I love it when the light is on! My car turns into auto pilot and guides me right to the drive thru...lol!!! Hands down I think Krispy Kreme has the better doughnut. I'm totally not a fan of their competitor Dunkin. Although if we could somehow take Dunkin coffee and Krispy Kreme doughnuts then I think we would have a total winner! I stopped in quickly before my spa appointment and got 2 piping hot regular doughnuts and a bottles water. The doughnuts melted in my mouth. Yum! The staff is always so nice. I wish there was a location closer to me. read more

Just wanted to come on here to brag about the great customer service I received tonight. Came in late for a dozen donuts and wanted a cake donut with chocolate glaze on top, which they were out of. We proceeded to continue ordering something different and an employee that overheard, without question, made me 2 fresh cake donuts dipped in chocolate glaze! It was so sweet and really put a smile on my face. The night staff here on 4/12/19 was a great group and all deserve some recognition. So kind, helpful and hard working! read more

App clearly said that there were hot donuts. We were told that there wouldn't be hot donuts until 5:30 regardless of what the app says. No apology for the inconvenience. No anything. Screenshot was taken while waiting in the drive thru. The man running the drive thru (Name tag: Arroyo) was also less than friendly. The other Krispy Kremes in the area are usually spot on with their hot donut sign in the app. This sounds like a cheap excuse to me. We drove an hour to come here and are not pleased with the service we received. read more

I love me some Krispy Kreme! When that hot light turns on, I'm making my way in to get some hot fresh glazed donuts. I purchased their exclusive cookie jar donuts which are the flavors of Oreos with Oreos kreme filling, Cookie Dough which is a glazed donut with cookie dough icing, and snickerdoodle which is a cake donut covered in cinnamon and sugar with icing! read more

I forever love Krispy Kreme lol. The staff has always been friendly, and I've been coming to this location for 5yrs. The doughnuts are always delicious, even when the hot light isn't on. If you're addicted to these hot and fresh doughnuts like I am, you should download the app to get notifications of when the hot light is on . Worst experience- It was my first time going there & will Be my LAST. The lady said I had to come inside & it would be a VERY long time to get a variety of 2 dozen donuts. I asked if they were out of donuts and she said no. She couldn't help me bc they only had two people working. She was rude and clearly by her tone, she didn't want to help me. I left & went to Dunkin Donuts where I had zero issues! Update: The owner contacted me & apologized. She is working on ensuring this doesn't happen to other customers which I really appreciate. Have you ever walked into a location & been like, dang the vibes in here are immaculate.. well, this specific Krispy Kreme became the definition of heaven on earth. To begin with, on Wednesday's you can get 12 donuts for under $5??? I was nearly brought to tears. Want to go to church, but it's not Sunday? After many years of coming here, the fun of seeing the hot doughnuts come off the production line never fails to enthrall the senses of what is to come for our taste buds. Through a glass wall, you can watch the full production of their specialties. This is a great viewing area for children of all ages. Five stars for a reason! The staff is super friendly and willing to assist. The donuts taste so fresh and look so cute. I have noticed that at some establishments, the sprinkles will taste soft or stale, not here-- I got a donut and the sprinkles were oh so crunchy and fresh. Love this Krispy Kreme! read more

This is my favorite Krispy Kreme. I know some of the folks here by name since we go so often (We won a year supply of doughnuts last year). This one also has a window to watch the conveyor belt of newly fried doughnuts getting drizzled with the glaze waterfall. If the phrase "glaze waterfall" makes you happy than yes, you want to come here for your doughnuts. Like other Krispy Kreme doughnuts the best time to come is when that sign outside lights up for "Hot and Fresh doughnuts". This one is a lot older than the other location on Millenia so it can definitely use a revamp but the doughnuts taste just as great. They also have a drive through, however it doesn't take you anymore extra time parking and walking inside than it does sitting in your car and waiting there lol. read more

How can you go wrong with Krispy Kreme Donuts? Especially when that red neon light is shining offering you a warm melt in your mouth tasty treat! There are some great donut shops in town but the warm donuts are my weakness. I understand how a bug is attracted to a bug zapper! That light just draws you in. Should you be one of those people who have NEVER tried a hot glazed donut then you should make that your task as soon as possible. Sure the other donuts are great but just something about the warm MELT IN YOUR MOUTH goodness that just cannot be denied. read more

