as the line of cars waiting behind me was at least a 1/4 mile long. About 15 minutes later we finally reached the ordering window and placed our order for a dozen glazed donuts. The girl taking the orders asked if we were Health Care Workers and advised us to have the work ID ready. Another 10 minutes went by and we were finally at the last window receiving our free dozen KK donuts. Thanks again Krispy Kreme! Love this place and all their deals. They are so yummy! I ordered the Strawberry ones today. I wish they were warm, but with delivery they come room temp. I love that they have partnered with DoorDash. I just wish that they were able to offer us more deals for delivery. They are in store only, but we are staying in for the duration of the Stay At Home order. I love the rewards program. After 12 dozen, you get one free. 12 coffee's, and the next one is free. You can bank them with online ordering but you cannot redeem them except in stores. So when this order is over I will have tons of freebies! The seasonal flavors are really yummy. ONTARIO MILLS IS THE WORST KRISPY KREME LOCATION!!! I haven't been to a Krispy Kreme in a while, but due to the service, maybe I should never come back? They don't honor the Be Sweet deal here. Came today to pickup donuts for my goddaughter's 18th birthday because she loves KK. There was a long drive thru line, and was forward by an associate that online pickup orders are faster, which I did. I ordered the Be Sweet dozen, when I went to pickup there was only one dozen and not the BOGO offered in the app. When I inquired why I only got one she forward to reorder. I reordered an Original Dozen and then another under the Be Sweet deal and put BESWEET under the coupon code. Yet again, I only got two dozen donuts and paid 25.98. This makes no sense because they said in reason: I didn't follow directions when I actually did it correctly the second time. When I asked why isn't the promotion running correctly, they acted like they didn't care, and their drive thru customers were more important. I literally had to knock on the window to get someone's attention, and when I did, the manager acted like she didn't care! I have been to other locations, Burbank, and when there's an issue, they apologize, and fix it not a problem. This location, unless you speak Spanish, they could really care less. When I asked for help, they ignored me, and assisted others like I wasn't present. When they did help all they did was forward they'll cancel the order, and to reorder again; this is what KK Customer Service has become, you figure it out was their mentality at this location. This was the worst, and most frustrating experience I've ever had at any Krispy Kreme, it is sad because this is a family tradition, and now it left a bad taste in my mouth. The owner is an old Mexican lady, and she only cares if your Hispanic, that was her whole mentality when she helped others in front of me like I didn't exist. At this point I don't think I ever want Krispy Kreme again.
