Had to stop by and pick me up a dozen of Grinch donuts!!! My lil girl wanted donuts and I promised her I'd get her some. I always keep my promise so I pre-ordered my donuts online so I can just pick and go. Service was fast and there is a drive through so even faster to get your donuts and go!

My first time actually walking into a Krispy Kreme and ordering donuts Inside is clean and well organized They have cute (free) hats at each table There is a donut bay where you can see donuts being made and on a conveyor belt Huge variety of donuts available to choose from Donuts are reasonably priced and customer service is friendly Parking is easy to come by There is also a drive thru They accept Apple Pay, debit cards and credit cards as well as cash

Okay get people who want to work to work here. The guys here were Hella slow when there's only 4 of us in line. Why it took 1/2 hour with people just standing in the back not making doughnuts or doing anything we'll never know. I was only here for the Pac Man collaboration which was awesome. Doughnuts were 5 stars with the strawberry one with strawberry filling being our favorite. We need more collaborations like this!

The usual selection sugar-fix donuts - good price when buying by the dozen! The place is clean, the restrooms are number pad locked. The service is a little slow - I guess the staff is overwhelmed by the inflow of people. They've recently introduced the cinnamon bun - it isn't worth the price and doesn't taste good. No where close to the cinnamon bun at Cinnabon!

    Where is the whip cream!?

I should know better Every time I come here they always mess up my order. I ordered a Brown Butter latte and she gave me an iced coffee. It looks nothing like the picture

This is supposed to be a chocolate iced donut with sprinkles that's fully covered and looks like a jelly filled donut.

Donuts sold to me were deformed and seemed like the young lady who picked out the donuts was picking out the bad ones does the customers before me. Very oddly shaped for Krispy Kreme. I would recommend going to another location. This one based off other reviews is going downhill.

Union City's Crispy Cream horrible quality control :(

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Never greeted, zero customer focus and by the look of the lack of responses from this locations management team, they can care less about their customers experiences at this location. Always issues with donuts being out of stock. Next stop , "Corp office "!!!!!!

I was hoping that they're still operating the assembly line, but they just don't. Not sure if it's because they lack employees or it's the weekend. Or is that they're broken now. The place is big but lacks seatings. This location has been here for years and surprised that nothing has really changed. They have all sorts of donuts at the front.l you can choose from. They're still good though. Perhaps, I should come back during the weekday to see if they're operating it? We'll see.

Wow, it has been a long time since we last stopped in here. I do appreciate Krispy Kreme for giving out a free glazed donut for the whole year to those who were vaccinated and showed proof. THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Shout out to Yelper Lee D for raising this point during the pandemic. I know this is a late review but we used to stop off here after doing a grocery run for a friend. I appreciate that they do create new flavors to get us to come back in to try their new flavors! Barbi Themed, Dr. Pepper, and now Pumpkin flavored donuts. This location has a drive-thru!

Supposedly a lemon filled glazed doughnut.
    Sonia L.

Super disappointed in the quality of my doughnut today. My first visit at this location. The staff was friendly but when I asked for a cinnamon rolled he very shyly said, "they are staled." Well I opted for a lemon filled glazed. Normally the lemon filling oozes out at first bite and this time I'm half way done and the filling is barely there, very dried up and nothing like lemon. (See photo) I don't mind paying $3.99 for Krispy Kreme but this time, Krispy did not deliver. Better luck next time I guess.

Krispy Kreme had nice promos for a free dozen of glazed donuts and a free donut so I opted for the kit kat caramel one~ The donuts were fresh and fluffy~ They're a bit sweet for me so I scraped off a lot of the sugar, but otherwise a nice snack as usual ~

Cousin had some sweet cravings and went to get some donuts. I love Krispy Kreme's glazed donuts. We also got to try the new donut for July. I did not like it, it was too sweet for me and the frosting also tasted like a cough syrup, for me. The service is quick.

The turon latte was okay, i didn't taste the turon, it tasted just like an iced latte. I also got the ube cookie and the cookie was better than the drinks. However, once mixed, the matcha flavor overpowered the pandan, where it tasted more like a matcha latte. Egg cream was on point though! Just the right amount of sweet. It added a rich creaminess to the drink. 50% sweet was the default, so I did 25% sweet instead, and it was perfect! They definitely do not skimp on the matcha here. There is also a light dusting of matcha over the egg cream. I would like to note that this matcha has an very prominent earthiness to it, which may be why it overpowered the flavor of the pandan. As someone who has been drinking Vietnamese coffee since I was 12 (Im much older now), I am very picky with my Vietnamese coffee. This place knocked it out of the park with their coffee as well as offering flavors that I never tried other than the original. The phin set I ordered is for dine in only and understandably so. The pandan cream topping was definitely new for me and I would give it the compliment of saying that it wasnt too sweet. Not pictured was the pandan waffle and the two pate chaud I ordered, which I ate before taking the picture, I am sorry. It might be on the pricey side but hoenstly these days, what isnt? Im not complaining, I would come back next time I am around the area. Lastly, I wanted to shout out the workers there on that day. My recommendation is to order your drinks less sweet. It's the perfect level of sweetness. The only tweak I'd make is adding an extra shot of espresso to the coconut coffee. The food, unfortunately, didn't live up to the drinks. I tried a few of the bánh mì sandwiches, and the bread-to-filling ratio was way off. There just wasn't enough filling, and even after ordering extra veggies, it didn't seem like there were actually any extra added. If you're specifically craving a Vietnamese sandwich, I'd recommend driving about a mile up the road to Huong Sandwiches instead. That said, I still want to come back and try more of their food menu because the drinks alone keep bringing me back. The café itself is adorable. I love the modern design and all the greenery throughout the space. It's clean, quiet enough to study or work, and has about 7 small tables, making it ideal for solo visits or small groups of up to four people. I also appreciated the powerful hand dryer in the restroom (it's the little things!) and plenty of parking. Come for the drinks, stay for the atmosphere.

I was told they only have medium and dark, but the medium tastes pretty light. I asked if the beans were washed or natural, and she couldn't tell me, and wasn't even sure what that was. I should have taken that as a warning that these beans were not the same level as Devout Coffee roasters beans, which is what I usually get. However, since Airborne was cheaper than the beans I usually get from Devout Coffee, I went ahead and bought a pound of Morning Buzz. This morning, I brewed a comparison between the Airborne Roasting Morning Buzz, and my last remaining light roast beans from Devout Coffee, which at that point was several months old, whereas the Airborne beans where freshly roasted. Well, even so, the Devout light roast beans were far superior in taste than the Airborne beans. The Airborne tasted too burnt, and lacked those subtle flavors that make coffee so enjoyable. It was just a one-note band with loud speakers. My recommendation is, if you like a light roast, and sophisticated flavors in your coffee, get something else. I understand a lot of people do enjoy the burnt flavor (Starbucks, anyone?), but I wish they wouldn't have told me the medium roast tasted like a light roast: it doesn't. Note: in the end, with lots of sugar, lots of milk, and some heavy whipping cream, I was able to have a nice cup of coffee-flavored sweetness.
