So I walked here for a K-pop vending event. First of all I have to say I love Peet's coffee, more than Starbucks, because it tastes better and the customer service is always better! This probably my 3rd time coming here and it's been a long long time. I'm enticed with their breakfast warm sandwiches and I like to try them that's why we ventured here. The service was fast our orders came right away. Ambiance well there's a lot of people sitting and enjoying what they're doing we were able to find a table. However was so disappointed the floor was dirty trash on the floor, I seen extra staff when the door swing at their office and although we sat here and finish our food nobody went to clean such a big discouraging to see. 2024 Update After a long 3 month recovery outside my home (care facility for medical issues) I decided to try the Door Dash option to have our drinks delivered. My husband had the Cafe Au Lait and I had the Tropical Berry Green Tea Shaker drink at breakfast time. My husband loved his coffee and I especially loved the Berry drink. Everything was packed well inside a bag for delivery. Once the tea was gone, I still had ice left over and there were strawberry slices inside. So I tried an experiment. I took a small Fanta Pina soft drink (they make small bottles comparable to the size of a can of Coke) poured it in the empty cup and the strawberry slices enhanced the flavor of the pineapple Fanta. Hubby and I was coming back from errands, and decided to stop by Peet's to get something to eat and drink. I got the strawberry lemon black tea shaker, hubby got their black tea, as well as the chicken chorizo flatbread and the turkey sausage breakfast burrito. Everybody there was really nice. The drink I had was good, but hubby did not enjoy his. He was a bit disappointed. The food was good, something quick to fill our stomachs before going back home to do some baking and having dinner after. I usually like their shakers and have no problems, but it varies from location to location and who makes the drinks. I get a hit or miss with my drinks sometimes, but overall I enjoy it. The white chocolate mocha is my favorite, but since it was a warm day, I usually get a tea. read more

I love this Pete's Coffee! I've always been a loyal fan (sorry, Starbucks), and make a point to stop by here when I have to go downtown for the Post Office or other errands. This has very quickly become my favorite coffee shop in town. I really like her Pete's has a rewards system set up, where you can check in using the app but you're not forced to save a specific a credit card to your app. This is nice for people who want to pay with cash, gift cards, or different credit cards. In my case, I have different credit cards I like to use to redeem points on all my cards, so it's nice that I can choose to pay however I want at a pizza location and simply scan my QR code to check in. I've always loved the coffee at Pete's, and this location is no exception. They recently remodeled and took out the giant booths, and have replaced them with a bunch of tables. This created so much more seating which is awesome if you want to come here to work or study. I love that this location separates the seating area from the order and pick up area. So those sitting down don't have to worry about foot traffic, distractions, or spilling while they're trying to focus. First time here as i usually get my Peet's coffee fix where i work. Not too busy and efficiently run....staff seems pretty welcoming and friendly...no issue with wait before 9am on a weekend. However, just have one qualm: Online orders are not easily spotted, but they are located next to the cashier. Not the best area when you have foot traffic from people ordering.