Called to ask what their hours were (because I found 3 different answers online) and a woman on the phone was extremely rude and told me "check the internet." When I told her that I saw conflicting hours online and asked if I could come in, she refused to tell me if they were even open and kept insisting that I "check the internet," and then hung up on me. Terrible customer service, and to top it off, after driving to this location to see if they were even open (which they were), I waited quite some time to receive rock hard donuts that seemed to have been sitting for hours. I don't understand why this woman couldn't have just said "yes, we are open until x o'clock" instead of being so rude. read more

Who can resist the hot fresh Krispy kreme sign?! I know I was driving saw it and immediately had to go on. This obviously is when others think the same so lines tend to be a little longer. I went through the drive through and it didn't take very long. So props to them for the quick and friendly service! I orders two donuts and they were indeed hot and deliciously soft! You can't ever go wrong with these donuts and sometimes they even do a dozen for a $1! read more

If you've never had a doughnut fresh off the belt, you're seriously missing out. Especially if you live anywhere near this Winter Park location! They make all the doughnuts for the area at this store, which means piping hot glazed doughnuts fresh just for you! I've had a few of their special doughnuts, but nothing beats watching the fresh doughnuts roll down the line, and getting to eat one yourself. It's practically dinner and a show. My husband drags me in whenever we get the rare chance to pass by and that light is on. You know what light I am talking about. Don't pretend you don't... but just in case you want to pretend you don't it is the one that says "HOT NOW" yea, that one. I usually avoid donuts like the plague because I don't need donuts but oh dear... the rare cases I have one I want it to be DE-FREAKING-LICIOUS! Here, when they are HOT NOW they are to die for. I mean, their donuts are great anytime but those glazed donuts are crazy delish. Hence the reason I make sure I only buy one. This Krispy Kreme is just as delicious as you would want it to be. Plus great service. Win-win. read more

HOT & READY is the key to this place. Oh my goodness this place is just amazing when it comes to high quality donuts! I can't explain how much I love the amazingness that is a fresh Krispy Kreme Original Donut! The sign out front will indicate if a new batch of donuts are ready to be destroyed and is like a beacon for those who will soon succumb to the ooey gooey amazingly hot donut! This place is unique in that you can sit and just enjoy the view of watching these amazing creations come to life. This is the first Krispy Kreme I have tried since moving to FL. I only ordered one pastry which for myself, one is enough. I ordered a raspberry filled glazed donuts. It was fresh and very soft. Each bite melted in my mouth. I didn't care for the raspberry as it was too sweet but equally tart. I am not counting that against them, just my own preference. I would have preferred a strawberry filled but all the strawberry filled were not glazed but powdered so I chose raspberry instead. It was fun watching the fresh pastries coming out and being cooked and glazed right in front of you. The staff was really helpful in helping me decide on a pastry and the cashier could not have been more friendly. I will definitely continue to come here. It was a very pleasing experience. I just hope next time they have some strawberry filled glazed donuts. read more

I've been to so many donut shops in my lifetime, but I like Krispy Kreme the best. I am saying this even after seeing a huge cockroach going across the menu board back when I was at UF in Gainesville. On the other hand, I tried their iced hazelnut coffee for the first time today. It was made from their regular hot coffee poured over ice with hazelnut syrup, cream and sugar. Of course, ice melted and it tasted like pure sugar water. The sauce was on point! The latte was really smooth and felt like a hug. They have a good amount of outdoor seating and it's shaded which works perfect for those hot Florida days. We wandered just off the main downtown strip and stumbled into this little gem. Immediate warm welcome, which I always appreciate, especially when I'm in a post-meal haze. Then I saw the pastry case... and wow. It was one of those moments where you genuinely consider making poor financial and dietary decisions just to try everything. The croissants alone? Massive. I'm talking oversized, beautifully layered, stuffed with different fillings and topped like they're competing for a prize. A younger, more reckless version of me would've ordered at least three without hesitation. My only "complaint" (if you can call it that) is that everything is so big. I wish they had mini versions--like a tasting lineup--because I wanted to try everything but also didn't want to commit to a full-size pastry I knew I couldn't finish. Shoutout to the people who can, though. I respect you. I kept it simple with a cappuccino plus an extra shot (non-negotiable at that point), and it was exactly what I needed. Bonus points for the service--they actually brought it out to the table, which felt like a small but appreciated touch. They've got both indoor and outdoor seating, so you can vibe however you're feeling. Overall, a perfect little stop to recharge and pretend you didn't just eat your body weight in carbs.

Their comic inventory is impressive, and the staff always has great recommendations if you're looking for something new. My favorite thing about this place is the variety of events and the way they engage with the community. It's clear the owners continue to pour a lot of passion and love into this space.
