I live nearby and can't believe I only recently tried this place! The BOGO pho deal is a steal and the pho itself is absolutely delicious. I also love that they let you customize your bowl with different noodle options, which made it easy to order exactly what I wanted. This was a post surgery meal for me & was such a comforting meal. I also tried the egg rolls and the kiwi drink...both were amazing! Everything arrived fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I ordered on DoorDash and there were two problems. On the DoorDash description it said meatballs, brisket, ribeye, and short rib ribs. But I got brisket, meatballs, and tripe and raw steak. I don't eat tripe I would not have ordered it if I knew it had tripe. It has a very offputting flavor for me and even it's sitting on the noodles and next to the other meat I can't eat it anymore. Another problem is that the ribeye was raw. After delivery, the broth is not hot enough to cook it safely. And they can't assume that the customer is going to have a way of cooking it. There should be a warning that the beef is raw, and an option to ask them to cook it. Most other places, just put the meat in the broth so it cooks before they send it out. When I called the restaurant, I was just notifying them of these problems so that they can fix their DoorDash menu to list the ingredients accurately and then also to make them aware of the issue with the raw steak. The entire time the owner was arguing with me. The man was just telling me we don't have short ribs for six months and telling me that the house phone has tried, but if I didn't want it, I shouldn't have ordered it or I should have asked them not to put it in. I can't eat this anymore, but he didn't seem concerned with that. He didn't seem concerned that I had no way of cooking the raw steak either he just tells me to cook it or put it in some hot water. They didn't take any responsibility and I'm out $45. No apologies no concern for his customers just talking to me like it was my problem and not his. And DoorDash isn't gonna give me a refund for this because there are thieves. By the way, the broth was gross. It was all fish sauce and no depth read more
