DONT DO DELIVERY! We had our order delivered via door dash. The door dasher had all our info for phone number and CORRECT address. He sends a message saying it's delivered and a photo of the door. It was at a complete different apartment complex and after I called the dasher phone number about 10 times before he picked up he stated he delivered to the correct place and to contact door dash. After arguing with him about getting our order and delivering it to us he denied and I just hung up. Sadly since I placed the order through Krispy Kreme and not door dash I can't complain to door dash about him. Donuts are fabulous but delivery sucks ass. NEVER will I use door dash again or any form of delivery unless it's the company delivering. Luckily I knew where it was and just had to go drive and find it at the door before the resident who lived there took it. read more

Stopped by at 10am to get some coffee and the door was locked when they were supposed to be open since 6am. Waited in the parking lot, and seen a worker let two people out with a box then immediately lock it again before a family could get in. The whole situation seemed really sketchy. read more

Yes, they are that good! The fresh glazed donuts are amazing in every way. They literally just melt in your mouth when you eat one. I could eat fresh doughnut after fresh doughnut until I get sick. Fluffy, sweet, and perfect is the only way I can describe them. If they are in the store. Get them. The other donuts are just fine... but pale in comparison to the heaven that is the fresh and hot. I like getting the cream filled and custard filled donuts. They are mighty tasty. The cake donuts aren't really my taste so I usually avoid those when coming here. Called up this Krispy Kreme to see if they had my favorite Glazed Kreme filled donuts in stock. To my surprise they had a dozen and I was able to call in my ordered and set a time to pick them up after running some errands in the area. I got there and my order was all boxed up and ready to go. Perhaps I should have known by the size of this location, but this place doesn't make donuts. I arrived this morning at 5:25am as they opened at 5:30am so I could grab my carbs and run, but they hadn't had their "delivery" yet. So I waited (and took pictures)...until a truck backed up to the front of the store. (and kept taking pictures) Just outside the door were 5 covered racks of empty trays. The man from the truck unloaded 5 covered racks full of donuts and loaded the empty racks in to his truck. Directly from the (covered) racks, the trays were unloaded in to the clear display case. The "glazing" conveyor belt setup is used only on the originals. So they're made in Concord and delivered via truck to this location. read more

Conveniently, next door to my dinner location and on my way to get coffee on the other side of the parking lot, lay Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. I'm not a chocolate fan but yum! I love their creme filled but the original with the chocolate icing and sprinkles always wins me over. The wifey can grab custard filled (which she loves) and I can indulge in sprinkle covered sugar and dough. So quick and easy and the staff is helpful. Asking how many we want and trying to score us the best deal. Dropping in close to holidays always makes for an additional laugh as they creatively decorate their donuts to match the approaching holiday. I ordered the dozen chocolate donuts that were being promoted. The order was being delivered to my home. I ordered at 11am and the donuts arrived at 1pm but the notification notified me it will arrive at 12pm. The donuts didn't taste as good or looked like the picture at all. I give this Krispy Kreme in the Cow Town (Vaca-Ville) three stars. The location is super duper convenient, right by the Nut Tree, off the I-80, quick on and off the freeway, tons of awesome neighbors in the same shopping center (Starbucks, Boudin Bakery, Chipotle, Habit, Verizon). The staff is super friendly, and the donuts are light and good. This location sells the donuts that are actually made down in Concord, and trucked up daily to Vacaville. So they are not "hot off the conveyor belt" like many other Krispy Kreme locations. If that doesn't bug you, then go for it, they have all the same donuts, drinks, coffees, and Donuts as the other locations, this is just the mini, I guess you can call it an Outlet version of Krispy Kreme. For me, I rarely splurge and eat donuts, because I know that it means extra time on the Elliptical or Treadmill for me to work off the calories, but when I do, I love to have a Donut that is fresh cooked (fried) and frosted off the belt. Nothing beats a hot fresh Donut. If your feeling like you want some donuts, give them a shot, the place is clean, nice, located right off the freeway, and the employees are super friendly. read more

We have stopped by on several occasions and it's always been friendly, fast service. Last time we went, I'm sorry to say, my son vomited all over the floor.
