Lazy workers. Stood at the counter and waiting and there was no one in front of me, however the ten works behind the counter did not address me or say anything to me for 7 minutes and that's after I looked at the time thinking what the heck is going on. My son asked for maple bars, because they didn't have them in the case but they were on a rolling rack behind the woman working the counter but she wouldn't turn around and get one. It pains me to give Krispy Kreme such a low score. I am from Florida so I was very excited when I saw Krispy Kreme in Vancouver Washington. I got my classic order of original glazed donuts and cream filled donuts. As I left the drive-through, I got excited to eat my donuts. However, I was let down when I had my first taste as it was COLD. In my experience Krispy Kreme is well known for serving warm fresh donuts. We don't eat here often, but when we do it's always such a treat! When we arrived at the Andresen location, the speaker box in the drive through wasn't working. We waited for a few minutes and decided to drive straight up to the window. We were greeted by a very friendly man who apologized profusely about the speaker box problem. He was very kind and made us laugh! He ended giving us the half dozen we ordered for free just for the (extremely small) inconvenience! It totally made our day! Would give zero stars if I could, this happened to my mother in law The service was absolutely disgusting. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I was eating a donut then I noticed something got stuck in between my teeth. I spit out the food and finally realized that there were multiple nail clippings in my donut. I had to floss the finger nail out of my tooth. I ended up throwing up afterwards. DISGUSTING! Very unprofessional service. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Sanitation should be a top priority especially during these times. It is evident that this is simply not the case at this location. I tried to contact the store's manager but he was acting like I'm stupid or something. He was being very unprofessional and didn't even apologize for this unfortunate incident. He tried to fix the situation by offering me more donuts for free. WHY WOULD I WANT MORE DONUTS AFTER THIS HAPPENED ALREADY??? Does that make any logical sense? It's a coporate doughnut place...and they do a good job. Classic glazed doughnuts are the best however, I'll always love the Bavarian creme filled one. Their doughnuts are softer than most doughnuts and on the sweeter side. I went through the drive through this morning for national doughnut day and they were working well, like a well oiled machine. Keep up the good work. I have tried their coffee...and I would probably stick to their black coffee unless you like your iced drinks super sweet. read more

Not the best service at this location. Who hires the workers? Some have such a bad attitude. At times I get very fresh donuts that are warm and other times the donuts are cold and bordering on stale. And, when I order hot chocolate, half the time the chocolate has not been stirred and is at bottom of cup; when I have gone back into the store to have my hot chocolate stirred, the guy at the counter has an "oh, well, who cares" attitude when he is asked to stir the chocolate. And, when you go through the Drive-Thru, sometimes the cars are backed up and it takes forever to get to the window. Very irritating! It's a real crap shoot on what kind of service you will get at this location. Krispy Kreme was great the first year it opened, but not so much anymore. read more

I'm an especially big fan of this location. My kids absolute LOVE Krispy Kreme donuts and their eyes light up every time we go as see the donuts and try to make a decision on what they want. What really stands out about this location is the management. There have been a couple of times over the years where we've needed to purchase a very large order, many dozens, on very short notice and they've been amazing in helping us out and getting it right every time. I ordered a dozen Halloween style donuts, they processed it quickly, asked if I needed anything additional and also inquired if I was a frequent cardholder member. This Krispy Kreme is in my new neighborhood and I've been about 10 times total and never gotten a hot donut (which really was 100% of the appeal). Needed to go to the Home Depot on Andresen so I thought I would grab a dozen donuts. 1) $14.59 for 12 donuts? 2)Loaded/coated with sugar glaze 3) Must use the same dough for every donut 4) Bland taste and texture by comparison the Battle Ground Bakers sells a dozen donuts for $8. they are 50-100% larger, taste like donuts and won't make you an instant diabetic. read more

My son and I notice they just finished cooking there (limited ) pumpkin spice donuts holes. I asked to try a sample and was told " we don't do that anymore". Krispy Kreme's as a Corp has special promotion events like the heart shaped donuts during valentines, athis particular Krispy Kreme did an awful job and handed out these poorly made products that you could barely make out. That's if they even were available. The store always has an excuse. I also get the luxury in dealing with unfriendly staff as well. I'm sure the individual workers are nice people but there is no expectation from management on customer service, that's forsure. I use to love Krispy Creams but this place ruined it for me. I'm an absolute donut lover but willing to give up donuts so I don't end up coming back here anymore. I gave them chance after chance, buying dozens and dozens of donuts for the office over the past year but I'm officially disappoint and done with this terrible place. I know Krispy Kreme's has a customer service expectation but the owner of this place could care less about anything apparently. When I order one chocolate with sprinkles and one chocolate with custard I have no idea how this can be misunderstood as only one donut and that I wanted it old fashioned. Since this was drive thru order I didn't find this out until I got home. Also last time I was there 30 minutes before closing they were sold out. As a customer - I was a "bother". Previous order from another company wasn't filled and I was left finding a breakfast for 25 people this AM. Krispy Kreme is close so I stopped by for 3 dozen doughnuts, 2 coffee "growlers" and 1 hot chocolate "growler". From the beginning I apologized for not calling ahead like we normally do. I didn't mind the 25 min wait either. What I DO take exception to is the staff. The gentleman "David" that was helping me was rude, reminding me so many times that I was a bother that at the end when he mentioned I should have called this in for the 4th time I curtly told him "yeah, you've made that ABSOLUTELY clear". The manager Nancy was luke warm and the rest of the staff were clearly PUT OUT by the other calls/emails/orders for larger groups. One of the bakers was in the back taking an order on the phone and was waving her arms and stomping around like the person on the end of the phone was a hassle. I wanted to say - hey guys - we're the REASON you have a job. The inefficiencies of your company processes suck (like having to hand make the coffee pots) but that's not our fault. Overall - I won't be back. Rude to not only me but others, and just plain poorly run. read more

Took the family in for a dozen donuts and coffee. The donuts were good with pretty flat customer service. The cashier basically had no personality or desire for customer service. The donuts were fine and as we were leaving the donut machine was started. The kiddos had fun watching and once the donuts came off the line they asked for warm donuts. No point in visiting this Krispy Kreme. Drive thru was a mile long so decided to go inside. One person ahead of us was already being helped. Employees didn't even acknowledge they had other customers in line. The one employee that was working the front took 10 min. to pour iced tea in a cup for the customer in front of us. By the time she got to us we asked for 1/2 dozen original glazed and oh by the way they are out of those. So we waited around to not be acknowledged by employees that were standing around and taking their sweet time doing nothing to then have their most famous flavor out. Waste of time. read more
