I came here after hearing about their BOGO wagyu pho and it definitely lived up to the hype. MOC Kitchen uses really high-quality cuts like wagyu and back rib, and you can taste it in the broth. It was super rich, flavorful, and really comforting without feeling too heavy. The wagyu pho was my favorite -- the meat was tender and the portion was generous. The broth had a deep flavor that felt like it had been simmering for hours. Definitely not your average pho spot. They also have a good variety of Vietnamese classics, and everything we tried felt really well-executed and authentic. On top of that, they run a lot of deals like BOGO and happy hour, which makes it even more worth it to come with friends and try multiple dishes. Overall, a really solid spot in OC if you're craving pho with higher-quality ingredients and a more elevated feel.

super msg soup base which made me super thirsty at night. The brisket is chewy. I was the only customer there. No water provides to customer. I dont understand how they earn the high score from yelp.

The sauce was layered in flavor, and tasted fresh and properly rationed. Not too sweet.

Walk in immediately!!!!! I love the area this place is located. It really is a wonderful time to go to Anaheim on a beautiful California day and try some wonderful Vietnamese food. I must say with regard to this place, they HANDS DOWN have the best Spring Rolls and peanut sauce I've ever had in my life, with some of the best Pho broth and delicate strips of Wagyu to complement. I also tried their pork in an authentic Bahn Mi, and it was Divine with a nice subtle aioli type sauce and cucumber. I suggest you go hungry here and try many things. Enjoy friends!

Shrimp Spring Rolls ($7 for two rolls): 4/5. Refreshing and light on its own, but the fish sauce gave it a satisfying punch of flavor. Grilled Pork Summer Rolls ($8 for two rolls): 5/5. Had delicious savory flavors and nice textures! I'd go back just for these, and I'd love to try it with the other proteins. I'm not 100% sure of the differences between spring rolls and summer rolls, but maybe the summer rolls didn't have as much vermicelli in them compared to the spring rolls. Grilled Pork Bowl ($13): 5/5. Lightly marinated pork pieces with vermicelli, a crispy egg roll, fresh veggies, almonds, and fish sauce. Tasty overall, even as leftovers right out of the fridge the next day. Stir-fried Filet Mignon Rice Plate ($15): 3/5. I wasn't a huge fan of this dish, maybe because of the flavor. It's heavy on the onions and bell peppers, so it's not a beef-only type of entree. However, I appreciated that it came with a fried egg. Moc Signature Coffee ($6): 4/5. Yummy and visually appealing with the three layers (sweetened milk, strong coffee, and coffee foam). The coffee itself was dark-colored and super potent, and even though it overpowered the creaminess and sweetness, it fortunately didn't give me the jitters. Inside had a botanical/jungle vibe to it, which I enjoyed. There were about eight tables for indoor dining, and quite a few parties were coming in for lunch during the early afternoon. MOC seemed pretty popular for pickups and takeout as well. Staff were friendly, informative, and attentive.

Food was great, and the place is clean. Price is good; they've got some really good bogo and combo deals going on right now. Service was very quick.

Moc Kitchen is amazing! The restaurant has a modern and relaxing vibe. The quality of the food here is amazing. My parents and I got the Moc Bowl (Essentially a Pho Dac Biet). It was absolutely amazing, filled with noodles, meat, and delicious broth. The employees were friendly and attentive to our requests. They have specials that comes with a bowl of pho and an appetizer, or a BOGO for their Moc Pho. All greatly priced and proportioned. Highly recommend for Pho Lovers. Absolutely will be back!

Really good deal for their BOGO phos! I ordered the dac biet which came with a little bit of everything (Steak, brisket, meatball) and added an order of beef rib bones on the side. The meat is delicious! Good flavor and I really enjoyed that they didn't skimp! Even though it was Bogo! However I wish they had the fresh thick noodles, I usually get that when I order pho. Also, I thought the broth was a little too măn (Salty and strong) for my liking. Overall I definitely would come back! Can't beat the BOGO!

NOTE: They give you a free appetizer if you write a review, so maybe don't trust the reviews that much. The lady also got a little upset when she saw I gave a 4 not 5 asked for an explanation. I said because it's my honest opinion. We got the house special pho and the back rib pho with the BOGO deal. Both came out within 5 minutes. The back ribs are huge and fall off the bone. The soup is flavorful, but had heavy instant ramen/MSG taste. The house special pho was also good but came with very little meat. Hope this is only because of the BOGO deal. Also got their chicken wings, which were super well seasoned! Overall pretty satisfied

the food never disappoints so far i've tried the shrimp spring rolls, garlic wings, and today i tried the MOC special house fries and they were delicious! all of the drinks are amazing as well and the service is very attentive. i come here at least once a week when possible. the ambiance is nice and soothing and relaxing. my little brother recommended this place and i'm so glad he did.

