On Friday we decided to give it a try. Honestly we both were hoping to order the Chicken Fried Rice but unfortunately they were completely sold out. So we opted for the Cajun Chicken tenders and fries as well as the Mango Habanero chicken wings and fries. It took about 25 minutes for our order to be completed. We were extremely pressed for time so we literally grabbed our food and left. In hindsight the time was extremely reasonable as that's how long it takes for your food to be prepared. In other words our food was made to order and not previously prepared. Let me just say the Mango Habanero wings were delicious! They were generously sauced with the right about of crispness. I found them to be flavorful and abundant. My order came with about 10 wings, fries and sauce. The sauces did not come with a lid, I was t too thrilled about that. As for the tenders, they were large, well seasoned with a dry rub, crispy and juicy. It's two days later and I am STILL thinking about my food which is a great sign. If you're in a rush, it will take a while for your food to be prepared and because the food is excellent know you will have to stand in quite a line. I would highly recommend if you enjoy chicken as there are several options to choose from. I most definitely will be returning!

The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and they have plenty of sauce options. The fries were pretty basic, but nothing too special. My biggest complaint was the speed of the service. It took about 20+ minutes for our order to be ready, and we were the only customers the whole time we were there. The chicken was fresh, but it was far too hot to eat and I actually found that it tasted much better after sitting out for 20-30 minutes. Not sure how they can improve this, but that's how I felt.

The fish was fried fresh and the tartar sauce was good, albeit in two tiny containers. I had the beans and rice and coleslaw as my two sides. I did wish the sizes were bigger, they were in big "condiment" containers and even smaller than Popeyes' regular sides. I did really liked the flavor in both sides. One day I began seeing a red food truck from my office window, as opposed to the plain unmarked white one. It turns out to be Golden Gate Bistro, who specializes in burgers made to order. I tried both the Akaushi Cheeseburger and Grilled Chicken Sandwich and can recommend both. Akaushi is from Japanese Brown cows, and one of several sources of Wagyu. It'll cost more than In and Out or Habit Grill but its justifiable with the juicy burger. I also love their thick-cut, perfectly seasoned fries. If burgers aren't your thing, they also offer up smoked ribs, Impossible burgers, and the usual Mexican favorites like Quesadillas.

My first call made to the company, I spoke to Kim's husband and I was sold on how he represents the company. Thanksgiving dinner with Kim's Louisiana Fried turkey, sweet yams, dirty rice together with our Filipino & Black other dishes was a success. My family and our guests enjoyed the turkey!
