This was a disappointment. These donuts aren't made here. They are shipped from North of San Antonio . Not fresh and Round Rock Donuts still are the winners. I have Vanilla Iced Latte and it was OK. Service was OK except they had no coffee for the cold brew I wanted. No ambiance at all. Just a small building with donuts shipped in. They were not fresh. Bummed.

Since there are no longer any Krispy Kreme store's in Indy, I always hit up this one when I'm in San Antonio since it's in a nearby shopping area. I was pleasantly surprised that when we ordered the donuts, they were fresh and hot because they never seem to have the "hot" sign lit up whenever I have driven by at different times of the day. This time around we went through drive thru and service was quick! Always a fun place to stop off while running errands!

Big Red Doughnuts only available in South Texas locations, Sunday's only, for a few weeks this summer. Get one while you can!

Sun 17 Jun was my first time to this location... we were heading to the parental units homestead for Father's Day so this was the closest location in the general direction we were headed. The location is a little difficult to find on Yelp as Yelp doesn't want to pull up this location, even tho I was in the general area looking for it. I almost thought I was going to have to make a page for it, but I finally found it after several different tries, not sure what is up with that... but the whole reason why I was here... I had to get a Big Red Doughnut! Last month was the Barbacoa & Big Red Festival. Krispy Kreme came up with Big Red Doughnuts that were exclusive to the festival itself, couldn't get them in the store. I couldn't get to the festival but I thought long and hard about going just to get this doughnut, I know crazy, right? Well somewhere this past week, I read that KK was going to sell the Big Red Doughnut on Sundays only, starting on Father's Day, in the South Texas locations only, for only a few short weeks. Ummm, so it was my mission on Sunday morning to go get me a Big Red Doughnut. We stopped in about 10:30am... and we were told that there was less than a dozen left for purchase. My partner in crime decided to get a coffee by the time we pulled up to the drive-thru window. He said he wanted a small. Our server handed us a medium saying it was cheaper that way using "combo". Ok, thank you for looking out for us. I'll give the service 5 stars. Big Red Doughnut is ok. It's not as good as I had hoped but it wasn't awful either. It's made with the Big Red syrup, not the soda exactly. The red frosting had a slight Big Red Taste. The pink cream filling had a slight Big Red flavor. Then combined with the doughnut, it was just too sweet, and the Big Red flavor really just got lost in the doughnut, so my guess is that both the cream and frosting need more syrup flavoring to give it that Big Red punch. I was happy enough with my experience... I got my Big Red Doughnut! I do have one more thing to say to Krispy Kreme... please bring back Talk Like A Pirate Day... That's the best holiday to celebrate EVER!!!

What a dump. First of All. THIS IS A FRANCHISE and they ain't afraid to let you know that up front. They make up the rules as they go. They allowed certain customers a free donut others nothing. I understand completely why other donut shops exist and continue to out perform this store. The service was absolutely horrid

I don't ever come here , because of the rude customer service I've received before anywho ...I decided to give y'all a chance so before I headed over there , I checked on y'all website and saw the HOT LIGHT HOUR ohhhh perfect I have time to swing by ! it's 9:08 and I see the light on , I ordered my glaze and driving up he hands me cold doughnuts..I said no I wanted hot he says it's not the time for those , I said but your website and the light it still on he argues with me ! Saying the light isn't on ...come on y'all forgot to turn it off , please own up to y'all mistakes don't argue with me , this is whatever I don't want them that bad , Krispy Kreme get you info correct please update the website hours and Please turn off that light it's deceiving! even after I told him about the light driving away it's still on ....

Krispy Kreme has the best donuts without a doubt. Can't go wrong with the original or Kreme filled.

This time, Tandem was the venue of choice. I really liked the place. It was very laid back and comfortable with a bit of a dive bar atmosphere. The seating included sofa areas, small table, and larger tables. It was not brightly lit, and the music was nice. We went to the counter to place our orders. They had sandwiches already made in an icebox. When ordered, the guy put them in a waffle iron before serving. I had the Cubano, and let me tell you- it was the best one I have ever had. It was so crispy and delicious. My only comment is that it could have used a bit more mustard. I also had an iced Americano with Como La Flor syrup. That was a blend of lavender and blueberry and was house-made. It sounded awesome and delivered awesomeness in every sip. I will definitely be back. I have to try the waffle pressed peanut butter and jelly!

It's a fun place even from the outside! They have coffee, beer, and wine. The barista was friendly and answered our questions. I did a nitro brew with their homemade Mexican vanilla syrup. I do not like sweet coffee and told the barista that. She said they do 1.5 oz of syrup. Which is a lot for my liking. I asked her to put .5 an oz only and it was perfect! They have events here too. Tandem is a place I would put in my rotation!

I was VERY surprised when I noticed this Starbucks only having TWO STARS …read more Unfortunately, today I noticed the reason why. Today, I brought in my service animal. The reason he's my service animal is because I am a survivor of molestation and sexual abuse. My service animal gets protective when men come too close or when men in uniform with objects in their hands get too close. Well today, as I sat there doing my work on my laptop, my service animal laid next to me. I noticed he popped up and sat up straight. Which had me to look at the door to see who was coming in. It was a delivery personnel holding multiple boxes in his hand. My service animal barked (softy) twice and looked backed at me to let me know a male was coming in. I told my service animal "Good job, thank you" and my service animal sat and laid back down. A few seconds later a woman (staff member) stated from behind the counter, "Ma'am we can't have that. No." I was very embarrassed. If she was concerned about my service animal she could have said something to me privately instead of speaking openly her concern in front of everyone that was inside. I stated back, "He's my service animal and he's only doing what he's been trained to do." The staff member looked at me, rolled her eyes and keep doing whatever she was doing behind the counter. There are MANY reasons why men and women have service animals. Maybe it's best to have a class on how to approach individuals with service animals. Our service animals are not in stores barking just to be barking. My service animals two barks were for ME, to warn me that a man in uniform was approaching. I think I'll take a break from this Starbucks. But to the employee who brought some water to my service animal afterwards.....THANK YOU! That was very kind. I won't be returning for a while.

Ok now for an actual review/nostalgic story: My little sister started coming here about a decade ago and I came a few times to see what the big deal was. The air smelled sweet. More recently I started coming here because Charles Barkley commented on big ol' women from San Antonio and how we double fist churros. This put me in the mood for churros (Barkley KNOWS, churros are freaking awesome). Now I've been exploring a number of options in Austin trying to get my churro fix, but I just can't find the right crunchy to chewy ratio SO, I end up just saving the churro savoring for San Antonio. Things to note: English is not usually a strong suit here (about 2/3 of the time I've been), but I manage to make it out with a bag of goodness every time. That said, if you want to practice your Spanish, I think it will be welcome unless there is a line, if that's the case, save your Spanish and just point & hold up fingers. It looks closed from the outside, but I swear it's open and dimly lit on the inside. They're open from 5am to 9pm. It's easy to miss coming down the street from either side, so just look for the Autozone. The parking lot looks like an old skool drive in burger type place. $5 minimum on cards. I honestly like just grabbing a bag from here, going somewhere to get coffee and meeting up in the park or just having tea in my backyard - that's good eating.
