And you all as a company don't pick up the phone, my money has now been taken by you with no service or food provided. Between yesterday and today I've called the number provided on yelp 25 times. Awesome customer service! I drove almost 30 miles just to get the donuts from here and I sure am glad that I did. Everyone who worked here were nice, courteous and friendly. Service with a smile (behind a mask) is more than enough for me to be happy with this place. Krispy Kreme is probably one of my favorite donut chains and I am delighted to find them still open for business despite the shutdown. This particular location is nice and clean and even has a drive-thru service. It's great that they even put up a sign to warn customers against contacting the screen without gloves to maintain their sanitation measures during the pandemic. In light of COVID19, I really appreciated how well they did their transactions, everything is through a tray so it's definitely zero physical interaction. My friend got an assorted box and I got a box of donut holes. The assorted selections they chose for us was a great mix! The donut holes varied sizes from a small ball to a larger one, there was no consistency tbh. We had also ordered a shake and repeatedly said no whip cream, the worker even repeated the order back saying no whip, but lo behold our shake cake with whipped cream on top. We had waited in line for 15-20 minutes at that point so we didn't bother having them remake it. Despite that incident, their service and donuts are great! It was St. patty's day and Krispy Kreme was offering a free green covered glazed donut if you wore green. My son and I came in our green shirts and also ordered donut holes and a few other donuts. The lines were quite long at the drive thru so I decided to walk in instead. It took about 15min before it was my turn. Not too bad considering the free promotion. This is still my favorite donut in the entire continent. My number one choice has always been the original glazed kind, but recently I discovered that they created a creme-filled version of the original glazed donut, and it was amazing. The creme that went inside the ring-shaped fried dough had a consistency and sweetness of a frosting much more rush of a cream. It was so sweet that it brought up the calorie count from 190 (the original glazed) to 330 (creme-filled glazed)... was it worth it? Yassss! It was delicious. To make it even better I actually got the Christmas limited-edition kind called the "present" where they put more (green-colored) icing on top of the glaze. It was super yum. My husband brought back over a dozen of the limited edition Fall Pumpkin Spice original glazed filled with Cheesecake Kreme plus some other goodies. I love pumpkin spice and these limited edition donuts were good. The spiced donut was sweet and airy. The filling was more of a tangy custard. I love this Krispy Kreme location. I often buy a box of donuts to bring to work. My co-workers enjoy them. Sometimes I will go just to buy a donut for myself with their glass bottle whole milk. I love that their milk comes in a glass bottle, maybe it's all in my mind but it seems to taste better that way. This place was a complete disappointment. I went here because my son loves Krispy Kreme and wanted that as a treat for his birthday. We drove all the way from Berkeley to take him to a movie and desert at Krispy Kreme. He was heartbroken when upon entering, not only were there no doughnuts being made, they were out of the original glazed. This is "home of the original glazed" and they were all out and none were even being made at the time. We were simply told that they wouldn't have any for up to an hour. It was frustrating as a parent, for my child, and for his guests who he had promised would have that as their treat. While returning from a trip I drove through, ordered two dozens of donuts, and handed over a $50 gift card. The cashier said it has zero balance on it. Got there around 9am..and they ran out of the Keylime filling, I was able to order the Keylime glazed donut along with chocolate, sprinkle chocolate and sugar flavors.
