Yummy and visually appealing with the three layers (sweetened milk, strong coffee, and coffee foam). The coffee itself was dark-colored and super potent, and even though it overpowered the creaminess and sweetness, it fortunately didn't give me the jitters. First off, prices are a great deal for Pho, especially with their appetizer add-ons. Having fries and popcorn chicken with pho is a little strange, but hey who doesn't love a good deal. I was disappointed that they don't offer fresh noodles, or banh tuoi. One more strike for not having ngo gai (culantro) with the fresh herb plate. Truly, the only good thing was that the beef ribs were tender. The broth was flavorless and had no beefy flavor. I could taste the starchy water from the pho noodles being soaked. Once I tasted that, I knew I wouldn't be having a good time with this bowl. Servers were very friendly and welcoming. They do need to work on cleaning the tables some more. A couple parties walked in and sat at tables that hadn't been wiped down yet. Interior definitely follows the millennial gray trend with some plants as decor.
