There's easy access to enter the building. Inside there's plenty of room for a wheelchair to maneuver. The counters are low enough to be able to order and to pick up your order. Did not notice if there's a restroom for customer use. It's been awhile since I've tried Krispy krunchy Chicken, and when I did it was at a different location. I remember the chicken being pretty good but, this time I got the chicken sandwich, a serving of macaroni and cheese and a serving of mashed potatoes. On the sandwich you get butter and honey and a couple of pickles. I was really hoping for the chicken sandwich to be decent but, it was really, really bad. Mostly because, it must have been sitting under the hot lamp for some time. The chicken was very cold and the bread was very hard... So I don't think I'll be eating it. The mashed potatoes were raw. I don't know how you undercooked mashed potatoes...but, It looks like they added too much water to the mashed potatoes It was pretty runny. The macaroni and cheese was okay. I heated it up a bit and it was still good. All in all, a terrible dinner That's a shame because they're right down the street but, I won't be visiting for some time or again. read more

Got a 4 piece, small mac-n-cheese, family fries, and chicken sandwich. Chicken was moist, that was the good. Greasy, not crispy, and no seasoning. Mac-n-cheese was tasteless and the cheese was like plastic. Kraft mac would of been 100% better. Family fries were wedges, not seasoned and undercooked. The honey coated biscuit was the best item. Ok this is a review for their fries, biscuits and chicken. The fries and biscuits are really good. The biscuits are sweet and flaky and fries are thick and tasty. However, their chicken is too SALTY! Had a decent experience at this location. For those that know, crispy chicken is that hidden gem of southern fried chicken normally located inside gas stations, liquor stores or shared space at convenience store. This specific location, the chicken was good but didn't have a lot to choose from. We came there on a Sunday mid day. The staff did offer to cook more pieces if we wanted to wait about 15 minutes. We thought that was nice of him. When asked about gravy, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, it was a bit scarce. We normally visit the one in Hayward or the one in Oakland off of telegraph with no issues at all praise. read more

It hits the spot. The side dishes, especially the limp coleslaw can be better, but the size and portions are ample.

Decent chicken but not the best. Came here a couple times in the past and it gets pretty expensive, pretty quickly. Im a big fan of their Biscuits and Fries. Crunch (Krunch) on the chicken is cool. Gave this place a chance. Twice now. How does something that's franchised and just recently opened not stock the items on the menu. 2nd visit today and I thought ok first must just be new open growing pains. They didn't even have mash potatoes and gravy. Everything is a long wait to be cooked yet no mash lol. Short staffed and no smiles Oh here is the amazing part. Found KKC on DoorDash when my local fried chicken shop was closed. Ordered a family meal (12pc chicken and 6 tenders), a variety of sides, and a few cakes. In general the food was delicious - a step up from Popeye's. The chicken was as advertised - krispy and krunchy; I didn't detect much spice, so I wouldn't classify it "Cajun." The coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and fries were all good; red beans and rice was great! The biscuits were really good, with a crunchy outside and a sweet taste. Because I hadn't been to the restaurant in person, I thought the cakes might be homemade, but the were tiny little mass produced snack cakes - the only real disappointment. Pretty disappointed with my order. Made a mobile order with specific instructions that were simple to follow - "All drumsticks". Not only were they mixed but a party sized combo that was soggy and bleeding oil through the bags that ruined rest of my sides. I expected better service of quality. What Krispy Krunchy? their fried chicken and biscuits (both honey and blueberry) are BOMB and i will definitely continue to come here for that. their prices are decent, however they need to step up their chicken sandwich game BIG TIME. it is trash, compared to Jollibee's and Popeye's sandwich and the same price. This place just opened up located directly next to Arco gas station. I was skeptical at first but my best friend said she tried them and they were really really good. First of all, I just want to say that the food is delicious always. I've been ordering here for years now but the reason why Im putting 1 star is because of the attitude of this one employee. He has curly hair. I told my little brother to buy chicken so he can practice buying something so I gave my little brother $22 that my mom gave us to buy 12 pcs dark chicken. When my brother got to the cashier, he ordered and from afar ,since I was sitting in one of their chairs in the room, I saw the price in their little monitor and it was over $22 so I went up to the cashier area with my little brother because I remember just giving him $22 flat so I went to this curly haired cashier and told him "Are we missing money?" He said "It's $22.99!" in a loud voice so in my head I was like okay we short so I pulled out my credit card. He said repeatedly "its $22.99! You gave me too much money!" He gave me the all the money back so I checked how much he gave me back and there was an extra $5 in there and apparently my brother saw that we were short so he gave him an extra $5. While I was counting the money he gave back, he literally told us "count the money before going to the cashier!" In my head I was like WTF did he just say? First of all the money was fine, he just had to give us change. I don't know why he had to make an unnecessary comment like that. All you had to do is give us $4 change not give us the money back and told us that it was too much. Idk what's sup with him. Idk if he's just lazy to pull out change or he's irritated. I get that it's been busy before we got there and there's a line behind us but he didn't have to say that to us. His customer service was bad! I give him an F for customer service. I work as a cashier too and they taught me how to treat customers with respect! You don't treat your customers like that! He needs to be retrained on how to interact with customers. I was making an infrequent visit to Safeway on Bailey Rd. I remembered there was a Krispy Krunchy somewhere nearby. My navigation took me to West Leland Rd to Krispy Krunchy. I'd had it before but the location in Bay Point I used has closed. This new location was marvelous. There were nice, neat chicken rows and it was all fresh! I placed my order and was on my way to chicken perfection. It was hot, flavorful and slightly spicy. The red beans and rice tasted homemade. Every bite of my wings was crunchy and not greasy at all. Going back this weekend. Maybe I'll try the shrimp or even get 8 pieces to share with my husband and son although i would like to keep KK as my little secret for now. So my yelp review is as follows. The shrimp were coo since it was made fresh, the potato wedges that came with it were a surprise because it wasn't clearly stated that it came with the shrimp. The chicken sandwich/sammich was abhorrent in both taste, composition and delivery. The honey biscuits were less rigid than another notable chicken establishment. But fell short of another chicken establishment version of the same dreck. My advice would be stick to what they have to cook fresh because everything else is under heat lamps that are on the same counter you place your order on.
