Warning you will need patience because we waited an hour to order and another hour to get our food while waiting in line they ran out of the fried lobster and Whitney Houston shots. It's very hard to write this review. We had high hopes but sadly we never got our food. Service here was extremely poor. It was so crowded but they continued to take orders and did not mention the wait times. If they were over capacity and low on supply that needs to be stated. We talked to some of the customers waiting before us and they were waiting at a table for over 3 hours. The manager came out to apologize and said they would bring out drinks to cover the wait time but unfortunately that also never came out. When asked if we could get a refund after waiting for 2.5 hours they declined and said all sales were final. We had a baby with us and was growing fussy which made the occasion even worse. "Tossie" took our order and guided me through the menu sharing her favorites, and sure enough I selected what she recommended. Y'all...no lie...this food SLAPS!!! I ordered the red velvet waffle and lobster tail, but I also got fried fish, à la cart. The Hurricane was my drink of choice and let's just say it got me *RIGHT!* my waffle...FLUFFY...it was like eating a freshly baked cake. It comes with syrup, icing, and chopped pecans. The lobster goes quick, because it's so good. That's why I ordered fried fish. It's just too good!! Their signature swamp sauce that comes with the fried fish and shrimp needs to be in a bottle and in stores. The cost is appropriate for what you're getting. Portions are PERFECT! We ordered fried lobster(2), and we ordered their stuffed baked potatoes, with crab meat, shrimp, lobster, and 5 cheeses. We also order a crab boil. After paying, and being seated, 25 minutes later, a server came an informed us that they were out of lobster... and that they were out of baked potatoes.. and they were out of macaroni and shrimp. Offered us another crab boil but no return on our $90 dollars that we had just spent. 1 hour later, we finally got the crab boil, which came to the table cold, and I mean everything cold.. the potatoes wedges, shrimp, crab, corn, and sause was at room temperature.. We were very disappointed at this restaurant and we will not be back.. In my opinion, save your time and money and try another seafood restaurant. read more

We saw this place on tiktok and could not wait, but looks like an hour was the max we were willing to. Never got to order. We showed up at 5:45pm on the dot, was about 5 people back in line. By the time we got up to the front (about 7 min), they came out and said they weren't taking orders for another 15 min. Seems reasonable, especially for how small it is and how many people were in there. But 15 min comes and goes, another 10 min, line is piling up behind us, all the way to the door, a couple of people come in from another entrance and order, another 10 min goes by then they come out and say it'll be another 15 min. At 6:42pm, they tell another person it will be another 15 min. Now only half the tables are full and almost everyone has food. And, there's are several employees just standing in the bar area, an employee on uniform sitting at the bar eating, and two guys pull in that work there and just walk in and starting running food. I ordered the shrimp & krab platter which was supposed to come with 2 clusters and 10 shrimp . It came with 5-6 shrimp and the tiniest crab cluster I've ever seen. do not be fooled by the photos . I'm not sure what baby crab they pulled these little clusters off of but they were , no lie, no bigger than the length of my hand ... the one good thing is that the drinks were okay. Not strong , but okay lol but when we went to order more about an hour into our wait, the person that had taken over behind the counter didn't know how to make any drinks. 1 person in our party just ordered French fries . They came out ... surprise surprise , freezing cold and rock hard AFTER the rest of our frigid food had come out AND already been eaten ... just how ? The first time that I went to this establishment the food was good. I came back a second with friends. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. The wait time was 2 hours for Fish!!! Really for FISH?!!! After three of us received and ate our food, one individual in our party still had not received his food. When this was brought to the attention of the waitress she said she would check on it and never came back. After several minutes we had to approach the employees at the register to ask about the order. We were informed that his order had been missed by the kitchen and they would start working on his order. We advised the staff that a refund would be preferred, having already waited hours and most of the party having finished eating. We were then informed by a very rude and confrontational manager that there are no refunds and all sales are final. When asked if they had a responsibility to provide their customers with food in a timely manner they said that they were trying to provide the food in a timely manner from the time they were advised of the issue (hours into the experience). They seem to not understand that providing food in a timely manner means a timely manner from the time that the customer places the order not when you realize you messed up. After dealing with the rude manager for another 25 minutes, a time period during which the food was still not complete, we were finally able to get a refund provided by the manager who snatched the money out of the drawer and all but threw it at us.
