Combination Fried Rice- The rice had a nice garlicky taste and it was loaded with pork, beef, chicken, and shrimp. Perfectly seasoned too. Pad Thai with Crispy Pork- The noodles were soft and chewy and the sauce was a lovely combination of sweet and tangy. The crispy pork added a later of texture and flavor. It's a hidden ghost kitchen, kind of in a run down part of town. I tried to order online but it wasn't working... so I assumed I could order at the kiosk when I got there but it wasn't working either... So I called the guy and ordered... he was nice about it, really fast considering. I waited about 20 min and it was worth it. The chicken wings! Omg they were so good.... I'm coming back for those... I'm very cautious about thai places because not every place lives up to my taste, but this place was definitely it! Pad Thai (4.5/5): Gave us a hearty amount of peanuts and lime! Sauce was thick but also the perfect amount of wetness, we loved the sweet, tangy, savory flavors of it. Chicken was also cooked very well and was tender upon bite. Thai food is one of my favorites and I'm honestly very picky about it, but this place hits the spot. My go to orders are either the spicy fried rice or the Panama curry chicken. For $14 they pack the box with the rice, it is packed with flavor and has a good kick to it. The Penang curry is KILLER. The curry itself is very creamy and has a perfect amount of spice. It also has a nice lemongrass taste to it, which is a super nice touch. A lot of restaurants around the area make their curries watery, but this one is nice and creamy - easily one of the best curries I've had in OC. Their drunken noodles are also delicious. Now that's impressive (A feat not easily accomplished for most businesses) as I perused the menu I saw there was a Bogo deal on pad thai, I figured that was a no brainer so I went with that. Since it was lent season, I opted for the shrimp and I was good to go. When my order arrived, it came neatly packaged with utensils, condiments and the restaurant thoughtfully included extra limes per my request and provided me with a tasty complimentary dessert. As soon as I lifted the lid on my order, I could tell I was in for a treat. The noodles were glistening with that fresh off the wok aroma and appearance that makes you drool as soon as you see it. They packed crushed peanuts and a lime wedge on the side and everything imo looked so mouthwatering good. Proof was in the taste and texture however, so I went in for my first bite. Holy smokes! The bomb wings is probably one of the best Asian style wings, never had thai, but the sweet with super crunch crispy even when glazed, was amazing. Amazing food!! I find myself very picky with pad thai, since some places make it overly sweet and for that I usually prefer pad see ew. However, I was on Yelp and found this hidden gem and all the reviews were raving about the pad Thai, and I just had to try it. Got the food door dashed and it was still piping hot once it arrived. My boyfriend and I were amazed at how good it was. We ended up ordering a mild tofu pad Thai, and it was so flavorful. Different from the usual pad Thai in the area but a very good different. Mild definitely had a kick for both of us so happy that we didn't pick medium spice lol. Im so excited, this might be my new spot to get take out Thai food from now on. I've never ordered Thai food from a Ghost kitchen before but the process was seamless. Pad Thai 3/5:Not my favorite. The noodles could have used a bit more flavor and the chicken had an interesting after taste. Good portion. But They do offer fish sauce & jalapeno vinegar on the side if you'd like to spruce it up a bit. We did this and it improved the flavor a lot. **Spicy Fried Rice (My fav) 5/5: Was super delicious and well seasoned. The Shrimp were juicy and very generous portion as well. I will be returning for this for sure **Panang Curry (Also a fav) 5/5: Delicious, great portion, can't go wrong with this option. Papaya Salad 3/5: Great portion. This place is definitely a hidden gem and climbed up to my #1 for Thai food. The egg rolls were just veggies but the veggies were cooked to perfection with lots of flavor.
