It was so good that I promised Christian and his tía, who prepares it fresh every day and serves it seven days a week, that I'd come back the next morning to buy some. A promise made is a promise kept. The very next day, I returned and picked up a few cups of the menudo to enjoy back at my hotel, which was only about a half-mile away. If you check out my photos, you'll even see me enjoying it in my room. It was just as incredible the second time around.