They had a BOGO deal going on, I enjoyed this place, modern decoration, the friendly and our server was super friendly, and you can tell they take pride in customer service! 10/10 The food and drinks were super tasty and favorable, tons of parking, and the ambiance was very comfort feeling and warm. Our server was very acknowledgeable about the dishes. The appetizer to the pho bowls, and the boba drinks were delicious. I would definitely come back here again with my family! My kids couldn't stop raving about the food, and price is very cheap with the BOGO. The grilled chicken pho was interesting, we never had that before since the steam chicken wasn't available. The brisket pho and moc special were good as well.

This place deserves 5 stars. The ambiance is relaxing, food is stellar, and customer service is amazing. The person who is running the restaurant Trung goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. This is BOGO for pho right now and it's worth it. The prices are a lot cheaper than most places and the flavors are good. Drinks are free as well. Soda and sparkling water that is. So don't be gluttonous and take advantage of it The appetizer is chicken and fries. Flavorful chicken and the fries were super crispy. I wish i got some potatoes texture but it's fine. The fries are still good. 4.6/5 The coffee drinks i got were ube coffee and MOC Soecial coffee. Both 5/5 The pho special hits the spot. I don't like meatballs so they were super accommodating. The broth is light and super flavorful. They packed lots of meat. Wish it had more noodles but regardless, it was good. 5/5. The pho brisket is good too. The brisket was super soft and tender and on top of that, they packed it with a lot. 5/5. The grilled chicken pho is interesting. Usually it's steamed but this time they grilled it and put it in. The taste had the pho broth taste with some Cher taste from the grilled chicken. It was interesting but not my cup of tea. 4.3/5. Overall this place is reasonable and the staff is friendly. The food comes out super fast so I can't complain. TRUNG did a great job in making sure everyone was satisfied.

Ordered House special Pho - Portions is justified for the price. The BOGO deal is still present as found a lot patronage during my visit. Seating - About 10 tables Output time - Around 10 minutes or less Would recommend people phoning their orders in ahead of time to help with prep time. Staff/management aren't new to running a business as they've recognized me from their Torrance Location.

I'm a sucker for new pho spots and this place is everything I wanted. Friendly service and welcoming environment. Good pho broth with quality meat. I got their ube coffee and it was near Da Vien quality. Right now, there's a soft opening with BOGO pho. Hope to be back soon!

Massive parking lot so that was easy, one friend went ahead and let them know we had 10 incoming. They made room and we sat immediately. One of the spots that you scan a menu at the table and you review, order and pay all in the app. I was really not familiar with the line up and went with the "House Special Beef Pot Roodle" (Roodles are their rice noodles). It was a weekend only item and I tried that. The noodles came separate from the soup. Over all it was very tasty. The meat was a bit fatty and the soup had tendons too. I took that part home and my wife loved it. I tend to avoid the fatty meat and tendons are not good to me. 10 of us so some of the appetizers got passed around. The smashed cucumbers are excellent, and my buddy also got some friend potatoes of sorts, reminded me of a fat French fry. Because my buddy and I sat at the same table we scanned the same menu, he ordered a bunch of stuff and also House Special Beef Pot Roodle. That confused the kitchen and they asked me if I meant to order 2, I said no and didn't realize I cancelled my buddy's order. Part of the confusion of a large party and many scanned menu orders. My buddy was struggling to order and our initial waiter seemed to not understand my friend and that took a little bit to work out, young lady came from the back and was able to quickly resolve some of the confusion and get questions answered as needed. In the end he had lot of food to explore. One thing that caught my eye was several couples there and sharing a large soup item served with a tray of various food items for the soup. Kind of a date night visual and something that looked very interesting. Several couples around us had that same dish and its got me more curious. Might have to come back with my wife and try this one.

I ordered their most popular dish, the A1 set, but honestly, it didn't really live up to the hype for me. The broth tasted pretty underseasoned overall. From what I understood, you're supposed to mix all the toppings into the soup with the noodles, but even after doing that, I still felt like the flavor was lacking. Yes, they provide seasoning on the side, but personally, I wish the broth already had enough flavor on its own without needing to adjust it myself. Would I come back? Probably not. Nothing really stood out to me enough to return, and it felt more like a one-time experience. Overall, everything was just okay.

