If able I would give negative 5 star review. Krystal's is an absolute disgrace. I ordered an online app deal. I got to store and management refused to honor it. Done everything they could to say I made the mistake on the order and did not order what I thought. I showed them my receipts and order confirmations and they tried to change their story to reflect me being unable to read. proved this wrong and they still refused to honor this deal. However, two females came in to pick up another really good deal being offer online via the app. I seen this deal as well but chose the other deal. After they showed them they ordered correctly the manager had no issues honoring their purchase and allowing them to leave with their order. Genuinely wondering iwhy my order wasn't honored and my family left without their meal but females orders will be honored so they can have their meals. read more

I went to crystals today and I thought it would be good until I waited almost 30 minutes for my food and drinks and staff was so slow to get everything ready. Food wise it tasted like cafeteria food and in my Dads burger there was this huge fuzz that almost looked like part of a sponge. Definitely not coming back. read more

Their lobby is rarely open. I get being short staffed maybe once or twice but this has been going on for months and when the food is finally given out it's usually cold. The building itself is holding on by a thread. Not sure how this place hasn't been condemned or closed by Krystal itself because it's just terrible. Krystal is one of my favorite fast food places. I decided to go through the drive thru the other day. (They are hard to find since they have closed so many of them). My husband and I ordered the 5 for $5.99. I love getting the mini chicken sandwiches and they are typically more expensive then the burgers so I thought that was a good deal. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and a small fry. My husband got 4 chicken sandwiches and one was the Memphis hot. He also got tater tots. It was around $13. They had the food ready pretty quickly. The worker was very nice and gave us ketchup and bbq sauce! It was one of my the best Krystals I have been too! Highly recommend! read more

While I love those lil burgers, I do not like walking through a smoke screen before entering the building. Three employees outside on their breaks about six feet away from the front door smoking. Employee behind the register is the sweetest lady. Always smiling and very helpful. Although we only ordered four Krystal's with cheese, all eight came out loaded. It wasn't ordered wrong, they were just made wrong. Other than the smoke, it was your typical Krystal's. read more

Krystal My review is also based around a wedding which I recently attended in Gatlinburg, TN. On my drive from the airport to the Smokey Mountains I passed Krystal's and being from New England I wasn't sure what it was but my nose told my brain to start working. After I got the scout I new this would be my home on Sunday Morning after the event. If you have been to White Castle its very similar however better because they produce a higher quality chicken slider. I ordered 3 cheeseburgers which come with mustard, pickles and onions. If I had the chance to redo the order I'd ask for no mustard as this isn't a hot dog and add ketchup because it's a burgher. I also had two chick sandwiches which don't come with cheese so ask for that. The burgers are on par with WC however the chicken is trump at this place. I give it 4 stars because it's a burger/slider joint and I love em. If I lived in the area I'd avoid burgers at the usual suspects and I'd hit this joint. read more

It's the sister-in-law's wedding day. The wedding was lovely - The couple was married in a field on a farm at around 5:30pm. It's Tennessee hot and humid. The hubby and I are in the wedding party. I am decked out in a very large and puffy bridesmaid dress along with 7 other girls, who are wearing flip-flops. The hubby is in a tux along with the other groomsmen. The bridesmaids are driven to the alter in a Hummer - the guy driving the hummer drove through the trellis and up the aisle. This wasn't the only car parked in the field though. Off to the side is the grandfather-in-law sitting in the front seat of his Excursion with the air conditioning on and is where he remained for the entire ceremony. After the tearful ceremony we all proceeded back in the Hummer up the hill to the reception. All the bridesmaid's removed their dresses, put on shorts, and bee-lined to the porch where they would spend the remainder of the evening smoking cigarettes and discussing their divorces and which one of their friends was on or off the heroin now. The groom and groomsmen huddled around the "good" keg of Budweiser, trying to get their fill before it tapped out and they had to go to the "sh*tty" keg of Southpaw (read: Southerner's version of Icehouse). The help-yourself honey baked ham and turkey were all gone by the time I got through the line so I settled for a Pillsbury biscuit. The DJ did play all of my favorite country tunes but it was just me and some little kids on the dance floor. The hubby did join in for a few sympathy dances. The party commenced with the bride doing a keg stand out of the Southpaw keg while the groomsman held up her wedding dress so we didn't all see the bride's panties. Now what does this have to do with Krystal? Remember the part where we didn't get to eat all night while drinking sh*tty beer. Where did we pick up some nourishment and soak up the alcohol in rumbled bridesmaid and groomsmen clothing at 11pm after the Redneck Wedding of the Century?!? At the Krystal drive-through of course! Those three chicken Krystals and fries were the best I've ever had. read more

In other places in the country you have White Castle, but in East Tennesse you have Krystal's. Which are way better sliders in my opinion, they have better pickels, better onions and a broader menu. I have only been to this location a couple of times but each time I got good customer service and wonderful Krystal's burgers. Their Korn Pups and chili pups are truly unique and always hot and ready to go, the customer service can't be beat and the prices are in a class of their own in the cheap department. A great alternative to McDonalds or BK when you want something different that will save you a buck or two. Truly a value with the kids because the little burgers are so small and cheap and will fill up the little ones. read more
