They officially changed the menus and it's fine. Again, nothing extraordinary, but decent. My biggest complaint is the fact the AC was not on at all! Instead they had these little ceiling fans that simply don't do much. Long story short, we did not eat comfortably. Not good for the patrons and definitely not good for staff. I hope this issue is corrected soon. read more

This is the 3rd time I have been there. First two I thought was maybe busy but three times just proves it is a terrible place to eat. If you don't have plenty of time to wait to be seated, order taken and food to get to you than don't go. Food was not cooked like I wanted. Waitress never came by to ask how it was and when I asked for my bill that was another wait and all she was doing was wiping down a table. There was plenty of open places so that could have waited a minute. I ordered poached eggs medium. Very specific I wanted white done and did not care about yoke. I think the chef must have put them in hot water about a minute. They were awful and I could not eat them. When I was paying the bill I told her and all she said was sorry. Doubt if she even mentioned this to the chef. I have been very unhappy each time I went there. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but will NOT ever go back. The only thing I could eat was the pancake and that wasn't even great. Basically paid $14 for a pancake and a dish of canned peaches. read more

Don't buy into the negative reviews. The negative reviews come from loyal customers of former Patsy County Kitchen (which is now Krzy Egg). The food is amazing and honestly better than Patsy's! Patsy was great, but the new chefs have made it even better. Don't let the negative reviews discourage you from amazing food. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

The place is great but had a bad experience today. Went in around 12 noon, not to busy sat at the counter top . My food sits on the counter for 5 mins before the waiter even thought to bring it to me. I still don't complain and take the cold food . They forget an items I had. the cook just pulled it from the side and the two sausage were beyond cold. I asked to have them reheated . That reheat process takes another 5 mins and at this point I just asked for the check to pay . With all this bad service and no urgency going on , the waitress has the nerve to turn around and say "people think they are king and queens now a day" i politely waited for her to come back and I said I never once said I was a king and that I'm sorry but this time runined my experience for the restaurant. She responds with I'm not referring to you and that she was a queen... weird and the sad part is I still gave her a 22% tip . Really was a bad experience I live local and my family goes here often so really was an unfortunate situation. read more

So the new owners are rebranding Patsys...the super omelet is my goto breakfast, and it is still good. The only complaint is when you ask for your hasbrowns crispy and the come out barely cooked. This has been a constant theme since the new owners. I have probably been here only 6 times since the new owners. I used to come a couple times a month easily. I go every few months to give them another shot and I end up disappointed. read more

Egg-cellent Breakfast! During the week there was just a small wait. The staff was very welcoming and the coffee is perfect!

I went to breakfast with friends this morning and ordered an omelette and fruit. The fruit was fresh strawberries and blueberries! The omelette was really incredibly good. Our favorite place to eat on our frequent trips between Phoenix and Los Angeles. Very disappointed today with my Menudo which was 80% juice only. You need to fix your Toast site where you can order food to pick up. It doesn't work. It doesn't allow you to order blueberry pancakes (full stack) AND won't accept any payment methods. I tried 4 different cards...debit and credit. Very inconvenient. read more