The restaurant itself is a bit on the small side so you'll be close to your neighbors not that it was an issue personally. My buddy and I ordered our items and shared with each other for a good full experience. We got the three-in-one noodles medium heat and the Ma Hu Beef noodles with mild heat alongside the cucumbers with medium heat as an appetizer. Cucumbers were very fresh! However, they really were just cucumbers with a little heat on them so they weren't anything too special. Once the main entrees came in, I couldn't stop myself from digging in! I forgot to take a picture until after some damage was done to our meals. Three-in-one was so flavorful and sweet with the noodles becoming incredibly soft after having mixed it all together. The star of the show for me though was the Ma Hu Beef noodles. The beef was remarkably tender and delicious and the noodles had a firmer texture that complimented with the flavors. Oddly enough, the mild heat on the Ma Hu Beef was spicier than the medium heat three-in-one! If you find yourself in the mood for Biangbiang noodles, this is definitely the spot to go to. On a side unrelated note about the parking which did not influence my review; the parking here is rough. It's consistently packed so watch out for that. There is a structure across the street that allows parking for the food court. I parked in the structure but I had a bad experience because since it's also parking for the residents above, the gate was closed on us after 8pm. I had to wait for a vehicle to come out and open the gate for not only just me but for multiple other people that had also parked in the structure!Just something to keep in mind. Hopefully that doesn't continue being an issue for future guests.

I wasn't a fan of the traditional hand pulled noodle soup but the big plate chicken with noodle dish was pretty good. Came here because of Xiaohongshu and felt misled.

First off I want to say their staff/service was fantastic for our party of 14. So they deserve a solid 5 stars. Food wise, the ordering is really easy just mark up the menu and check off the way you want your ramen prepared. Since it was my first time here and I like spicy I opted for one of their popular ones the Red King. I upped the spice level a notch went with the chashu, added an egg and stuck with the chef recommendations. Overall I loved it, the broth was definitely a little thicker than I am use to. It was hearty and filling, I even got extra noodles. I will definitely come back to try the Green King since I love basil and really want to try their thick noodles.

Idk if it'll be the norm, but it was for us when we showed up in June 2026 - there's a line queue out front where you wait and they have you order while you're waiting. Then, when a table is ready, they sit you down and serve you. Fast and friendly service! We were sat down to a table with a bunch of different sauces and spices. One of my pics shows the set up. Idk what anything was, as it was unlabeled, so probably worth asking. We tried two of their ramen bowls, gyoza, edamame, chicken karaage, and an extra serving of noodles. Everything was amazing! Plenty of food for two adults and two small kids to share. We paid at the register, which I'm also not sure is regular, but that's how it went. Just under $70 including tax and tip. Pretty good value given how expensive life is today!

My go to is the combination beef with egg noodle, soup inside. If they have it, with a donut. Parking is not the best but if you can find it it's worth the wait. I frequent here at least twice a month. Even more during a cold day!

Maybe it's nostalgia or maybe they've just lost their taste buds. What really bothered me was the service. Why hand customers a menu if you're not even going to give them time to look at it? I had barely sat down before a waiter rushed over asking what I wanted. I told him I had just sat down and hadn't even opened the menu yet. He rolled his eyes and walked away. I kid you not....about 30 seconds later, another waiter came rushing over asking the same question. I felt rushed and annoyed at the same time. What's going on here? To be fair, I grew up eating here and have returned about three times as an adult. Unfortunately, each visit has been worse than the last. The restaurant seems to have no motivation to improve. The place feels dirty, the food is mediocre, and the customer service is pretty terrible.

Hue Kitchen got a glow up and I'm here for your girl…read more The menu covers all the Hue classics. Here, you can customize your bún bò huế with whatever your heart desires. They even offer tongue which I've never ever seen on a menu before except at my mama's house. I ordered just a regular bowl of bún bò huế. They give you so much meat, it's insane. Moreover, they include broth bones where there are still tiny morsels of meat still attached. As of it wasn't already giving my mama's house, you can also find nước mắm on the tables where you can concoct a whole dipping situation. Ten. What really sold me was #23 - tôm chua đu đủ Đặc biệt. It's so simple - fermented shrimp, pork belly, herbs, and some rice. This is my favorite comfort dish. The combination of papaya/shrimp, pork belly, herbs along with a bite of rice is the most perfect bite. Again, I've never ever seen this dish offered at a restaurant so I was absolutely beside myself. Not only do they serve this dish here, you can buy a jar of the tôm chua to go. Okay, bookmark this place and come tomorrow.

We got the bun bo hue and the banh canh with thick soup. Both dishes came out really fast in massive bowls. I was a little skeptical at first because the broth in the BBH looked pale, but was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful it was. The banh canh was flavorful as well. Both dishes had a decent amount of meat. I inhaled every last drop of the soup. I will definitely be back!
