The service was very friendly and knowledgeable, encouraging me to start with a comfortable spice level but come back and try something new. Be aware that anything about Hot requires a waiver to sign and for good reason, it's not called Blazin' Hot for nothing. The chicken is incredible, well seasoned, moist and cooked perfectly. It's absolutely delicious topped with the house sauce and accompanied by the seasoned waffle fries. I started with Medium and as someone who has an affinity with spicy food, it wasn't that spicy but had a good kick to it. I will try Hot next time. The slider combo came with two sandwiches was decently portioned for the price. The fries were cooked well although they weren't all crispy as I had a few that were soft. The seasoning is a nice touch and something I would love to replicate at home and it pairs nicely with the chicken. I will definitely come back for more of this mouthwatering chicken and to climb the spice ladder.

As far as the service, the ladies behind the counter are just as happy as can be and you are greeted with a warm friendly smile. What the worker failed to tell me (she might have been the manager) was that she would charge me $1.50 for the 2 oz Asian sweet chili sauce that I wasn't really liking that much (not enough to pay $1.50 for it)!!! What a rip off!!!! Thankfully, the chicken was fresh and tasted good!! Otherwise, I would've rated this Boston Market as a 1 star for the bad customer service!! Chicken was horrible heavy coated had white globules underneath the crust that like Uncooked flour. Drove across town in December to the Congress Street location, hoping it would be better same thing. Obviously, they've changed their batter recipe. Three of the pieces in the box had retained moisture underneath that pound of crust and turned the chicken soggy. Thankfully, I won't be eating at churches anymore, and possibly may have saved myself from a heart attack!
