I ordered the lobester with the red velvet waffle, and it was good. However, it seemed that SOMETHING was missing. That dish needs to be "jazzed up" a bit. A signature dish such as that, needs a grand presentation and the experience to back it up. My beer was priced right. The mac-n-cheese was pretty good. Overall, the place needs to perk up. Terrible service. We arrived at 5:22pm. There was a line but it was moving. At 5:45pm one of the servers told us it would be 40 minutes before they can take any additional orders in the restaurant. After waiting over an hour we still had not placed our order. I asked the server how much would it be and he asked the manager who was in the back, who never came out to address the people in the restaurant, and came back and told me he did not knows When has it ever been ok to neglect the people in your restaurant. Came for lunch. The place ran out of fish. So we ordered something else. 30 minutes later and still no food. Sitting here watching them tell other people they ran out of food. My wife got her food 10 minutes after but I am still waiting on my fried shrimp and chips. I got a fried fish and shrimp combo.. was really good especially in the batter flavor and the level of fried... fries that came with it are nicely fried. I wish that they gave me more of the sauce that came with it. I got that swamp king for a drink (it was good and mellow like how the bartender had said) My friend got one of the snow crab boil trays and the candy bowl as her drink. She said the food was good. However we both agreed that the drink was way too sweet and clashed with the whip cream. Nice, clean environment. Good music, not too loud. My first time supporting the business and I am happy to say I did. The food was fresh and the customer service was great! The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is prepared as ordered so it may take a while but it's worth the wait, who wouldn't want fresh food?!?! The parking is open. The atmosphere inside is nice with music and screens to watch games. They have a small bar along with frozen drinks. The only establishment is clean and comfortable temperature wise. They must have multiple cooks who use different recipes. This time we got fish to go. Went in at 4 on a Friday. Just 4 people inside 2 tables of 2 and already had their food. Greeted by a lady that handed us menus. Told us once we were ready to order to go to the register. I ordered the Bayside Platter and the Kandy Bowl, hubby ordered the Fried Fish & Shrimp Combo, sis ordered the Krab & Shrimp Platter and brother ordered Fried Fish & Waffle. First off we got up and had to get our own refill no one came to our table to check on us or tell us about our orders. A couple and a baby came in and a man by himself came in after us. They got their food before us! It took them 45 mins to bring out our first order and a full hour and 10 mins to bring out the rest of our orders! In the meantime they served 3 to go orders and a table that came in right after we got our last meal got their meals about 15 mins after they ordered! Ridiculous! Food was NOT worth the wait! The crab legs were tiny and meat was dried. Will NEVER go back! Nothing special at all! Don't fall for whatever hype there is about this place! Waste of time and money! read more

The cashier Bri is so welcoming and vibrant. The manager Dee got a secret sauce better than Grandpa baked beans. We drive far to enjoy the flavor of their food. Excellent atmosphere. The service was very good. Henry was very cordial and made you feel extremely comfortable. The best catfish I've had in a long time. The fry was perfect on the fish. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! We should have known when we saw the sign that there were no refunds after purchase that we were in for a bad experience. We stood in line to order for way too long and we ordered two shrimp meals at 6:52 pm and our food did not arrive until 7:45. A one hour wait at a restaurant that was half full was beyond ridiculous. We eat out every night of the week and I've truly never had worse service. And when I asked what they were going to do to compensate for the ridiculous wait time they said no refunds and walked away. So literally nothing is what they did. I ordered the honey garlic shrimp and got something that was spicy and clearly not that but that point I just wanted to leave. WOW, just wow! I would give this restaurant more than 5 stars if there was a higher rating. Coming from New Orleans, I know good seafood and this is definitely good seafood. Some of the best in the DFW area! I am a "Foodie" who rates on taste, quality and quantity at a fair price and my fish and shrimp combo met all of the highest criteria. The owners and workers were super friendly and while the ambiance is just one of a strip shopping center, it was still a very welcoming and comfortable place to have lunch or dinner with excellent service. I will definitely be going back to try many more of the dishes on the menu. Here's hoping they are discovered by many more "foodies" / seafood fans and stay in business a long time! read more

I ordered the fish, and shrimp combo with a side of fries. The food was hot and fresh!!! However, the fries seemed undercooked in the middle, and hard on the outside. They were spicy and small/short in size. The quantity of food is good!! The shrimp and fish, i could taste the flour they were coated in, on the first bite...moreso over the seasoning. The seasoning amount would probably be great for people that like their food heavily seasoned/spicy, but for me, it was lacking real flavor. read more

They do not have half of food on their menu and they had a line full of people and told all of them they had to leave or wait 45min, because they were not going to take any more orders because it was just too much to handle ( in my 41 years I have not heard that in my life), and fyi there is NO REFUNDS!!! I ordered the crab and shrimp platter. When I received my order I was told there were no crab crackers (utensils) because people have been taking them. Who serves crab without cracking utensils. If I would have known that I wouldn't have ordered crab at all. Also, they don't provide melted butter for dipping the crab meat. Pitiful!! read more

As Seafood is my absolute favorite food, I was very excited to try a new place convenient to my home. On a Wednesday at 12:00 noon I decided to pop my head in and check it out. My plan was to get something to go and head back to work for a meeting. The place was occupied by a total of about 25 people sitting and standing. I placed my order for a fish sandwich to go and took a seat at the bar to wait. I was told my order should take about 15 to 20 minutes to fill. After 30 minutes of waiting, the place was getting pretty packed with people waiting on their orders. When I really studied to room, I realized there were only a couple of people eating and everyone else was waiting on orders! After 35 minutes I was told it should be any minute and after 55 minutes of waiting I was told "I believe they are working on yours now". After 1 hour and 10 minutes. I received my marginal fish combo sandwich. There was a handwritten sign on the wall that said "All Sales are Final".........meaning if you leave, they will not refund your money. You will find better food and better service at several other nearby Seafood restaurants. I am sad for them because it has a great vibe.......but no management or staff to back it up. I would not recommend going there if you do not want to be frustrated! read more
