Fast service. Don't know the name of the employee but he was kind. For my food I got the Oreo and classic raspberry glazed.

The service inside is decent, but the drivethrough is horrible. On the brightside, the donuts, kaloches, drinks, etc They are all good. I have been forgotten about, given the wrong order, incomplete orders, and spoken to nonchalantly by the same two people numerous times.

Artistic and yummy donuts :) ! And fantastic and exceptional customer service :D ! I would definitely recommend this Krispy Kreme location :) ! All of the employees who have assisted me on my visits here have been so friendly and helpful :) ! They have a great and comfortable ambiance for dine-in :) ! Although I have also placed mobile orders to-go as well :D ! This particular location has a somewhat small parking lot compared to other Krispy Kreme's. But as long as you don't come during a peak or high traffic time, you will be fine finding parking :) !

It was great the donuts were fresh. I went thru drive thru so I can not talk about the inside. The customer service was great. I will be returning.

Happy St St. Patrick's Day "Taste O' Luck"

Went to Krispy Kreme this morning . They had a lot of choices today ,alot of green. When we were walking in it smelled like old grease. We asked for the free donut and the guy seemed angry about us asking. Either way We got the donut. I did buy 1/2 a dozen. The free donut to me did not taste good and I got a small one husband got a regular green donut

I didn't know Krispy Kreme has kolaches! Got the potato egg and cheese ones from the drive thru! Unfortunately they're the only vegetarian kolache option that they have. I appreciated that they heated them up, but the kolaches were a lot drier than other ones I've had. Hoping that they taste a lot better with coffee or tea!

I don't normally go to this location. Since I was getting my car maintained at Red McCombs Toyota, I decided to stop by for the free donut and get iced coffee for my breakfast. It was before 7:30am and there was already a line in the drive-thru. I liked the coffee-filled donut and was hoping to get that but discovered there's a limited menu of what's available. I decided to try the chocolate iced kreme-filled donut and the iced latte in the original flavor. When I got home, one of my cats got into the donut, licking the outside. Cat-approved! Glad I tried this donut. The filling was light and not too sweet. The iced latte was quite sweet that I had to dilute it. I would probably skip the flavoring next time.

Krispy Crème is a great place to get your drive through donuts, kolaches and hot beverages. I like this location because it is close to home and accessible. On this fine day, I opted for their kolaches, because the place I usually get them from was closed. I ordered some sausage and cheese and sausage and jalapeno kolaches. Now, I am not a kolache connoisseur, but I have had many different kolaches, including the Czech Stop ones, so that is my comparison point. The kolaches at Krispy were rather good, albeit a bit on the bready side. They were also bigger than some of the kolaches I have previously tasted . What makes this a good choice is the convenience of the location and the ease in getting the food. Although, the taste was also good. I would definitely get some kolaches from Krispy again, although I can't say this will be my to go place, but in a pinch, it will do.

The drive here sucks when you're exiting on i-10! So hard to get over 2 lanes :( i always misses it and have to detour another 3 minute from the back. Great employees, i love the "beat the pump" special on Wednesdays in August. But no more in September, I am so sad. :( i went once a week.

Another great experience at KK! Quick, fresh and delicious...with a smile. I wanted to give the family now surprise, and whats better than a dozen donuts from KK? NOTHING! As you can see, this was a beautiful box and man did I get the wow I was looking for! The winner was the Cake Batter (yellow). My kids made strange monkey like noises when taking their first bites lol. The only knock was my Ham & Cheese Kolache. Here in San Antonio, Kolaches are a huge thing. This stems from the long history of Germans in the area, with Breweries and Kolaches leaving the strongest mark. These though, not so much. Just not enough of the actually filling. I'll stick with the donuts...maybe they should too. But as far as the donuts go, WINNER!

Started with attitude from the person that took our order, we asked to be patient since we hadn't been in a Krispy cream in a while, when ordering half the flavors we wanted weren't available, when give the order, Donuts looked mistreated and not pretty, tasted old, our vanilla coffee has no vanilla and filled up by 3/4 only and more than half only ice. Very disappointing.

    large caramel frappe

Not exactly a donut fanatic but they make delicious frappes and their kolaches and donuts always fresh. It's also a good experience overall because the manager Christine & the employees are helpful quick and friendly.

