From what we could tell, they ordered about the same amount of food that we did. When the food was brought out, the server initially tried to give our order to the other couple. They had to tell him it wasn't theirs before he brought them the correct food and then gave us ours. I can't say for certain whether our food had been handled by them, but it was still concerning. More noticeably, our fries were only lukewarm to cold, which made it seem like our food had been sitting for a while before it was finally brought to us. The biggest issue for us, however, wasn't the food. My boyfriend noticed early on that one of the waiters appeared to be watching us from a distance throughout most of our visit. I didn't notice it at first, but once he pointed it out, I began paying attention as well. Since there were only a few customers in the restaurant and we were the only customers of color, it made us feel uncomfortable. Every time our waitress returned to the dining area, she immediately looked directly at our table instead of naturally scanning the room or checking on other tables first. It gave us the impression that she was making sure we were still there, and it left us feeling singled out.