Don't bother ordering ahead. They don't get anything ready in advance and you will still wait 30 minutes for glazed doughnuts.

This was my first time visiting The Original Donut Shop and may be the last. There are two lines to order from inside, which I didn't notice at first. Apparently I ordered from the "taco side". I was told to take my receipt blahblah (mumbled) Since I didn't understand I asked a different young lady what was I supposed to do? "WHAT do you WANT??" "This is my first time here, I didn't understand what she said." "Go over there" points to the other register. I walked over and I honestly should have asked for a refund because there were flies around the donuts. I get it, the drive-thru window is right there close to the donut case, but there should be a better system in place to control that. The donut doors were just left open, so there weren't any measures taken to prevent the flies from getting to the donuts. When I looked at the options the Boston Cream Filled is not what I typically get, it was a glazed cream filled donut without the chocolate icing on top. I asked if I could switch it since I wanted something with chocolate and I switched for a chocolate donut filled with Boston Cream. I shared my donuts with some coworkers and we all agreed, the glazed was nothing special, the chocolate donut didn't have a chocolate flavor and the cinnamon roll wasn't a roll, it was a piece of bread with the cinnamon swirl design on top but the bread was one piece. Hopefully the fly problem will be resolved for future patrons.

We were given menus to look at while we waited so by the time we got to the counter, we were ready to order. The baked goods aren't on the menu, so when we walked by the counter filled with croissants, kouign amann, bear claws, apple pie, cheese cakes, it was hard to choose what we wanted!! We ordered: the Alamo Burger: a 8 oz wagyu beef smash burger , served with a fried egg, caramelized onions, cheese on a crispy croissant bun. It was incredible and worth the 15-20 minute wait! Almond croissant - a monster sized, flaky croissant with a generous almond filling. Guy Fieri highlighted this croissant on his DD&D show. It's probably a million calories not worth it! Tequila strawberry tres leches croissant - a small, cream filled croissant with strawberries. This was our least favorite. Luckily for me, I went the day after memorial day so the lines weren't that bad and the red carpet laid out in front of the restaurant was all clear. I grabbed a menu before it was my turn to order. It's a lot to choose from and without pictures it's difficult to tell what most of the items are. Especially for a first timer. So, I ordered what the gentleman in front of me had which was a plain croissant with butter. It looked better than it tasted. I chose not to use the butter because the croissant was cold so butter wouldn't take to it well. I also ordered a side of scrambled eggs with cheese and avocado. The eggs were delicious, cooked well and flavored nicely. But my avocados were oxidizing so the presentation wasn't appealing. My husband's breakfast scramble was filled with eggs. cheese, and turkey, but wasn't filled with flavor of any kind. It's a lively atmosphere. Great for large groups. There's seating outside so if you're feeling like sitting amongst pedestrians walking by, it's perfect. The service was slow. Really slow. I overheard they were backed up so by the time my macchiato was delivered I was almost done eating.

Aggressive drivers, anxious shoppers, and every retail worker putting in a Nikola Jokic triple-double. I understand it is a different beast of food service when it is December 24th. Christmas breakfast is what starts off your day before ripping through presents, and this year my parents thought Duck Donuts' Christmas-themed donuts would be a fun change of pace from the cinnamon pull aparts that we normally do. On Christmas Eve, we placed a mobile order on the Duck Donuts website, which requires a mandatory tip to order online, and we selected the ASAP option that said it would take about 30 to 40 minutes. My dad, who was in charge of picking them up, said they were kind of behind and typically that was fine. However, as the donuts were coming out of the fryer, they were immediately decorating them with the icing and the crazy and unique Duck Donuts toppings. When the order was ready, my dad noticed that the dozen donut box was quite hot. Donuts are not usually served warm like that. When he got home to show them to us, all the designs of their gingerbread and other Christmas flavors had melted. All the creams had completely melted. It looked gross. We put them in the fridge to try and preserve them from melting any more, but only so much could be done to salvage them from their depressing state. It was a little tragic. I feel like this is a very rare occurrence from Duck Donuts, as we have had donuts from this location before and enjoyed them. It felt like the fault of Christmas special orders and the rush that led to a breakfast disaster from what was meant to be a special start of the morning. All things considered, the donuts were fine. They tasted okay, but they gooped up in your hands and just felt wasteful. For the price, you would hope they would not melt before you got home. Duck and cover donuts.
